The Republican House majority is slipping away from MIGA Mike Johnson.

Trump purged Marjorie Taylor Greene from MAGA and she resigned from her seat in Congress in disgust. He is going out of his way to antagonize and purge Thomas Massie from Congress for AIPAC. Elise Stefanik and Nancy Mace are leaving Congress although neither plan to resign immediately.

Meanwhile, a Republican congressman from California just unexpectedly dropped dead. There is a special election in Texas coming up on January 31 which will add a Democrat to replace Sheila Jackson Lee who died last year. Rep. Cory Mills of Florida is embroiled in an ethics scandal and could potentially resign. Indiana Rep. Jim Baird who is 80-years-old is hospitalized from a car accident. We’re getting close to the point where another unexpected death or sex scandal could hand power to Thomas Massie.

“The sudden death of Representative Doug LaMalfa, Republican of California, cast a pall over the first day of the new session of Congress on Tuesday, when House Republicans mourned their colleague and also watched their tiny majority dwindle to the bare minimum of 218 votes.

The passing of Mr. LaMalfa, 65, who died during an emergency surgery, came on the same day that the resignation of Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia took effect. That left Speaker Mike Johnson able to afford just two defections on any party-line vote, if all members are present — and in an election year, they seldom are.

It was the latest blow to Mr. Johnson’s already weak grip on a demoralized House Republican conference as the party anxiously looks toward midterm elections in which their control of the chamber is at stake. Lawmakers who are fearful of losing the majority have complained openly about his leadership, calling him a habitual liar and routinely circumventing him to bring legislation he does not want to hold a vote on to the floor. …”

If Republicans effectively lose control of the House, Trump will become a lame duck president. It could conceivably happen long before the midterms and he would only have himself to blame.

  1. All of the Repukes you mentioned save Massie and (maybe) MTG were essentially worthless cucks. This is the actual problem – that the GOP is fake-opposition. The Washington Generals forever throwing the game to the ever victorious Harlem Globetrotters. That’s why things have only moved in one direction (to total ruin) since before you were born. What’s needed is a real opposition party that was interesting in obtaining seats in congress to serve as a spoiler for the extant uni-party. Is it even possible to form such a party without it being infiltrated from the outset by folks like Swishy Nicky the fake-and-gay “Traditionalist Catholic”, Richard Spencer, and various paid agents of the regime, AIPAC, et alia?

    We might be well past the stage where this is even possible. Still if there were even independents running for congress it would beat this stinking clownshow. As with the Tea-Party and countless previous efforts, the rank-and-file who hoped for anything real to come from MAGA will have to face the reality that it’s been hijacked by the usual suspects and their grifter armies.

  3. The Democrats may try to wipe out a couple of FOP Congressman to force a show down in the House. The Democrats are after all criminal demons. But, this is pure copeism to deal with the collapse of Third Worlder dictatorships around the world by machinations of the Trump Administration.

    With the cut off in oil, Cuba is in emergency as vital oil shipments from Venezuala have ended. Several tankers from Russia and Iran made a break for it and are being tracked down by the US Navy. A huge Russian ghost fleet tanker is about to be intercepted in the North Atlantic after Russia granted it to be officially flagged as Russian and is sending a sub to escort it.

    US and Allies forces special forces are preparing to go somewhere with a huge flight arriving in the UK. Iranian battles in the streets of Teheran have left a confirmed 36 dead in the Main Market alone with estimates ranging to over a hundred plus those in other cities. No confirmed list of how many are regime forces but certainly not unscathed.

    In turn, given the rapiditity of the Iranan Mullah regime collapse, the US specop forces being sent to the  Middle East are going to provide direct assistance. It’s likely there are already forces on the ground assisting Iranian insurrection as we speak given the time line. So, it looks like American boots are already on the ground.

    But your Inner Denethor Jimmy Carter wants to talk about the GOP losing control of the House in a couple of days? This is a cope, it’s not going to happen and you are only doing it to not deal with the fact that we are advancing America First interests when needed with judicious and surgical use of military force and winning.

Hopefully, this current MIGA masquerading as MAGA will soon be politically crippled and become a minority so when the real America First finally appears they will not be servants of this “Israel” pulling stunts to please this nation falsely called Israel but rather working to help restore the true greatness of the descendants of the first Americans that settled in the greater Jamestowne Colony area around the Chesapeake Bay. America First should be for the real first Americans that settled in this country and not for (scattered by God because of their sins) Jews falsely calling themselves Israel who were separated from the House of Israel millennia ago.
