Comment Guidelines

I now have sole authority to edit and delete comments on this website. Here are the new guidelines. Stick to these guidelines and your comment will be approved. Violate these guidelines and your comment will be sent to the trash pile.

1.) No Flaming – I’m sick of the comment threads degenerating into flame wars. Flames are now banned. If you want to criticize someone, that’s fine, but do so in a respectful and civil tone, and make sure your comment adds to the discussion, otherwise it could be deleted.

2.) Off-Topic Comments – Please stick to the subject under discussion. Far too many threads are getting derailed by extraneous issues.

3.) No Trolling – Do not troll others and bait them into reacting to you.

4.) No Soap Operas – Do not come here to carry on a soap opera. I’m tired of dealing with these comments.

5.) No Hobby Horse Riding – I’ve seen countless threads deteriorate into hobby horse riding. The most obvious examples are religious and subracial infighting. Most of the time the OP is irrelevant to these issues.

6.) Use Common Sense – By that I mean keep your comments reasonable, civil, productive, and respectful. Stick to the high road. Make your point in an honorable way.

7.) LOLs – I’m tired of seeing LOLs and the like in the comments. This detracts from the comments. Don’t use them.

8.) Conspiracy Theories – There are any number of websites that cater to conspiracy theories. This isn’t one of them.

These rules are only a temporary stop gap measure. When I find the time, I will flesh out a more comprehensive set of guidelines which will be permanently adopted. If everyone followed these few simple rules, the comments would quiet down and we can all return to business as usual.

Spam Filter: if your comment does not appear immediately, that means it has been sucked up by the spam filter, or you don’t have a previously approved comment. I’m going to clean out the filter and install a new one this weekend. That should resolve the problem.

  1. I don’t use them but don’t you think banning LOLs is a little bit anal?
I remember reading that article that MossadDid911 posted on here. Thanks for putting us on our toes again. Saying that Jews control Hollywood or the banking industry could be considered conspiracy theories but they’re easy to prove. Maybe you don’t want to admit this but 911 Truthers have gone mainstream. At least a third of the public believes them according to a poll some months ago.

  2. MossadDid911, your post would certainly explain what Jack Ryan was up to with his articles and all that censoring going on.

  3. The “conspiracy” type comments are only posted when an OD article makes conclusions based off of prior events that are in question. If your argument only stands strong when supported by the official story then we will be obliged to state so.

  4. That’s the ultimate up the ante evolution of the conspiracy theory; people who disagree don’t really disagree, they’re just part of the conspiracy as well! But judging by the vast proliferation of conspiracy theories on the Internet, Obama hiring “disinformation agents” to counter all them could just prove to put all the unemployed back to work and then some.

  5. These are a few of my favorite unexplained things. No conspiracies here:
    Lusitania
    Pearl Harbor
    Holocaust
    JFK assassination
    Tonkin Gulf Incident
    USS Liberty
    911
    Iraq’s Weapons of Mass Destruction
    Iran’s Nuclear Program
But I do agree with you about LOL. Hate, loathe and dispise that stinking cliche. Good riddance.

  6. What are they denying? That the World Trade Center buildings weren’t hit by airplanes? That the buildings didn’t collapse like a house of cards? They dig up all those uncomfortable facts about the insurance policies and the change of ownership, the cordoned off sections of the buildings just a few weeks before the incident, the inexplicable collapse of building 7 or the Israeli agents caught with explosives. They’re called 911 Truthers for a reason.

  7. Hearing “Denier” used like that is always so grating. There was a reinvention of that word in the PC lexicon of the last few decades. Our enemies use language like that on us. That is all I have to say about that.

I would be glad to meet at a forum without rules to discuss the merits and flaws of the various theories (official and otherwise). Calling somebody a “denier” doesn’t resolve anything.

  8. Okay, it was a conspiracy. Because you have no authority, there is nothing you can do about it. So set that aside for now and put the authority-getting part first on the list. The enumerated conspiracies are all entertaining diversions that detract from the objective.

