Note: You have probably seen several versions of this map over the years here which illustrate how Dixie is a culturally distinct nation within the United States. In terms of religion, Missouri and Oklahoma are more Southern than Midwestern.

By this standard, Missouri beats Virginia, maybe also North Carolina and is about on par with South Carolina.
I’m assuming they’re using Party affiliation to determine who’s conservative. Unfortunately, for this reason, West Virginia is not considered conservative, even though she’s probably the most conservative place in the country.
HW- This is a somewhat disingenuous map. It only shows Evangelical Protestants, not anyone else. And, while the largest number of ‘xtians’ in the USA are such, that isn’t the case in other countries of the West.
And, after your most recent (July 4) post, one begins to wonder why, if all these “Xtians” are out there, we are not yet free of FEDGOV, the Obamanation, or the Faggot Fifth Columnists… just sayin’…..
