Donald Trump Demands $500 Billion Increase In Military Spending

Since the United States will be running Venezuela for years and potentially other countries, Trump has informed us that we need to spend $1.5 trillion dollars to build his “Dream Military.”

New York Times:

“President Trump said on Wednesday evening that he expected the United States would be running Venezuela and extracting oil from its huge reserves for years, and insisted that the interim government of the country — all former loyalists to the now-imprisoned Nicolás Maduro — is “giving us everything that we feel is necessary.”

“Only time will tell,” he said, when asked how long the administration will demand direct oversight of the South American nation, with the hovering threat of American military action from an armada just off shore.

“We will rebuild it in a very profitable way,” Mr. Trump said during a nearly two-hour interview. “We’re going to be using oil, and we’re going to be taking oil. We’re getting oil prices down, and we’re going to be giving money to Venezuela, which they desperately need.” …

During the wide-ranging interview with The New York Times, Mr. Trump did not give a precise time range for how long the United States would remain Venezuela’s political overlord. Would it be three months? Six months? A year? Longer?

“I would say much longer,” the president replied …”

Venezuela has been reduced from a sovereign nation to an American colony. We have conquered it like a new province of the Ottoman Empire. The Venezuelans pay us tribute now. Trump called off the second wave of attacks this morning because our vassal state has surrendered its oil.

Everything is going to work out fine. We have been greeted as liberators in Venezuela. The oil companies are going to invest billions of dollars to Make Venezuela Great Again. We are going to nurse the Venezuelan economy back to health. It is not like there is any potential that the country could collapse into a civil war or an insurgency like Syria which would require American troops to secure the oil.

Senate Democrats who just unanimously voted in favor of the Venezuela war powers resolution will also retain Venezuela as an American colony in the event that Republicans lose power. Venezuela’s oil is ours now forever and will not be handed back over to them like when Biden killed the Keystone pipeline.

Oh no they won’t. The Venezuela crude is a super-heavy ‘sour’ crude that requires heavy refining. There are three refineries in the US set up to handle it – all three owned by CITGO which was picked up for a fraction of its value in a rigged court-ordered auction by Trump donor (and major supporter of LGBTQ crap and likely Antifa) Paul Singer. Because such a quantity of oil is a “national security” matter (thanks in no small part to Joe Biden’s autopen draining the US strategic reserve), your tax dollars will be spent to rebuild the Venezuelan oil infrastructure. This is also partly the fault of the totally corrupt regimes of Chavez and Maduro, who instead of spending money to maintain and improve the oil infrastructure let it decay in a typical display of Marxist economic illiteracy. They should have taken some pages from Xi and Putin’s book on how to make things work instead of reading romantic novels by Castro and Che.

Oh and lest we forget, they did invest in two “companies” whose purpose was to build and maintain voting machines: Smartmatic and Dominion, along with all sorts of attendant software along with being a part of the drug and human-trafficking network to import drugs and invaders into the United States. So, the situation is a bit more complicated that it being all about the oil – though that is certainly a part of the reason for the show. As for the “stunning military operation”, the fact that there were literally zero US losses is indicative of a massive payoff of Maduro’s equally corrupt cadre of underlings. Reading all these idiots crowing about the “catostrophic failure” of Chinese AD is laughable. Yes they don’t work when you turn them off because you’re busy counting the sack of Gold Kruggerands handed to you by some simling Murikan Delta force guy who could also rapidly turn all that nice pretty plata into some damned ugly plomba.

    • US Gulf Coast and Midwest refineries already process the tar sands sludge that we get from Canada so Venezuela oil is not a problem to refine.

    • Paul Singer is a Wall Street predatory Jew. He was also responsible to go along with the Argentine debt haircut scheme. He is the biggest donor to the Republican Party.
This is the most important part of the post you missed.

  2. Flying under the radar, the wonderful pro-White Christian nationalist GOP just voted to add $20 million to the DOJ to bring back the Community Relations Service. Grieving families and survivors of black and brown violence will be told that they need to denounce racism once more. Vote harder!

    • Thanks for that. So that means Trump actually nixed that utterly toxic POS agency? Resurrecting it is in perfect character for the GOP whose leaders are fine upstanding folks like Lady G and Pedoface Mikey.

      • Yeah not happy about that. On the other hand the once disbanded office could theoretically be staffed by PR smart Bedfort Forrest types who could craft language to make even the most softest SF Pro N@gger lover liberal scream for lynch mobs the next White sacrificial lamb. Maybe even work with “vetted” militia, private investigation, and grass roots groups to add meat to it. That’s what I’d do.

  3. Even if Trump were to get his $1.5 trillion USD for his “Dream Military” there is a problem never addressed by by either his critics or supporters. There isn’t the manpower to properly staff the military now, they currently have personnel shortages everywhere, especially in Air Force and Navy technical fields. There are plenty of La Queeshas, Tyrones and Manuels in the military but not enough White, Christian men, the only trustworthy, reliable, competent demographic to properly operate and maintain the complex military equipment in the inventory.

