Generation KKK/Escaping The KKK Cancelled

Merry Christmas, everyone!

Less than 24 hours ago, the A&E project was renamed “Escaping The KKK: A Documentary Series Exposing Hate In America”:

“A&E Friday changed the title of an eight-hour documentary series focusing on Ku Klux Klan members, a project that drew criticism by those worried it would normalize a hate group after it was announced earlier this week.

Generation KKK will now be called Escaping the KKK: A Documentary Series Exposing Hate in America (Jan. 10, 10 ET/PT), a title that more explicitly states the focus of the series and the nature of the group at its center, A&E says.

In a statement released Friday, A&E explained the move. “The network is changing the name of the show to ensure that no one can mistake its intent and that the title alone does not serve to normalize the Klan.”
A&E, which is partnering with the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) on the project, also said it has created a partnership with Color of Change, “the leading next-generation African-American civil rights organization.” …”

Hmm. A joint project between A&E, the Color of Change, DLJ of One People’s Project, the Klan and the Anti-Defamation League to “expose hate in America” … sounds like something a real Klan group would want to be part of, amiright?

Oh

“Cable network A&E announced Saturday that it’s abandoning plans for its controversial documentary series Escaping the KKK.

In a statement, the network said that it had decided not to air the program after being made aware that field producers had made payments to interview subjects in exchange for access, in violation of ethics policies regarding documentaries.

“A&E learned last night from the third-party producers who made the documentary that cash payments — which we currently understand to be nominal — were made in the field to some participants in order to facilitate access,” the statement read. ” While we stand behind the intent of the series and the seriousness of the content, these payments are a direct violation of A&E’s policies and practices for a documentary. We had previously provided assurances to the public and to our core partners — including the Anti-Defamation League and Color of Change — that no payment was made to hate group members, and we believed that to be the case at the time. We have now decided not to move forward with airing this project.” …”

So, it was a bunch of actors all along. It was about as real as the WWE. A&E hired a bunch of losers to play the boogeyman for a heartwarming ADL documentary on “fighting hate” that would end in “Escaping The Klan.” Who could have ever predicted that?

Update: Apparently, Steven Howard of the North Mississippi White Knights was the star of the show:

“The setup is warm and fuzzy. “Girls, I got y’all some gifts,” says Steven Howard, presenting his two young daughters with prettily wrapped packages, which they eagerly rip into. The cameras then reveal what’s inside: the distinctive pointed hoods of the Ku Klux Klan.

“Giving my girls my legacy,” Mr. Howard says as he helps place them on their heads. …”

I had been hearing since July that this guy was a fraud.

  1. I once saw a video of some “Klan” playing it up for the lyin’ media. They were on a stage wearing multicolored robes, dancing around like Africans. I couldn’t believe anyone took it seriously.

One really good thing Trump could do is investigate. Find out who’s funding them and how long its been going on. Follow the money.

    • Dear Mr. Jackson,

I pray you don’t get so world-wise you cannot see the obvious.

The Carolina and Miss’ippi’ KKK are composed of Klan members – NOT actors and agents for the NWO.

Merry Chrystmas to you and all the Jacksons!

      • I don’t know Junius, sounds like you have inside info. Just kidding.

Merry Christmas to you and yours.

        • You’re right, Mr. Whitaker – a lot of ‘inside info’.

Thank you, Sir, and a Merry Chrystmas to you, way up yonder way!

        • Thank you for taking the time to comment, Celestial, though, I readily admit that, even after looking up ‘JTTF’, your comment is still way over my head.

          Merry Chrystmas!

    • It’s interesting that KKK is always the go to organization whenever anti-Whites are doing an expose on “hate”. You’d think they’d be more interested in going after a Richard Spenser at this time. They’ll never “expose” Bob Whitaker because he’d rip them to shreds and it would never get aired.

    • I wanna follow the money trail from taxpayer pockets to Lutheran church bank accounts as they import more somalicoons into Minnesota.

  2. The thing is, when they talk about hate and anger, it makes me like it more. If they wanted me to dislike it, they should focus on our ideological differences.

  3. “A&E Friday changed the title of an eight-hour documentary
series focusing on Ku Klux Klan members, a project that drew criticism by those worried it would normalize a hate group after it was announced earlier this week.’

This is very wise on the part of those who are most anti-Southern and anti-White, as they have spent decades imprinting on to the mind of the Average Joe …

    ‘White Supremacist’ … Satan Himself’

They have been successful to the point that anytime anyone speaks, you will invariably hear them say, ‘I’m not a racist, but…’

So, if people could see that the the church-going family man, who fixes your plumbing or your air-conditioning unit was Klan, that would be…

      • Dear Feric,
My view is that we ought grant access when it is favourable to us, (when we can get what we need from the definition of the agreement) and when we think that those of use who will be speaking for us, will know how to do so.

That said, my view may not be correct.

        Merry Chrystmas!

