House Passes Bill To Deport Immigrants Convicted of Violence Against Women

I did not anticipate this!

Democrats are so traumatized from their defeat in the 2024 election, which they rightly attribute to their position on immigration, that they aren’t putting up a fight to stop GOP immigration bills. The Lakey Riley Act has already overcome the filibuster in the Senate and is set to pass.

New York Times:

“The House passed a bill on Thursday to mandate deportation and block entry into the United States for immigrants with uncertain status who are convicted of or admit to sex crimes or domestic violence, as a bipartisan majority approved the latest piece of a step-by-step crackdown being imposed by Republicans.

G.O.P. leaders on Capitol Hill have been hammering at the issue of stricter immigration enforcement in the first days of the new Congress as a way to show how they will use their governing trifecta in Washington when President-elect Donald J. Trump takes office on Monday. They are also testing how far they can push Democrats to the right on the issue after their defeats in the 2024 election.

So far, the strategy appears to be working. The bill targeting immigrants convicted of violent crimes against women passed on Thursday by a vote of 274 to 145, with 61 Democrats joining all Republicans in backing the legislation. Last year, 51 Democrats voted to back the bill.

That was the case even though the bill approved on Thursday in many ways duplicates existing law. Immigrants with contested legal status who are found guilty of rape, sexual assault or domestic violence can already be removed under current law, which calls for deportations for those committing “crimes involving moral turpitude.” …”

Politico:

“More than 60 House Democrats backed a GOP bill that would make sexual and domestic violence deportable offenses, marking the second bipartisan immigration bill to pass the chamber this Congress.

The bill, led by Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.), earned 10 more Democratic votes than the 51 who backed it in the last Congress. Many Democrats who supported it were from purple districts, but some in solidly blue seats also voted for it, including Reps. Brendan Boyle (D-Pa.), Jim Clyburn (D-S.C.), Sarah McBride (D-Del.), and Ro Khanna (D-Calif.). …”

The Senate is the graveyard of legislation.

The fact that this seems to be changing on immigration is a huge white pill.

Normally, the House passes all kinds of bills to throw red meat to the base which the opposing the party predictably kills in the Senate with the filibuster. The gridlock in the Senate due to partisan polarization is why nothing ever gets done except for huge budget reconciliation bills. Neither Obama, Trump or Biden have been able to overcome this obstacle and pass most of their agendas.

  1. Why can not the states help? Each governor should be responsible to their people . Instead they have cadaver obedience to the federal conceived invasion of thier respective states and use language like , undocumented workers or Asylanten to anesthetize the already apathetic victim.
It is a conspiracy and which continues and will be perfunctorily disapproved each time another young woman or old people are murdered or raped by the barbarian.
Politicians will grieve and express apathetic condolences . A
Were this congress to make a law protecting most from some or a few exceptions of some from the great replacement the state governor will refuse to enforce it . It’s all a maneuver by congress , a complementary relationship . Nothing will change except more victims and the spared become inured to thier own destruction. Is already in Europe and England. Rejoice we have been judged.

    • “””….Why can not the states help?….”””

Because of videos made by Epstein and others. Also corruption and other crimes. Even here in Europe, you must be dirty as hell to get entry into crime ring known also as EU political class.

Want promotion into Ministry of Defense ? Well, fly to Thailand, make homosexual pedophilia with 6 years old boys, record it and bring video to us. Then you get your promotion.

This is how liberal democracy works.

  2. “changing on immigration is a huge white pill.”

    60 years late.

    IRREPARABLE DAMAGE ALREADY DONE.

