Axios: Trump Allies Unleash First Ad Against Thomas Massie

The last month has been a total disaster for Donald Trump.

In 2024, I was overly dismissive of the notion that Trump could drag us into a war with Iran. I did not believe that Bibi Netanyahu and Miriam Adelson controlled Trump.

In my view, Jewish power was in decline. Trump had X to get his message out. He had proven in the primary by crushing Ron DeSantis that he did not need the Murdoch Press. He had a personal beef with Netanyahu stemming from the 2020 election. Most importantly, he had Elon Musk’s vast fortune on his side, won the 2024 election with the support of younger male voters who are skeptical of Israel and he wasn’t running again and was promising peace and could focus on his legacy. Support for Israel was declining on the Left and Right and MIGA Boomers were shrinking in the electorate.

For the record, I still believe these trends are rapidly eroding Jewish power in the United States, but I now realize that what I believed was happening was a bit premature. Bibi Netanyahu and the Israel Lobby see the same political forces and that convinced them that they had to strike Iran now. By going after Massie, Trump is also relapsing into the thin skinned cartoon character he was in his first term when he purged Jeff Sessions from the Republican Party while endorsing people like Mitt Romney.

Axios:

“A pro-Trump super PAC is out with its first TV ad against Rep. Thomas Massie, the Kentucky Republican targeted for defeat by the president, Axios has learned.

Why it matters: President Trump’s powerful political operation is showing that it’s willing to unload part of its massive $500 million war chest to unseat Massie, who the White House views as its chief Republican detractor in the House. …

Zoom in: The spot concludes by saying that Massie, an anti-interventionist who was critical of Trump’s decision to strike Iran, “sided” with with the country’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. …”

Daily Caller:

“The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) is looking to oust Republican Kentucky Rep. Thomas Massie in the upcoming 2026 midterm election.

AIPAC has been actively recruiting candidates to run in a primary against Massie, a source familiar told the Daily Caller.

“I’m aware that foreign lobbyists have conducted a push poll and are trying to recruit another candidate to run against me, due to my opposition to foreign aid and forever wars,” Massie said in a statement sent to the Caller. …”

I still believe we should remain politically engaged.

We should not sperg out, blackpill and collapse into despair. Time is on our side.

Thomas Massie is a principled libertarian like Ron Paul. I basically feel the same way about him that I do all libertarians. He is maddening on immigration and some cultural issues, but great on non-intervention in stupid wars for Israel in the Middle East, the national debt, civil liberties and other issues. He was right on COVID era inflationary spending and the fact that he is the only Republican congressman without an AIPAC handler and leash matters far more to me than his record on immigration.

Trump and MIGA are ganging up with AIPAC to purge Massie from Congress. I will be donating to Massie’s reelection campaign. I also plan on donate to Lindsey Graham’s opponent in South Carolina and doing whatever I can in the 2026 midterms to purge people like Graham from Congress.

Note: If you are critical of Jewish power and are tired of seeing Trump and the Republican Congress being dog walked by Israel, then you should lean into this and donate to Massie for standing up to AIPAC. Go out and vote against Lindsey Graham if you live in South Carolina.

  1. Thomas Massie is better than Ron Paul and Rand Paul on immigration.

He correctly recognizes Trump’s 2016 and 2024 wins as a mandate for immigration control. Sometimes he even criticizes Trump on immigration from the right – for instance, he criticized Trump when Trump promised to “staple a green card to every diploma”.

Marjorie Taylor Greene is the best person in congress right now. She has a great NumbersUSA score, and she is the only Republican other than Massie who is criticizing the Israel Lobby’s control of US foreign policy. There is a real danger that AIPAC will target her in 2026 just like they targeted Bob Good last year. If you don’t feel comfortable giving to Massie because he isn’t strong enough on immigration or the culture war issues, then give to Greene instead.

Even a small donation to Greene or Massie is meaningful. Its not about the money – its about sending a message.

    • This is about more than Massie.

This is about AIPAC flexing its muscle to intimidate all politicians who don’t bow and kiss to israhell. ” if you don’t vote a straight AIPAC agenda, we’ll give you the Massie treatment, no matter how clean and ethical you are.”

  2. Massie is frustrating, but better than most of the worthless puppets in Congress.

I’m rapidly getting sick of Trump. My only hope at this point is that Iran doesn’t lose its cool and give Trump an excuse to go all-in on a war. There’s still time to progress the domestic agenda before midterms potentially neuter his administration.

  3. Libertarianism is gay. I’ll consider voting for Massie as we get closer to the election. He has done an abysmal job navigating the politics of this, and is an idiot to put himself at public odds with MAGA. Say what you want about his principled libertarianism. Libertarianism doesn’t work, any more than any other utopian pie in the sky marxist political worldview does.

There is no time and will never be a time in history in which libertarianism will ever be relevant, because the circumstances of unbiased “free” markets will and has never existed. Just like the proletariat will never be free, and equality will never be achieved because people are not themselves equal.

If Massie wants my vote he will get off his butt and start talking directly to the people of Kentucky about things that actually matter, and he better get himself into the white house and start presenting some alternatives and options for how to accomplish what we care about in cooperation with MAGA, not in opposition to it.

