It is a sad day for activists.

Hamas and Israel have released their hostages.

After two years of bloodshed, the war in Gaza appears to be over. The people who have been living vicariously through the “Axis of Resistance” will have to find something else to do.

Times of Israel:

“Israel joined the families in celebration on Monday as Hamas released the 20 remaining living hostages under the Gaza ceasefire deal brokered by US President Donald Trump, who came to Israel to mark the event.

Hamas is yet to release the remains of 28 dead hostages, despite being required to do so under the deal that would bring some closure to the national trauma that began when the terror group took 251 hostages back to Gaza after massacring some 1,200 people on October 7, 2023. …

All 20 returned pale and frail, but smiling and standing on their legs, with most of them held in horrific conditions in tunnels deep under Gaza, where many faced abuse, starvation and received limited medical treatment. …”

Is it a trap?

Is this just another peacefire that Israel will violate at will?

Sure, it is possible, but it seems unlikely for several reasons. Israel is an albatross for Trump and the war in Gaza is massively unpopular. This is a neat solution that takes it out of the headlines. The fact that Trump is doing this big event with Arab and Europeans leaders in Egypt and everyone involved is taking a big victory lap for ending the war and bringing “peace to the Middle East” suggests it will stick. It will also be much harder for Israel to resume the war now that the hostages have been returned. Trump also genuinely wants the Nobel Peace Prize and sees this deal as a crowning legacy defining achievement.

If it is trick by Trump and Netanyahu who have some kind of secret agreement to resume the war after the hostages are released, then our European and Arab allies will have egg on their faces. Would they allow themselves to be humiliated by Israel if they did not believe this was real?

Note: As Bannon explains, the deal is that the Palestinians get to stay in Gaza, Israel doesn’t annex the West Bank, settlements in the West Bank stop, the Gulf Arabs rebuild Gaza, Turks provide security. In other words, the Greater Israel project is dead and Muslim troops will be on Israel’s border.

  1. I posted this concern before but nobody seems to have read it. I am posting this under this new article before it gets buried and lost in the comments:

    Please avoid extra long posts. It makes moderating extremely tedious and difficult. Several of you have complained about your posts not getting moderated soon enough. It is usually extra long posts that slow us down. Try to keep posts to three paragraphs. Other commenters will be more likely to read them and it won’t take us forever to moderate them. If you have so much to say then break it up in multiple posts. Also, it makes it too easy for us to overlook personal attacks and swearing when your post is extra long. And a couple of you enjoy posting multiple links to YouTube videos. We have to stop and open these as well so please keep those at a minimum.

    On a final note, some of you complain about all the rules but there really aren’t that many. We have backed off on cracking down on inter ethnic squabbles. The main things we look for are personal attacks and insults and cuss words or things that look like spam or are obscene and irrelevant. Making your posts shorter and to the point will benefit you more because other people will enjoy reading them more and they will get posted sooner. Other than this we try to avoid posts attacking white women unless they are truthful and relevant. There is already enough of that elsewhere in our circles to entertain that interest anyways.

  2. I suspect Israel will continue to bomb Gaza and the West Bank whenever they feel like it, just like they continue to bomb Lebanon and Syria whenever they feel like it despite their ceasefire with Hezbollah. American taxpayers will, unfortunately, be paying for all Israeli airstrikes.

    I also suspect Israel will still try to drag us into another round of attacks on Iran.

    I hope I’m wrong about that.

    Thank God for the activists. They should be given credit for reducing right wing support for Israel. That is the development which impedes Trump’s ability put Israel first.

    In fact, before Hunter had even finished posting his article the dirty little Sand N@ggers had violated the agreement. They are withholding all of the dead bodies they have of the hostages they took in their modern day Commanche raid onto Jew Texas and then latter executed, beat or starved to death. That’s about 200.