The Venezuela attack was a successful commando raid but its relevance for a war with China is zero. A war in the Pacific would be decided by missiles, aircraft and ships (including submarines) which require smart, competent men to train then field and from the military’s viewpoint, retain long term. This is where there are now critical shortages in the military; in electronics to run THAAD and Patriot systems, nuclear submarines and keeping aircraft flying.

Even if the U.S. Government, in its eternal stupidity and short sightedness were to recruit a mercenary foreign legion, offering citizenship and money for military service this would not solve the problem. Foreigners would always be suspect and Third World types don’t solve the competency or reliability problems. Hiring mercenaries in large numbers to maintain the GloboHomo Empire will not work long term, it just creates more problems from violent, hostile foreigners which the U.S. Government has already enriched us enough with.

The only solution for the U.S. Government is to bring back conscription which ended in Jan. 1973 when the Paris Peace Treaty was signed at the end of the hugely unpopular Vietnam War. Conscription would be no more popular today than in 1973 especially from those now baying for war. They would refuse service or do like hypocrite warmongers Rush Limbaugh and DJT did, get out of service because of a pimple on his fat ass (Rush Limbaugh) or shin splints (DJT). Conscription would fail again like it failed last time and rightly so, too.

    • All good points naturally. To paraphrase Mencken: Nobody ever lost money by underestimating the stupidity of the US government.

Handing over more money to a gang who are completely unable to account for several trillions for a decade or more running is not going to work out well.

      • I don’t like to sound like a broken record harping on military recruiting and retention numbers but that is the Achilles’ heel of the already bloated military. If the Navy for example were to magically receive 100 new ships, all fueled, equipped, armed and stocked with everything they need to join the fleet tomorrow it would do no good. The Navy doesn’t have the sailors to properly man the ships they already have.

Even calling up reserves, including the Individual Ready Reserve wouldn’t be sufficient. There just aren’t enough men enlisting, reenlisting or joining the Naval Reserve. It’s no different in the other branches of the military, none of them have proper staffing, especially in high tech fields. All of these problems are exacerbated by the high numbers of diversity already in the military making life extra unpleasant for normal White guys who choose to leave the military at the end of their enlistments.

No doubt the loathsome scumbags in Congress would like to pick the low hanging fruit of conscription tomorrow to staff the military. The blowback from that stupidity would be monumental. The loathsome scumbag politicians’ main job is to get reelected (stealing is secondary) and passing a bill of conscription would cause them to lose the next election. They didn’t expend so much time, effort and bribe money just to lose the next election.

        • @12AX7,

As I’ve said before the recruitment problem for CURRENT force levels are not a problem. Neither are they are problem with not getting enough White recruits. The latter numbers are almost at GWOT levels at current recruitment trajectories. We should see Whites in the military back up to close to 70% by the end of Trump’s term at current trajectories. With reinforcement of standards and focus back on the traditional recruitment grounds and explicit calls of American Nationalism we could get back to 77% GWOT levels by 2030.

Now the problem is the current force levels are to small. They were to small during GWOT. We need a minimum of Cold War levels of around 2,500,000 total regular armed forces. More importantly we need a YUGE expansion of the various reserve components to around 3,500,000 to 5,000,000.

The most important part of that reserve components should be a new reserve components of non OCONUS i.e. non foreign deployable State Guard which is necessary to secure the homeland, defeat insurrection and rebellion, and repel invasions. This is where a lot of people will join and we can fill out with conscription. It also serves as a recruitment pool of trained volunteers for overseas if that is necessary.

Expanding the reserves rather than creating a massive regular force is the way to go. Traditionally, since the end of the Civil War we did neither. We relied on geographic isolation, unity of national ethos, and industrial calacity to massively expand to meet threats. Going from 0 to 60 as in the past was always problematic and impossible today. So the creation of a new reserve component and the massive expansion of the other reserve components is vital. This is the difficult part that goes to the core of the underlining problem you raise which I agree with to a degree.

In the meantime, much of the new funding is being demanded by Trump toward restructuring production on shore. The last 25 years has seen a massive fleecing of military expenditures for profit of shareholders, stakeholders, and CEOs and management. That needs to change and Trump has directed it be changed. This means large numbers of new shipyards, armories, factories, and cottage industry oriented networks. This will take years to create, probably 7-15 years to fully finish. IF it is changed, and IF we get the numbers of current force structure up WITH the additional recruits, mostly White, then are on track we can to build expansion from there.

As a stopgap, I’ve and others have recommended two things. Mobilization of most of the existing reserve components to fill out and round out any deficiencies. This can be done slowly at first but will need to be quickened until it is complete by 2028. If that is done our current force level requirements would be meant instantly and we are on pace to meet further expansions.

Secondly, if we bring back forces from the IRR and non IRR with any time still left on their 20 year enlistment requirements, we could build off of that the massive expansion necessary to reach 2,500,000 regulars within 4-9 years. That would provide in turn the cadre for training more new recruits, shifting some troops back into the new State Guard reserve component, and cadre for unit training of a larger number of troops to meet the 2,500,000 regular and around 3,500,000 to 5,000,000 in the reserve, and equiped with new or retooled older weapon systems. That provides the base line necessary for meeting any more larger expansion as needed in case of large war by 2032.