If from now until the election all he continues to do is vote with the democrats against anything Trump wants, then I’ll oppose him with everything I can muster, and ridicule him to anybody in Kentucky that thinks he’s a good candidate.

Until then, as I’ve always said, libertarianism is gay, and libertarians are dipshit cranks who generally just want legal drugs, to abolish the FED (when they have no idea what it does) and lower the age of consent, along with a whole range of other totally idiotic and degenerate hair brained ideas that are equally destructive as anything that this moron running for the new york mayors race, an open communist, would promote.

Rand Paul is no better, and his ass is in a sling too. Big things are gonna be happening in Kentucky this election cycle. We gotta beat the turtles machine, and get rid of the boneheaded libertarians that keep trying to legalize weed in the state with no idea of the economics and down stream cultural impacts, and every other stupid idea they come up with.

Nah. That Massie doesn’t take money from the Jews is simply not good enough a reason for me to support him. Its one dimensional caved in head logic and I won’t get on board with it. I’ve got skin in the game here, and I want him reined in and brought back to earth. There are actual problems to solve. He isn’t doing anything to solve them. Just running his mouth on social media, embarrassing the state.

  4. Do people think that voting for the candidate handpicked by the Jews to replace Thomas Massie will benefit Kentucky? Get real. You think the Jewish candidate isn’t going to promote marijuana, pornography and gayness? If you think Beshear is bad, just wait until the candidate selected by Shlomo gets into power.

  5. > Trump hates Thomas Massie because puppets hate free men

Sums it all up in one sentence. Yes, Massie has some of the same issues other libertardians do, but he’s better on immigration than many. If anyone here thinks that it’s fine and dandy that every single Repuke legislator has a handler giving orders from a lobby representing a foreign country, they should renounce their US citizenship and go move to Haifa as its fairly obvious to anyone with an IQ above room temperature that the magic dirt has failed.

  6. Anyone who can look at themselves in the mirror and honestly say with a straight face that this last month was a total disaster for Trump in light of the outstanding success he had in destroying Iran’s strategic military strifture, crippling its regime, but then holding back Israel’s attempt at full scale regime change all the while managing to get Russia and China to ditch the regime, is clearly not thinking straight or is a deep fake. Get over it, you were wrong. Admit it and apologize to MAGA and move on.

    • It started with alienating and losing Elon Musk who was by far Trump’s most important donor. It continued with Joe Rogan and Theo Von. Libertarians abandoned Trump over his attempt to purge Massie. By the end of June, everyone from Tucker to Bannon to Marjorie Taylor Greene to Matt Gaetz began to tiptoe away from Trump and create distance over his subservience to Israel.

  7. Elon Musk has said he was raised as a Jew, but is an atheist now. But being an atheist and being a Jew are compatible. Most Jews are atheists They believe the Jewish people are God.

Fred Trump Jr. was President of a Jewish Fraternity at Fordham. He told the frat that his parents were crypto Jews and the whole family was Jewish. The frat checked with the New York Rabbi that Fred named, and he confirmed it, so Fred Jr. was accepted as a Jew. His brother Donald is also a Jew, from birth, as is his first wife Ivana and all his children except Barron, who was born to a Shiksa prostitute of Epstein’s that became the 3rd wife.

Tom Massie is the only American in Congress. He has no dual loyalty and unlike Fat Margie does not go around waving Israeli flags. That is why the Jew Donald Trump hates him. He has loyalty only to America.

By the way, it should be stated that your position during the Covid Op wasn’t so bad. You never shilled for the vaxx and even said you weren’t taking it. So that was actually good.

Now you are talking more truthfully about that Jew Trump. Better late than never.

  8. Elon Musk is an anti-government robber baron he gives passwords with double meanings as his kids names. His ultimate idea was recreating a new global East India company managed by White elites that would take billions of sweaty third world shiite bags into outer space where they would be ruled by interstellar techno plantation elites. No thanks.

Elon Musk has some good points and some good visions. But, as with most libertarians he doesn’t see the necessity of good res publica government. When he thinks he can save trillions of dollars out of wastefull government but only comes up with a few score billion while threatening everybody’s medicare/medicaid/social security he is more liability.

Elon Musk should be strapped to a chair and various plugs put into him from which to draw resources to power new campaigns for spreading America First. For example, his money should be spent rebuilding a White oriented, Americanist USAID network with which to ANNIHILATE Leftwing Anti-White governments and parties across the Western world. I always enjoyed talking to him about such dreams and our mutual angst at the Baby Boomer elite in the 1990’s, so, I still have hope and much respect for Elon. He’s still around so your dreams of a fracture with him and MAGA are premature.

As to the rest of people tip-toeing away, I’d say that isn’t exactly tiptoeing. Regardless, MTG, Carlson, etc are hardly saying they are going full Anti-Zionist and Anti-MAGA retard. You are creating a tempest in a teapot. As the full effects of Trump’s MAGA interventionist policy continues rippling thru the world your current political posture stance will just look like sour grapes. The stirring up of invidious behavior in the right to mimick the forced error of the Left during Biden isn’t going to pan out like Moscow thinks. They should just give it up before Trump Hotel loses patience.