  9. ATBOTL,

He’s not allowed to post those type of comments here. I went out last night after posting the guidelines. If he has made such a comment, I will find it and delete it.

  10. I agree with disowning the “blame the Jews mentality”. That’s fine. I blame white folks for the mess we are in. Why are we so gullible? Let’s not completely dismiss the obvious.

  11. While some “tightening up” was probably necessary I’m concerned that the new policy will be so restrictive that it will discourage people from posting. You even said last year that once you impose comment moderation/censorship that OD will turn into a ghost town and given the shockingly low number of posts on some topics we are seeing evidence of that.

There has to be some room for debate and spirited disagreement. Bland and boring (race neutral with a touch of anti-anti semitism) content with heavily censored posts won’t attract people in massive numbers if that’s your objective.

  12. Jack was deleting posts about Ron Paul and saying he wouldn’t tolerate any comments about libertarianism. Does that sound like someone trying to clean up the site or someone with an agenda?

  13. To Hunter Wallace, and Sherwood Smith.
    Hunter Wallace’s article

If everyone followed these few simple rules

Alas the the stated rules are neither few nor simple. Not when you get down to trying to make them work in practice. They’re already not that clear. And 8 already is not that few. But it seems like the way to go. Some of the things people were posting in the discussion threads were definitely getting out of hand.

Maybe that’s where Sherwood Smith’s comment comes in.

    testing, testing, testing.

When readers post comments, they just got to test what is more likely to get accepted versus rejected. And readers should not expect the same cutting line to be applied exactly the same way day after day. That’s impossible. It doesn’t exist. Also readers maybe should expect some arbitrariness in what gets accepted. If a reader thinks his or her post is pretty good and is longer, let him make a copy before posting it because it could disappear.

  14. I also agree with the no “LOL” rule. Because the internet is serious f’ing business and no one should be allowed to make jokes here.

I would have liked to have put an “LOL” at the end of that so people would know I’m joking but apparently its no longer allowed.

  15. posts about Ron Paul

The 2007-to-early-2008 Ron Paul movement was as close to a European-nationalist-party-style political-breakthrough as the USA has had, in my memory. If the USA had proportional representation, the RP Movement would’ve gotten a respectable number of seats.

This is much more valid for analysis than even the Tea Party, IMO.

  16. @ Hunter

You really don’t like success, do you?

When everything is going your way, why not just go with it? You should be like the Arab chief in Lawrence of Arabia who said, “I am like a great river to my people”. 🙂

  17. Earlmundo Armand Pitts III writes

You should be like the Arab chief in Lawrence of Arabia who said, “I am like a great river to my people”

In the book, The Seven Pillars of Wisdom, from which the movie was made, this Arab chief is also described as putting camel’s urine on his hair as a cologne and/or hair cream.

  18. “I am like a great river to my people”. (sic)

That “Smiley” Pitts appends to his post is the pictorial equivilent of the notorious “Laughing Out Loud.”

    Ban all Smilies.

  19. Thank you very much, Mr. Wallace, for taking concrete steps to prevent this site from turning into a sewer of VNN-quality!

  20. This site was never in danger of becoming like VNN. Over the past few months I’ve watched it metamorphosize from a decent White Nationalist website into an amalgamation of Politico, American Renaissance and the Rush Limbaugh show laden with iron fisted censorship.

  21. Bob,

The comment guidelines that I imposed above (i.e., no flaming, no spamming, no hobby horse riding, etc.) are universal guidelines which can be found in some version on almost every popular discussion forum on the internet.

  22. Mr. Dithers,

I have always given you and others here a wide latitude to make your points in the comments. If you make a substantial point in a reasonable and respectful way, I always approve the comment. In the cases where comments haven’t appeared, it is almost always because they are stuck in the spam filter.

  23. I don’t want to attract a large audience.

In hindsight, that was a serious mistake. We were drawing the wrong conclusion from the numbers. What’s the point of attracting a large audience if all you are doing is entertaining people?

