Or the young men who signed up for heavy combat after 9/11.
Tell it to the man who reaches for the baseball bat when there’s a noise downstairs and his family is sleeping.

Good morning, Clown World!
What’s going on today in liberal democracy which we all know is the greatest and most glorious form of government ever devised by the genius of man?
It has been a busy few weeks deconstructing masculinity and femininity, prosecuting shy boys who flirt with girls for sexual assault, teaching the masses how to eat bugs, degrading our youth with sexually perverse cartoons, mainstreaming puberty blocking medications for transgender kids and hailing transgender prom queens as progress. We haven’t seen this much progress since the zenith of modernism in the Weimar Republic.
Today marks #pronounsday – seeking to make sharing, educating and respecting personal pronouns commonplace. @pronounsday pic.twitter.com/pe9x9GWTJj

It is something called “International Pronouns Day” in the new calendar of progressive liberalism. Monday was “Indigenous People’s Day,” not Columbus Day.

Is it just me, or it getting crazier out there?
I woke up this morning feeling like a non-binary salamander and oppressed because human society isn’t recognizing and conforming itself to my mental illness.
There seems to be an organized effort to delegitimize and tear down the White man and his traditional Christian culture. I’m starting to suspect there is an agenda here.
Rod Dreher brings to our attention a video in which a British lesbian named Elly Barnes announces that now that gay marriage has been legalized the goal of the LGBTQ movement is to “completely smash heteronormativity” in our society.
Unfortunately, I’m afraid that our only defense in the “mainstream” against this onslaught of progressive liberalism is conservative liberalism.
David French describes Drag Queen Story Hour as a “blessing of liberty.” There is nothing that can be done about it in a free society. The American Right is dominated by people who believe in classical liberalism and who share this mindset. It hosts transsexuals at its leading think tanks who declare liberalism is a success because it has ended the tyranny of patriarchy.
Note: What if “free society” has failed though?
Assume that they succeed, what should we call that which replaces Patriarchy? Trannyarchy? More seriously, this shows why individualism fails as a public philosophy. Simply on the basis of individualism, there is no way logically to get from the individual “is” to a binding social “ought.” X cannot use individualism to consider himself a female and then deny to Y, as an individual, the right to identify for himself X as a man. After all just because you identify yourself as the Emperor Napoleon, does not give you the right as an individual to demand that other individuals address you as Your Imperial Majesty. Unless there is an external controlling reality to serve as a measure of the accuracy of identifications, all identifications are simply made by and for the self and equally valid. And this reduces the common life a whirl of contending and unanswerable assertions.
Strange how those man-hating lesbians always try to look and act like men. Hmmm.
To hell with “freedom” and “democracy”, they are traps designed to enslave us all. An authoritarian, homogeneous society works best.
Can the presuppositions of Clown World all be traced back to the Enlightment?
