Axios: Thousands Rally Against Trump In “Not My Presidents Day” Protests

Please do not engage these people unless you are cringe mining for clips.

In retrospect, it was a major mistake to take the bait and be seen in the same frame with them in 2017, and we reaped a huge political windfall by avoiding that mistake in 2020. We don’t need street activism to get our message out when we are dominating X which is the top news app in the United States. Making fun of these people on social media is much more effective than these protests.

Axios:

“Thousands rallied against President Trump in D.C. and across the U.S. on Monday to protest policies including his administration’s efforts to make sweeping cuts to government agencies and its push to deport undocumented immigrants.

The big picture: The Presidents Day demonstrations, driven by the 50501 Movement, a grassroots effort that calls for 50 protests in 50 states, also featured signs protesting Elon Musk, the billionaire face of DOGE. …”

Let these activists have the “streets” like during the George Floyd riots when they had the national spotlight to themselves and ignited a devastating backlash which has gone on for years.

Note: In a single image, this sums up what went wrong for us in 2017. We should learn from failure.

  1. How cute. They have the streets. Meanwhile, Trump has Elon who in turn has a server farm of daisy chained video cards and the fifty smartest young men in the world writing AI for it which will all result in the parents of these people on the streets losing their jobs.

    Have fun with those streets.

  2. We don’t need to do anything, except let them speak, record it, and feed it back to them. This is the 4D Checkmate we earned boys. Popcorn time.

  3. Yeah……let em express themselves. They do more for our side than we ever could. Some people from the Right should even infiltrate them and say and do some ridiculous things just to help our side more.
They no longer offend me. They entertain me.

  4. The last dying gasp of Boomer Ego-Liberalism. It brings back all the sanctimonious smugness of that generation. Now, watching all those old people barely able to yell their lefty cants without gasping for breath was most fulfilling.

But, its still horrifying to watch females jerking and screaming in Boston. It made me almost lose my dinner. Those two witches represent the true face of the devil in America, and Boston, one of its citadels.

Its like Imladris turned into Minas Mogul and we are watching the forces of Mordor marshalling to march out. The chess pieces are on the mood.. But, maybe I am giving to much to the two *itches.