I want to change the world. I don’t want to be a clown that entertains people. If I wanted to attract a large audience, I would open a bar in the real world.

  24. Alex,

I’m tired of preaching to the choir. The only question that interests me these days is how to destroy the existing social order.

If this website now sounds jarring to White Nationalist ears, it is because I have made the calculation that pro-Whites are failing to communicate with the constituency they need to win.

  25. Everyone here should be able to agree that the comment section was getting out of control and a few reasonable guidelines will go a long way toward fixing the problem.

Note: If I fall afoul of the guidelines myself, do not hesitate to point this out. The rules should apply equally to everyone.

  26. Hunter,
Up to this point you’ve been extremely fair in what’s been allowed and I hope that doesn’t change. As I said, sometimes a spirited debate can be healthy but if it violates rule #2 some thoughtful and well meaning comments could be disallowed.

When “Jack Ryan” keeps braying that OD has gone mainstream I wince. Mainstream usually means wider audience than the political fringes. To attract a wider audience you sometimes need to pull punches, water down the rhetoric and avoid certain subjects so as not to offend the delicate psyche of your average mainstreamer. If that happens then OD will just become another conservative oriented website that occasionally flirts with racial issues a la Limbaugh and the rest of the pretenders.

  27. “The only question that interests me these days is how to destroy the existing social order.” Hunter Wallace

Learn from those who have done it:

“If there is to be a revolution, there must be a revolutionary party.”

“The enemy will not perish of himself.”

[Today’s application: The fear of] …” Poverty gives rise to the desire for change, the desire for action and the desire for revolution. On a blank sheet of paper free from any mark, the freshest and most beautiful characters can be written, the freshest and most beautiful picture can be painted.”

“Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun.”

“Without a people’s army the people have nothing.”

“Talks, speeches, articles and resolutions should be concise and to the point. Meetings also should not go on too long.”

“If we tried to go on the offensive when the masses are not yet awakened that would be adventurism. If we insisted on leading the masses to do anything against their will, we would certainly fail.”

“First, we must be ruthless to our enemies, we must overpower and annihilate them. Second, we must be kind to our own, to the people, to our comrades and to our superiors and subordinates, and unite with them.”

“Anyone should be allowed to speak out [except the enemy], whoever he may be, so long as he is not a hostile element and does not make malicious attacks, and it does not matter if he says something wrong.”

“We should be modest and prudent, guard against arrogance and rashness, and serve the people heart and soul.”

“To behave like “a blindfolded man catching sparrows” or “a blind man groping for fish”, to be crude and careless, to indulge in verbiage, to rest content with a smattering of knowledge — such is the extremely bad style of work that still exists among many of comrades in our Party”

“Well, get down and investigate the present facts and its past history! When you have investigated the problem thoroughly, you will know how to solve it. Conclusions invariably come after investigation, and not before. Only a blockhead cudgels his brains on his own, or together in a group to “find a solution” or “evolve an idea” without making any investigation.”

“The unification of our country, the unity of our people and the unity of our various nationalities — these are the basic guarantees of the sure triumph of our cause.”

“We must affirm anew the discipline of the Party, namely:
    (1) the individual is subordinate to the organization;
    (2) the minority id subordinate to the majority;
    (3) the lower level is subordinate to the higher level; and
    (4) the entire membership is subordinate to the Central Committee.
Whoever violates these articles of discipline disrupts Party unity.”

“Complacency is the enemy of study. We cannot really learn anything until we rid ourselves of complacency. Our attitude towards ourselves should be “to be insatiable in learning” and towards others ” to be tireless in teaching.” Chairman Mao Zedong

We must learn what has worked and what has not worked. And we must never forget that the primary destroyer of the White West is the White Ruling Elite who sold us out, destroyed our culture, undermined our religion, and gave out technology to the East. The rest of mankind only took advantage of and helped the White Ruling Elite do his dirty work.

