The left keeps on telling us that religion (i.e. Christianity) is dead, irrelevant, behind the times, useless, trivial.
Yet, the same left keeps chomping at the bit for the Catholic Church to change its mind on this that or the third, and lauds it for being left wing on various things.
Make that make sense.
They are all about incrementalism.

Countenance, it’s GUILT. The Left has that ‘knowledge of God’ that is hard-wired into Man, and they keep ‘supressing the truth in unrighteousness,’ over a myriad of things: baby-killing, anus screwing, female dominance in marriage, and all the rest. They long for an antichrist, or an anti-pope to tell them, ‘It’s all right. I forgive you, and God doesn’t care what you do. We’re all going to heaven, etc.’
Except (of course) it’s utter Bullshit. God DOES judge, Man IS found wanting, and ALL of us ‘have fallen short of the glory of God.’ And nothing a Pope does can EVER change that.

I do not get involved with Biblical Prophecy as some of it is literal and other parts of it is figurative so anyone out there like Jack Van Impe or John Hagee telling you they know WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN is a LIAR!
I do know that Paul said In Second Timothy Chapter 3 that there would be a falling away in the latter days. As the latter days are technically counted Biblically as anything since the end of the Apostolic Age AD 100-Present we have already been through one major falling away that saw the ascendancy of the Bishop of Rome to the made up office of Universal Father or Pope. We saw the Scriptural order buried under tons of canon laws and precedents.
We saw the same thing in the Orthodox section of Europe and the Middle East as well the all powerful Patriarchs.
The falling away slowed for a brief period 1500-1700 during the Reformation when there was a concerted effort by some to try to strip away the 1500 years of traditions to restore the order of Christ’s original Church. Since 1700 however the falling away has been booming in Western Europe, although it took until about 1860 to influence life in the Northeastern United States. This decline has sped up drastically since 1945.
Speaking from my personal belief I cannot say one way or another that the end is coming. Either God will allow the Human Race to mostly exterminate itself THEN he will send Jesus or Jesus will come before that. As he can come at anytime who knows.

The entire photo-op was a setup, naturally. Five-year-old children do not memorize page-long letters or make it through security to the Pope without help. As the Daily Mail (UK) reported:

Alicia Flores, executive director of La Hermandad, chose Sophie to approach the pope after a young girl was able to approach the pope in Rome in a similar incident, reported the Washington Post.
