This is why I called into Jared Holt’s show last night.
A year after the “insurrection,” the first new poll of the year shows that 40% of Republicans and 41% of Independents believe that violence against the federal government is sometimes justified. Overall, 34% of Americans believe that sometimes the Second Amendment has to be exercised against tyranny.
“The percentage of Americans who say violent action against the governmentis justified at times stands at 34 percent, which is considerably higher than in past polls by The Post or other major news organizations dating back more than two decades. Again, the view is partisan: The new survey finds 40 percent of Republicans, 41 percent of independents and 23 percent of Democrats saying violence is sometimes justified. …”
This is like half of Trump’s base.
Keep in mind that about 15% to 20% of Republicans don’t like Trump.
Also, 70% of young Republicans think “our democracy” is a failure and nearly half think Civil War 2 is likely, especially those who live in rural areas or small towns. Half would support dissolving the Union.
Looking deeper into the poll, we see that support for the use of violence against the federal government is on the way up. It has gone from 15% (2010) to 23% (2015) and 34% (2021) over the past decade. So, it is fair to say that 40% of Republicans in some cases would support “domestic violent extremism.”
As we pointed out at the time, it was normies who stormed the Capitol. Many of us didn’t even vote for Trump in the 2020 election. I’ve long said he legitimately lost the election. In the span of two years though, we have gone from Groypers like Doctor Smiley showing up to ask Charlie Kirk silly questions to earnest normies showing up and asking when they can use the guns.
It sure looks to me like the “counter-extremism” tactics that these people have been using have objectively failed and that Trump’s base is angrier and more radical than ever before.

Edward Snowden receives the same treatment, for the crime of exposing the truth.
The Klan emerged as a response to abuses suffered under reconstruction (rapine and graft)
The confederacy emerged as a response to abuses suffered under the electoral system (Lincoln winning with no Southern buy in)
Labor unions arose from the cruel work conditions imposed in the respective workplaces.
These are organic organizations (certainly not the only examples) that only emerged in reaction to over reach. We won’t see anything similar until there’s something identifiable on a broad enough scale to cause mass agitation.
I think 2020 was close. It doesn’t matter if you think there was no fraud in 2020. Many of us are sure there was and we are no small minority.
The Covid gayop is getting close. It doesn’t matter if you think it was a real pandemic or not. Many of us know that the deathrates and case rates have been grossly inflated and we are no small minority.
It could be anything or any number of things that push people over the edge.
I want 2022 to be the gayest election cycle thats ever been. People must lose all faith in Washington. Then and only then can we take our ball and go home to start our own clubhouse. Whites only.

I believe that’s why we have militias. We won a war and independence by defeating the British govt and this one is 10 times more tyrannical.
Preppers will be vindicated at some point.
We’ve established our own networks within our communities and we’ll be a key force when the fiat dollar crashes. Not that vindication is necessary, but survival and thriving in a collapse is.
When you read between the lines, it’s not hard to see what’s coming. The hard part is giving up materialistic comforts now in order to better secure a steady footing for the future. The more you prepare, the easier it becomes to unplug from the Matrix.
So when the bullied kid finally has enough and socks his bully right in the snot locker he’s doing “exactly what the bully wants?”
I think that answer was….dumb.
We ALL know that NOT doing anything is exactly what got us into this mess.
The only thing evil needs to prevail is for good men to do nothing.
