I would love to move on from this.
I would love to write off Operation Midnight Boomer as a one time strike like the assassination of General Soleimani, a few bombs hitting a place that we don’t care about, which thankfully didn’t embroil us in a war in the Middle East and get back to focusing on mass deportations.
Believe me, I understand the temptation, but unfortunately Donald Trump is not allowing us to do this. He is on Truth Social tweeting out “Bomb, Bomb Iran” videos like John McCain, calling for MIGA and regime change, thanking Jeb Bush who now runs “United Against Nuclear Iran,” ranting about Thomas Massie and calling for him to be purged from Congress for AIPAC and now in his latest “truth” is calling for Israel to throw out the WARRIOR Bibi Netanyahu’s corruption trial which is a WITCH HUNT.
Yes, I know you are cringing.
All of us who supported him are cringing.
My thoughts and prayers this morning go out to all the Trump social media influencers who will have to report for duty to clean up and try to spin away this mess as some kind of master plan.
