Supreme Court Makes It Easier To Sue Over Claims of Anti-White Discrimination

Unfortunately, the signal of the day – the thrilling Supreme Court ruling in Ames v. Ohio, which is a gift to White advocates – got lost in the noise of the Elon Musk crash out on X.

“WASHINGTON (AP) — A unanimous Supreme Court made it easier Thursday to bring lawsuits over so-called reverse discrimination, siding with an Ohio woman who claims she didn’t get a job and then was demoted because she is straight.

The justices’ decision affects lawsuits in 20 states and the District of Columbia where, until now, courts had set a higher bar when members of a majority group, including those who are white and heterosexual, sue for discrimination under federal law.

Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson wrote for the court that federal civil rights law draws no distinction between members of majority and minority groups.

“By establishing the same protections for every ‘individual’ — without regard to that individual’s membership in a minority or majority group — Congress left no room for courts to impose special requirements on majority-group plaintiffs alone,” Jackson wrote. …”

Elon will likely step back from the ledge, but this will empower a legal team of White advocates to sue corporations and universities for millions of dollars.

Back when I was much more cynical about Trump 2.0 and couldn’t see the future, I explained that I was voting for him to continue to shape the direction of the courts. That’s how we ended Reconstruction and our ancestors turned the country around in the Gilded Age. White people in the South literally voted harder until they overcame resistance and the Redeemers took back their states.

    So are we ignoring the Southern insurgency that suppressed african votes and ran Republicans out of Dixie to ensure those White votes counted extra? Or that the Reconstruction era constituted the American “Years of Lead” defined by partisan politics being an armed sport between White Liberation and african occupation? Or how no amount of voting repealed african citizenship despite the nearly century long victory achieved by underground violence buttressing a political campaign?

    Omitting this key historical context to promote the notion of an administrative solution in 202X has a distorting effect on the discourse. More radical, peaceful solutions are available to us now…but none will be utilized until Whites confront reality without red-tinted glasses.

    The claim that “capitalism” is a “Protestant invention” is historically untenable. Unlike the Catholic Habsburgs, the Calvinist Huguenots were Protestants. But despite their business acumen, they cannot be considered the founders of capitalism either.

    What is known today as “capitalism” has its origins in the industrial age, particularly in British Manchester. Everything before was “proto-capitalism” in this sense. The National Socialists, for example, never criticized Henry Ford or the Rockefellers (who had their origins in Rockenfeld in Hesse), who are also considered “capitalists”.
