I recently had the pleasure of appearing on Josh Neal’s stream Psycho Politics to discuss the highs and lows of Trump’s second term and why I think results have been mixed. We also discussed the Alt-Right and some of the pitfalls that activists run into like impatience with people who are less radical.
“Love it, leave it or change it”, was meant.
Very good is also Fake it until you make it.

What does that mean? It means being or becoming who you are meant to be as part of God’s earthly mission. It’s about self-empowerment, self-efficacy, resilience, and awareness. We are healthy by nature, but we make ourselves sick.
Every day, we choose situations that make us deeply unhappy, the wrong boss, the wrong “partner,” the wrong environment, the wrong behavior (addiction), and thus betray our very existence. The best helping hand is your own.
We decide not only what environment we are “at the mercy of,” but also how we feel in it. Feelings are not our masters, but our slaves. They follow our thoughts. There are people (like me) who cannot be made to feel negative even in prison cells. Make it your ultimate goal to feel good every day and fight anything that tries to prevent you from doing so.
Wrong translation: feelings/emotions are not our “slaves”, but our SERVANTS! Every thought is underpinned by emotional content. So have GOOD THOUGHTS! Once you have trained yourself to do this, you can afford to express negative thoughts, but not as long as you yourself suffer from them! View the world like a surgeon who would be unable to help if he were emotionally affected himself. View the world as a puppet show that continues without you.
It is also important to understand that we harm ourselves every day by communicating negative thoughts and reinforcing our negativity. The same applies to the opposite. Spread the good news! See even gloominess as an opportunity to be a light. Stop being a mouthpiece for foreign powers who want to see you unhappy, while they themselves are rolling in money.
Our brain is the result of what we record on it every day. In technical terms, it is a hard drive. We listen to ourselves and talk to ourselves in our thoughts. So refuse to continue feeling bad, accept your existence fully. Embrace the world like a lover if you want it to love you back. Affirm life in moments that seem so bleak that they call on you to grow. Use mantras that you hammer into your brain incessantly until they activate automatically, unconsciously, on their own: “I am fine! Everything will get better! People love me!” Here you can become a master, the master of yourself, the supreme judge second only to God.
Heaven is a place on earth. Once you understand this,
you have risen to the highest level of knowledge. So
let the sun shine in your heart, life is for living!