    Knowing Sand N@ggers like I know Hunter’s inner Jimmy Carter, they are holding these bodies because some of them aren’t actually dead and the others will be used for more ransom. These will be highly valued Israelis like the Israeli Border Guard recon-surveyors, (mostly women), who were almost to a man and women either killed or captured in the attack. We know some were captured alive. Then there are the Intel and politically connected ones. There is a good chance that some if not all of these are alive and Hamas will use them later. They will also use the dead bodies as collateral as well in the immediate future.

    Returning these bodies is proof of life material. It proves they actually are dead and not being held in secret. Thousands of our boys, mostly MACV-SOG personnel and airmen were presumed left behind by the Nixon Admin and held by the Vietnamese. Its known that they were declared dead but were alive and traded for negotiations later.

    The Israelis care about their people more than the US Government cares about its soldiers. So, if Hamas doesn’t provide proof of life, whether dead or alive, its justification to restart killing Sand N@ggers again, drilling down into the tunnels and underground citadels by the IDF, and then reading Hunter’s tears as he rages at Jews and goosesteps harder. I look forward to see what happens. If it holds, Trump should share his Nobel Peace Prize with Netenyahu and we can bring popcorn to watch Hunter angrily goose step even harder.

    It’s because it was the only way out for all parties involved. Basically going back to the square one of 10/6/23. This was as good as it was going to get for Israel.

    • Israel ended up stuck in a war of attrition, not the type of war its military likes to fight. The Israeli military relies on blitzkrieg tactics integrating air power with great intelligence to strike hard at an enemy’s critical command, control and logistics points to achieve victory. Superior mobility and combined arms tactics gave them victory in 1967 and 1973 against similarly arrayed but less competent foes.

      The Gaza war was similar to the German 6th Army getting bogged down in Stalingrad in late 1942 leading to its defeat rather than the successful battles of mobility it fought in 1939 – 1942. Soviet forces suffered enormous casualties in the battle of Stalingrad too but they were batter able to replace their losses over time. Israel won against Hamas but their casualties were much higher than expected. Casualty numbers haven’t been released yet, they’re bad for Israeli morale.

      This deal gives what’s left of Hamas some legitimacy and breathing room. Israel also needs time to recover from two years of war and high casualties as well as low morale and the loss of international support especially in the U.S. DJT is pounding the table for his precious Nobel Peace Prize, he says he earned it. After all, if BHO could get a Nobel for being black and just showing up shouldn’t DJT get one too? Life just isn’t fair.

      Now if he can only get rid of that idiot Zelensky and not send Tomahawk cruise missiles to Ukraine . . .

History is a great predictor of the future and history has proved throwing money and weapons at a problem only leads to American boots on the ground, starting with advisors and ending with endless American troops as cannon fodder.       What we are seeing is the irresistible force (Israel) versus the immovable object (Palestine). Both sides say they have strong historical claims to the area and refuse to budge. Jews have a reputation for being rootless cosmopolitans and even many Israelis are living and working in the West. Palestinians stay rooted, partly because their previous antics against host Arab countries made their former hosts roll up the welcome mat, but mostly their grip on the rest of the area has become so tenuous.

      Yasser Arafat declined the offer set up by the Saud King and Ronald Reagan to set up a formal Palestinian state, deciding to go for all or nothing. This feckless decision of his further eroded the territory occupied by Palestinians, because if the USA and the UN had signed onto this provision, like they had Israel, they would have had to enforce it and it would have kept Israel from building more settlements which annexed more territory for Israel.

      Arafat’s stupidity played right into Israel’s hands, as evidenced by Netanyahu’s clear unhappiness with the peace process that involves setting up a two-state solution with the help of the Arab nations.

There are only about 10%-15 Christian Palestinians in the post 1947 Palestinian diaspora although if you included those who were ethnically cleaned by the Sand N@ggers earlier they would number about 25-30%.

    Whatever support means, it is clear, the Democrats have decided to shed the last of their Western Civilized skin suits and reveal their full throated Anti-White, Anti-Western bigotry.