    Sherwood Smith

  28. @ Bob in Idaho

That hair creme/colonge story must be from the Hebrew translation of the “Seven Pillars of Wisdom” by Schlomo Shittovitz.

Lowell Thomas wrote a popular American book back in the 1920’s called “With Lawrence in Arabia”.

  29. To clarify:

1.) By Rule #2, I mean the tendency of comment threads to become completely derailed, usually into an unrelated issue like hobby horse riding over subrace and religion. If threads are diverted too far off course, it would be a good idea to clean them up, otherwise the discussion about the OP will be ruined.

2.) By mainstream, I only mean that we should be better at communicating with ordinary people. I’ve been writing more about mainstream politics lately because the most interesting developments are going on there now.

I would have written a post about Rick Sanchez and the Jewish Question, but Jack Ryan beat me to it. It is also a good thing to spend more time on subjects that reach a wider audience. It makes more sense to do that than to preach to the converted.

  30. Mossad,

You could argue that Jews have exploited the issue for their own purposes. I think it is pretty silly though to deny that Islamic terrorism is a problem in its own right. It’s not a problem near as big as Jewish influence in the media, but it is still a national security issue.

  31. I want to change the world. I don’t want to be a clown that entertains people.

I’m tired of preaching to the choir. The only question that interests me these days is how to destroy the existing social order.

Change…Destroy…………. These are not accomplished by existing and perpetuating the vacuum that is the Left/Right conundrum. In order to change, and certainly in order to destroy, you have to know yourself. You have to be able to define yourself in a way that separates you from those that really have nothing new to offer. You have to be able to stand up to criticism; and when those that oppose “racist” views expect you to cry, you have to laugh; when they expect you to run, you have to stand firm; when they expect you to make excuses and be a malleable mouthpiece for either side of the system, you most certainly make no excuses for the divide that exists, because that is essentially the only thing that separates you from the status quo. To do otherwise makes you absolutely nothing but another cog in the machine.

I say that in order to say a few other things:

Comment guidelines are always good. They show you have standards. In fact, they are key to progressing a viewpoint and ideology that has done nothing all these years except be the proverbial dog chasing it’s tail. That is how I see the White Nationalist movement, and how I see a majority(maybe 90% or more) of those that currently call themselves White Nationalists.

Guidelines are really only capable of bringing about “change” if you fully define what you are changing to — how you are changing isn’t even needed in the short-term if you can put forth a good enough picture of What the change you speak of means to those you are speaking to.

New guidelines, coupled with the fact that your views do tend to sway a good bit, will do nothing for your credibility or the credibility of this website as a vehicle for change. A true revolutionary will feel less at home here than a GOP, McCain ’08 supporter. Just about every revolutionary idea or movement was initially supported by a persistent, fire-breathing outcast or group of outcasts. That doesn’t mean that just because you’re a kook or loudmouthed idiot, then you are a natural leader of men or revolutionary ideas. White Nationalism would have conquered the world a thousand times over if that was the case. No, what it means is that in order to change, you must be willing to *sometimes* be surrounded by those you do not feel comfortable with, those you do not see eye-to-eye with, and even those that might have you branded as a “hater” by simply being near them. The ability to move all the nutcases from unreasonable proselytizing to rational discourse isn’t even necessary. What’s imperative, though, is that you surround yourself with the ones who desire a radical change of policies and institutions. *** I’m not saying you have to tolerate kooks and nutcases when you know for sure that they are kooks and nutcases; only that you must be willing to put yourself into the kind of environment that they are drawn to. ***

I applaud the effort to instill standards and put forth an image of professionalism. I do, however, feel that you are doing this in order to appeal to people who would only be supportive of your “product” because it gives them more of a GOPish feeling of comfort, rather than an actual revolutionary feeling of radical change. You’re just not going to bring about change by appealing to people who are perfectly content to dwell somewhere inside of the very system and social order you say you want to destroy. The only way to truly change or destroy is to have a viable alternative in place for those who are committed to that change. To ask people to destroy something that they happily exist in isn’t exactly a good lesson in logic and reason, now is it? That’s essentially what you’re asking of people by trying to appeal to the Conservative, GOPbots who have been screwing over White Americans just as much as the radical liberals have. The fact that the GOP has been, and is, much more White only makes it worse.