As you said such an expansion relying solely upon new recruits only, would be very difficult without conscription. Even with a change of cultural behavior in the younger generation it would be hard. But, if we really on the reserves, IRR, veterans still able to fulfill a 20 year enlistment, and with personnel incentives it’s doable.

Overall, in the Short term, I disagree our current recruitment is too low. We are more than situated to meet the current force levels with current recruitment. It’s just the current force levels are way below what is needed to meet national strategy and completely impossible to maintain the liberal word order. On that we can both agree. The solutions have to be thought of outside the old box kit of volunteer only using only new recruitments or straight conscription. Neither is likely to work and will cause tremendous blow back. Utilizing the approaches I mentioned are much more feasible with less political blowback.

    • 12AX7,
My mother’s cousin was 20 in 1968. That year, he recieved conscription papers in the mail ordering him to report for the draft, which he ignored and threw away. Later on that year, he was at work operating a machine that polished and cleaned sheet metal when some military goons walked in, abducted him and drove him off to the barracks. He was kicking and screaming. Two years later in 1970, he was killed in Vietnam by “friendly fire”. He was just on 22….. virtually a kid. His only sibling, a sister, never went on to have kids, so their parents never saw grand kids.
Three years later, the white Australia policy was axed, so he died for politicians who were destroying Australia domestically, anyway .
Send Bob to die overseas, whilst Mohammed, Ming and Tyrone are welcomed in…… that’s our politicians.
      But your vote counts…
      Keith, Australia

    • The Zoomers can’t read, are obese and slow, riddled with feminist teachers putting them IEPs and psychotropics.
The Millenials and late X were the last functional kids who also had no career prospects; hence, the DoD during the Bush years instituted draconian high standards for a high school entry job.
      1. Had a disciplinary problem in college–disqualified
      2. Been on one month of Ritalin before your parents realized it was crap–disqualified
      3. Had a hard career that chewed and spit people out readily, looking like you are a problem employee–disqualified

Those regulations are still operative, but everyone gets a waiver now. Sure the mystery meat isn’t super competent or patriotic, but the military since the 1990s is just a sloppier reflection of free-market corporate culture, so not needed, people are just worried about keeping their jobs.

    • “Donald Trump Demands $500 Billion Increase”

      Printing our way to hyper-inflation.
      $4500 gold, $80 silver already.
People with foresight snd big money are moving away from the dollar and this seems to only be the beginning.

  4. “While everyone is arguing about a few billion dollars of daycare fraud (which is a problem that needs to be fixed), the Trump administration wants to increase our military spending by $500,000,000,000 per year for the same department that’s never passed an audit.”

Couldn’t have been better said by Papists Tim Walz and Nancy Pelosi, who after all are drinking buddies. Sad to see Hunter subscribing to their bullshita and vandalizing OD with that excrement. Hunter, are we next going to see you demonstrate against nuclear weapons by tying yourself with ropes to rail road tracks thereby trying to stop nuke trains from Huntsville AL?

Hunter continues to crash out of the Patriot Right and go ever more and more towards a leftist trajectory just like his inner avatar Jimmy Carter did in the 1960s. I told you to watch out taking to much of the Trotskyite cool aid being offered from your friends. It’s addictive until you realize your dumb and naked in the cold and everyone around you is God and White (the same thing) hating bat sh!t crazy Anti-Americans who’d just as soon as turn on you.

    • The DoD budget is undercounted because the nuclear weapons are part of Department of Energy, the VA is a separate line item, R and D and intelligence are other departments too.

  5. . . . Hunter, are we next going to see you demonstrate against nuclear weapons by tying yourself with ropes to rail road tracks thereby trying to stop nuke trains from Huntsville AL?

Yes, if that’s what Hunter needs to do to prevent his children from being conscripted into GloboHomo Empire’s next deranged crusade. Hunter will not be alone either, there are tens of millions of others who will do what it takes to prevent the U.S. Government from taking their children and grandchildren and returning them in a box labeled “missing members, do not open”. Not just in Alabama either, all across the country, every state of the Union.

AGB is probably a Hasbra team IRL, not one person, using AI to generate a wall of text in response to sites that express a grain of doubt about the U.S. fighting Our Greatest Ally’s next war. After the grueling battles for Gaza, with exceptional casualties (the numbers have not been released) Our Greatest Ally has decided the U.S. can take the casualties next time. That is the whole point of his (or their) comments, to distract from questioning support for Our Greatest Ally especially for fighting their next war.

All the talk about “Papists”, Venezuela, cartels etc. is just a smokescreen for the real purpose of the “AGB” Hasbara comments, to get the U.S. to continue supporting Our Greatest Ally and especially fighting their next war. All while our country crumbles into dust which they don’t have an ounce of care for.

    • No, it’s to expose whether who is a Patriot or a foreign asset or a talker and not a walker. If Hunter ties himself to railroad tracks what vestigial support he retains in the online right will evaporate as they see him as a typical liberal who misled them with nationalist talking points. It has nothing to do with Israel except in the bot farmed propoganda machines of the country’s enemies and the fevered brains of monomaniacal Jew haters.