  3. meanwhile Donald Trump is doing ok…

“Donald Trump Hits $25 Billion Jackpot a Day After Meme Coin Debut”

Donald Trump’s latest business venture, a meme coin, has reportedly made a whopping $25 billion since its release Friday night, reported Axios. “My NEW Official Trump Meme is HERE! It’s time to celebrate everything we stand for: WINNING! Join my very special Trump Community. GET YOUR $TRUMP NOW,” the president-elect wrote on his Truth Social platform. Those interested were directed to gettrumpmemes.com to purchase. According to the site, the meme features an image of Trump with his fist in the air emblazoned with his now-famous “FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT,” popularized after the first failed assassination attempt against him. “His strength and courage ignited a movement becoming the most memorable meme of the century,” the site boasts. It also describes him as “the crypto president.” Trump’s foray into the meme coin space isn’t a big shock given his promises to prioritize cryptocurrency under his new administration. On Saturday, $TRUMP trended on X, with users buzzing about the coin.

  4. Deportation measures should be expanded to those committing any crime, make or female, young or old. Drug importation, gang activity, paedophilia, theft, murder, beatings, etc, all hurts the local population and violates their human rights. Not to mention the downward pressure they put on wages and threat to social cohesion. Foreign investment of farms, real estate and critical infrastructure should face a blanket ban.
So much needs to be done.
    But…… it’s a start.
Let’s now see what they do with the legislation they have. Will they floor the throttle on the power they’re given?

    • Dare one think that, they should restore law first ? Or will that become “antisemitic” , an obstruction to the lawlessness , that prevails? I believe they eliminated such possibility in President Trump’s first term.

    • Noem is an ambitious woman . She has cultivated the “Trump Experience” , and has been granted a place in the crown of thorns around the President. I believe she desires to be the first woman president. Ambitious women are dangerous!

  5. adix Verum ??
    @NotRadix
There is no rising threat of “domestic terrorists,” the real threat is the Domestic Gladio being run by federal agencies against the American people, the greatest recent example being the Whitmer Fednapping hoax. This is about taking away our rights in the name of “security.”

  6. It’s a very tiny baby step. Keep in mind that the utterly corrupt senate has to pass a version which then goes into the black-box sausage mill called ‘reconciliation’. Both houses of the faux-legislature then must approve the sausage produced from the black-box. If this happens the Grand Duck l’Orange signs it into law. After this, the blackrobes get to declare it unconstitutional for any reason which happens to pop into whatever serves as a brain.

  7. BTW, even this is symbolic. If they really wanted the invasion force to leave, they need to take action against the corporations and NGOs who are profiting from the invasion. This would be initiated from the justice department. In order for that to happen, Trump’s team needs to basically fire every shyster and bloodsucking bureaucrat occupying space there while making damned sure their replacements are not selected by the SES (Soros’ Swamp Employment Service). Kang Jared made sure that only SES types and tribals were hired last time around, while the man tweeted his days away.

    • Trump allowed E-Verify to die during his first disasterous term. That forced companies to make potential employees prove their citizenship to work in America.

I had to provide my social security number, birth certificate, and government issued ID to get hired during the time E-VERIFY was in effect.

  8. So, we’ve been treated to quite a few shiny news baubles lately. Now and again, it’s very useful to step back and get some reminders of reality (or at least some good-faith efforts to see through the many elite-funded projects to implement Cass Sunstein’s cognitive infiltration strategy). NLF is one such writer at Substack and he has a very interesting discussion of the issue today entitled Opiate for the Masses, of which hopium is a popular component.

Read in particular his rather impressive list of “Dead Narratives” down towards the end of the article.

  9. Exalted Cyclops gets it. But Zog might just allow this one to pass, because it simply extends Radical Feminism into the barrios. If it does it will trigger a large uptick in murder. The tacos use violence to control their women. Under this new law, if any of their women call the cops or file a charge, the illegal who is the victim of this woman will pay the cholos to kill her. Which they will do.

    • “The tacos use violence to control their women”

True for every race, except WHITES.
White nations are the only ones that enforce such laws.

    • In nations like Morocco a man can beat his wife and if he gets tired he can call the police and they’ll start beating her. It’s true for many Moslem nations.