  32. Hunter, I think you’re on the right track here but at the same time I’m mystified by the naysayers like the poster immediately above me.

The problems with Whites is that the social costs of open radicalism equate to feudal dispossession in every meaningful way. Your “Third Position” style will work as the main task before us is to open the minds of the Huddled Masses — not to provide cover and comfort to the Goose Steppers and their fellow Kool-Aid drinkers. (Neo-Nazism is either inherently stupid — likely — or inherently manufactured by the ADL to serve as a convenient Boogyman — also likely.)

A good marketing campaign MUST ACCEPT MARKET REALITIES. Political campaigns are no different.

Fact is, most Whites are brainwashed and/or cowed and we must, MUST! proceed from that basis. If a “Questioning White” comes to Stormfront or VNN etc., he will (1) most certainly be amazed and (2) probably wonder if the fedgoons are monitoring his web surfing for future use in some star chamber trial.

OD has the chance to dump the Neo-Nazi/southern Supremacist baggage while reinforcing basic concepts of “Birds of a feather flock together” without beign terrified of running afoul of antiterrorism or “hate crimes” laws!

This can only be a good thing, whether or not there is a short-term drop-off among the Goose Steppers. After all – Hitler and his goons had their asses kicked by fellow Whites. Probably not the best example to follow for those interested in promoting Whiteness.

  33. Joe, the real problem with White people is not that they are in danger of being ostracized from society if they dare speak in racialist terms. Though it is a major obstacle, the real problem is that there is practically nowhere for them to go that isn’t either a watering hole for social retards or a tiny outfit run by people who don’t have the right character to unite people and/or the balls to stand up to charges of Racism when it comes flying at them. Someone like Jared Taylor is a magnificent orator, but he’s a terrible motivator. Hunter has the potential to be a good orator/writer, but just like Taylor, he couldn’t motivate a burning man to jump into a pool of water. Even someone like David Duke, who combines good oratory with good motivational skills, suffers from a debilitating Tourette’s like disease where he can’t stop Jew, Jew, Jew, Jew, Jew, Jew, Jew, Jew, Jew, Jew, Jewing himself to death. *** This just in! I think DD might need some more money. Just an FYI.

You want to know how screwed up and backwards American pro-White advocates are? Hunter himself was promoting and damn near idolizing possibly the biggest White anti-racist proponent in all of the MSM — Glenn Beck. A man who gets thousands of White people together in the name of MLK is certainly not a man that will allow that flock to wander too far from anti-racist propaganda. In fact, he’ll make it central to his entire shtick, which he no doubt did. Why anyone would think that was a good thing is well beyond my level of logic and strategy. That’s either someone who is extremely disconnected from reality, or someone who has nothing better to promote and prop up.

Just because someone claims to be “going mainstream” doesn’t instantly make goose-steppers, neo-Nazis, or social misfits out of those that argue against the GOP approach. I’ve probably argued against the social misfits of White Nationalism for far longer and louder than you, Hunter, or anyone else that visits this website combined.

You want to talk about marketing realities? How about the maxim – ‘You can’t polish a turd.’ The “mainstream” marketing approach being doled out is nothing but another ploy to sell people the same gift-wrapped piece of crap that has been packaged and repackaged over and over again. To think that changing the world or destroying social order comes about from watching and encouraging people to merrily unwrap a nicely polished turd is about on the same level as watching the NSM march to save the White race.

  34. Hunter – “I don’t want to attract a large audience. In hindsight, that was a serious mistake. We were drawing the wrong conclusion from the numbers. What’s the point of attracting a large audience if all you are doing is entertaining people?”

