2nd Circuit has overturned the conviction of Douglass Mackey in the fake "conspiracy" to defraud voters by posting MEMES about voting-by-text. The Feds prosecuted him in NYC because the Twitter *servers* were there.

A victory for free speech and a loss for bogus prosecutions. pic.twitter.com/iB8dlUr2Dl
We finally have some good news!
It has been a very depressing four weeks.

I’m often to blogging and i really appreciate your content. The article has actually peaks my interest. I’m going to bookmark your web site and maintain checking for brand spanking new information.
It does not give you back free speech and it never will. Free speech only comes from treating others in the way you would like to be treated and respecting the thoughts and opinions of others and their right to express themselves. It is kind of wolven into that whole southern hospitality thing if you ask me. Treating others like you would like to be treated, it is important to some people and not so much to others.
How much did it cost him in legal fees? Is he now bankrupt? The problem with the ZOG “criminal justice” system is that even if you beat the rap, the ride will ruin you.
Yep, you get as much justice as you can afford.
American courts are very sloppy in delivering justice.
Jealous. I wish I could get a pardon or an overturned conviction. The Feds grossly violated my First AND Second Amendment Rights. If I was in any state or region other than NYC I could have had a fair shot at trial but they essentially held a gun to my head.
Joe…
If you will answer.
Did you have public defender ?
Approx how much did you spend on your defense ?
How many lawyers on your side?
Don’t answer if the questions are too intrusive.
@USAIPAC
Yes, I had a court appointed lawyer. Didn’t pay a dime. Just one attorney and a mitigation helper. But had to accept their plea bargain no matter who I had as a lawyer. Feds have a 97% conviction rate. And I simply could not gamble even more of my life away by trusting an NYC jury to be Constitutional in their deliberating. I would have loved to prove this was unconstitutional entrapment at trial.
Welcome to the grand Weltsozialamt—
Where borders are myths and the world’s at your palm!
Germany once held the gavel with pride,
But look now—Ireland has joined for the ride!
Step right up, seekers of shelter and cheer,
There’s free cash and housing, and benefits here!
Why settle for less when you could have more?
Just knock on the door of this global rapport.
“I’m Irish now!” rings out with glee,
Five hundred a week—what a jubilee!
From Jordan, from Syria, from far and from near,
Ireland’s the club where the payouts appear.
The Germans once worried, “Are we the world’s bank?”
But now, dear Hibernia, you’ve joined the same rank.
The EU decrees, and the rules rearrange—
National borders? Oh, how quaint and strange!
So raise up your Guinness, your bratwurst, your tea,
To the Weltsozialamt—for you and for me!
Who’s next in the club to open their gate?
Step right up! There’s no need to wait.

*) “Weltsozialamt” can be translated as “world social welfare
office” and is used in political and public debates, often in a
polemical context, to describe the idea that a country (typic.
Germany) is acting as if it were responsible for providing so-
cial welfare benefits to people from around the world, not just
its own citizens. The term is generally used to express concern
or criticism about perceived excessive generosity in social poli-
cies toward migrants or foreigners, implying that national wel-
fare systems are being overburdened by international demands.