        • That sir, would be a daunting task. As we watch a more media savvy group than the KKK and SN, the alt-right, we will be observing that concept in action.

          • Yes, Mr. Saint – to be sure, battles would be lost.

That said, if those very articulate ones of us would go tilt in the lists, results might be often positive enough that, when combined with the mainstream exposure, it could, all in all, turn out to be worthwhile.

  4. Apart from the fact that KKK isn’t a pimple on anyone’s ass you’ll notice that the ONLY “hate groups” are pro-White groups.

Merry Christmas to one and all.

  5. First off, I would never trust anyone who signs up to be a marionette for any MSM. Second, the KKK which has any media presence looks like a clown show.

The Klan is it’s own worst enemy. It had a necessity in it’s original conception. The modern Klan is an odd mix of Confederate, Yankee and Nazi symbols, which really don’t have connection. Not to be disparaging to the TruKlan, but they should hold to Pastor Peters position of not interfacing with MSM.

        • Another thought, Mr. Saint – a classick case in point about dealing with an adversary media is Trump and his campaign. Sometimes he gave interviews, may times not, but, all in all, he manage it in such a way that he won the war and they lost it.

Unfortunately, if people like us never never the hurdles of running the MSM gauntlet, then we are going to remain where the NWO wants us – marginalized on the fringe, which will suit their narrative perfectly : that we are ‘out of the mainstream’ because we are ‘extreme’, when the fact of the matter is that they are usurpers of truth, race, sovereignty, culture, nature, God, sanity, and tradition, and the mainstream folks need to hear that.

By granting us interviews the MSM must expose themselves to tremendous hazards as well – so, every time we poke our face into the MSM valley, it is going to be a shootout, and no one is going to come out unscathed.

We must engage in this battle, and not skirt it – even though there will be defeats and pain.

Our arguments must NOT remain obscure.

The more times we plant those arguments in the head of the Average Joe, the more of them will stop being ‘Average Joes.

Our enemies know this. That is where they apply to so much pressure to keep our visibility low.

Admittedly, my judgement may be flawed, but, that is my judgement. We must, just as did Lee, come out and face our foes – come what may.

  6. Smartest thing the Klan’s done in a while. Everyone on the alt-right should only talk to the media if they get paid.

  7. I have lived in Missouri for 57 years and have never met a Klan member. Seriously, not even once. Apparently the FBI doesn’t find me very interesting. Heh.

    • I’ve seen Klan pocket knives for sale at gun shows. Never saw or met any live Klan members, however. Never saw any evidence of active Klan, either.

      • On the whole, Mr. Owen, perhaps Eastern Texas is inactive for Klan.

On the other hand, I know more than my share of them from NC, Georgia, and Miss’ippi, and some from all over.

        Merry Chrystmas!

        • Most people I meet, agree, more or less, with their sentiments. You know our ways; Say a lot without saying much.

          • Well said, Mr. Owen.

We, Southerners, use conversation not to express much, but to bring comfort to each other.

  8. A&E and other channels love these “reality” shows about various misfits: hicks, klansmen, white-trash, amish, guidos, mormon polygamists, etc. Funny how the subject of such shows are always, you know, white. I think there were actually plans to have one about a black guy, his many baby mommas, and their gaggle of bastards, but it got cancelled after public outcry about it being racist.

So, where are the reality shows about the black underclass? Or about the arab or pakistani convenience store owners who scam SBA loans and traffic in stolen goods? Or about the orthodox Jews of Kiryas Joel, or the hassidic slumlords of Brooklyn, or those dishonest Israeli-run stereo/camera stores in New York.

When it comes to cable TV shows about low-class low-life behavior, only whites need apply.

  9. At this point, I seriously question the legitimacy and sincerity of any pro-White group or person that willingly gives any type of mainstream media an interview. Especially the ones who do a damn fine job of portraying media caricatures to a T. I don’t give a shit who it is or how eloquent and convincing they believe they are in front of a camera. This isn’t the 1980s anymore. You don’t have to rely on the opposition to give you a podium and spotlight. The general public only has to have a desire to seek out alternatives and something beyond what’s spoon fed to them by Hollywood and mainstream media. The right people will seek you out; but you have to have some kind of recognizable and viable infrastructure in place to realize any real benefits of increased exposure.

Omertà would probably serve the pro-White sphere better than clever and cheeky sound bytes that may or may not make it past editors and producers.

You know how you spot the fakes and frauds? They’re the assholes who are running their mouth the most when it’s painfully obvious that they probably shouldn’t have been running their mouth at all.

    • MSM is getting killed by the internet. Any pro-White who’s worth his salt knows this and acts accordingly.

    • ‘You don’t have to rely on the opposition to give you a podium and spotlight.’

      Quite right, Celestial.

  10. Hey I thought we weren’t supposed to talk about the media using actors on this site. Where did Jaye go?

Are we on some kind of breakthrough here regarding open talk about all the really bad actors the media likes to use?

Because I mean, Gene Rosen. Whew.