Good point. The serious material on here, especially some of the posts and comments from the past year and half, are not for the majority. The mindless masses will never understand, they just won’t.

Aim for an intelligent, elite, and well-read/well-written audience — the American Renaissance strategy though quite a bit more hard-hitting. And always, always remember: quality trumps quantity.

We can all agree that something must be done to save the racial basis of the Occident, and very soon. Went to a major regional fair in NC over the weekend and the place was an absolute zoo, a true Brazilian nightmare. Judging from the masses present there this nation is already lost. It would seem that nearly every major urban/metro area in the USA and in many other Western nations is near the tipping point.

The anti-White rats in business and government are selling out The West for dollars, bringing in consumers and workers of any and all races as long as they keep consuming like greedy pigs to keep the rotten Judeo-plutocracy propped up. These anti-Occidental criminals must be stopped and put on trial for their egregious crimes against The West. We haven’t much time left.

  35. “Why are we so gullible?”

My opinion is that the anti-intellectual attitude of most gentile whites is largely to blame for this. I’ve been heavily exposed to Jews my whole life. Probably the biggest difference between Jews and everyone else is their intense focus on intellectual matters. They take this approach to EVERYTHING they do. Everything, no matter how trivial, is thought about and debated intensely and endlessly in Jewish culture. IMO, this accounts for their success much more than their often exaggerated IQ advantage. At any given IQ level, you will find Jews much more intellectually engaged than gentiles. If you’ve had diner in a Jewish home or even just looked at their bookshelves, you know what I mean.

One of my biggest concerns about WN is the anti-intellectual, anti-urban tendency. We are not going to save ourselves by hiding in the woods. Power and money have been concentrated in cities from the dawn of civilization. Who rules the cities rules the society. A rural, reactionary type white society is not sustainable. It will be subverted by more clever, sophisticated people sooner or later.

I know Hunter and some other have been criticizing “intellectual masturbation” or whatever you want to call it. Remember that traditional Jewish culture is based largely studying the Talmud, which in and of itself is pretty worthless. But that kind of thing trains minds to succeed in anything where abstract thinking is important. The massive Jewish contribution to science and mathematics over the last 150 years and the extraordinary success that they have had in business, finance and political intrigue over the millennia was built on a foundation of arguing about stupid religious rules. The tendency in white, gentile culture to “be nice” is essentially the opposite of this tradition. It’s also probably the main reason why whites won’t speak out about their own dispossession.

  36. I believe that you are onto something there, ATBOTL. The racial temperament of Whites leaves them at a distinct disadvantage when dealing with alien/invasive outlanders.

  37. Celestial Time,

1.) I don’t want to separate myself from my target audience. It makes more sense to establish a friendly, working relationship with them.

2.) Objectively, the vast majority of Whites are within the mainstream. If we have any hope of “leading” these people, we have to start inside the mainstream where they find themselves today.

Leadership is not sitting on the sidelines hooting and hollering at people who are not radical as you are. It is taking a horse by the halter and leading it across a pasture from Point A (where the horse is now) to Point B (where the horse needs to go).

3.) The comment guidelines were clearly necessary. Everyone should be able to agree on that.

4.) In my last post, I articulated my own position. I stress that is my own position, not the general position of this website, which will remain a collective.

5.) I strongly believe we should be flexible and pragmatic, not ideologically rigid. White Nationalists have this exactly backwards.

The ideology should be adapted to the immediate goal of capturing power. When you have actual power, you can lead people in your chosen ideological direction.

6.) The job of the radical is to organize and lead moderates, not to preach to other radicals. That accomplishes nothing.

7.) Revolutionary movements only succeed when radicals are able to establish their legitimacy and connect with a mass constituency. See my post about the American Revolution.

8.) When radicals surround themselves with other radicals, the inevitable result is a debating society, whether offline or online. When radicals organize moderates, they build political power and move the political spectrum.

9.) That’s a good point. Ordinary people are resistant to change. That is why the full frontal assault rarely works. A revolution must be preceded by a slow reformation in attitudes.

  38. Celestial Time,

1.) You continue to misunderstand Glenn Beck’s importance, which is not his concessions to anti-racism, but his ability to polarize and organize apathetic Whites, something which is ultimately far more important.

2.) Glenn Beck understands the importance of framing new ideas in the garb of older ideas. That is a classic Alinsky tactic. MLK did the same thing when he invoked Jefferson and Lincoln to justify the Civil Rights Movement. The Left has been doing this for fifty years now.

3.) White Nationalist intellectuals tend to get lost in ideological sand castles in the air that have no appeal to ordinary White people in America. They retreat to their libraries and construct elaborate fantasy ideologies.

Intellectuals can have an impact. Look at the Tea Party. They have been pumping Ayn Rand, Frederic Bastiat, Saul Alinsky, Ludwig von Mises, and F.A. Hayek into the minds of their followers. This explains much of the current craze for free markets and limited government.

Two observations need to be made here: these dead intellectuals are gaining a following, not because of the slow dissemination of their ideas, but because an organized mass movement exists that is searching for answers; there is a perceived crisis in the system, a historic opportunity, that has created a receptive climate.

If White Nationalism hopes to have a similar impact, there must first be an organized mass movement and a historic opportunity in which the ideological status quo loses its legitimacy.

4.) “Polished Turd” is another Linderism. Consider the source.

In a decade, VNN hasn’t had the slightest impact on the political spectrum in Missouri, whereas the Tea Party has created an upheaval there and elsewhere in less than two years.

  39. Celestial,

The internet should be a resource for actual organizing and propaganda efforts. It should not be the effort itself. Would it surprise you to learn that I was a Rotary club president? You’d be surprised how “aware” most businessmen are about the very issues that obsess the i-WN movement. They are forced to deal with those issues every day of the week.

Having the appropriate bon mot or a good answer to one of the Bolshevik Left’s “irrefutable” charges while braking bread at the Rotary supper is a real accomplishment. This is why I myself couch all my arguments in terms of the ancestral realities of colonial America – they built this land for their own children and children’s children. Why? Because every father in that room KNOWS what I mean. He didn’t sacrifice/bleed for some aborigine to waltz in here and take it. He didn’t sacrifice/bleed so his son could turn in to a poofter, either, and kill his bloodline willfully and with malace aforethought!

THIS IS MAINSTREAM. It is the simple truth in response to a convoluted lie. Clarity in response to manipulation. A defensible reason to fight that is based on the Natural Law – not some moldy europhilosopher with too much time on his hand (I think of MR as I type that).

Our people suffer a lack of leadership and a consequent lack of heart. Our job must not be to pass along the gnostic secrets but rather to encourage them – the give them the heart needed for the battle to come.

At least that’s what I think of when I think of “mainstreaming” the idea of defending my own bloodline. And that is the esse of WN, n’est-ce pas?

  40. Hunter, you continue to insist that everyone who isn’t buying this ‘Tea Party is bringing about White revolution’ crap must be a social outcast who marches with the NSM, or that they’re some kind of intellectual tortured soul who prefers fantasy over the real world. Which one are you?

    1) There were many people already “polarized” and looking for something outside of the Right/Left sandbox, and Glenn Beck was nowhere to be found while this was happening. Again, the only thing he and FOX did was take control once it became apparent that it was going to grow with or without their endorsements and microphones. When exactly did you start paying attention to the Tea Party/anti-government movement? To listen to you, one would think it was invented by Beck, Palin, and the Conservatives. Fact is, most of the people I knew that were pre-Beck Tea Party types were former Leftists[White], radical centrists, or just right of center. I never saw much of the Christian right, as they must have been too busy defending Bush and his glorious contributions to the rebublic. The image then was hardly the image being put forth now by the revivalist Beckites and Palinites. But that’s how a fixed game is played. If you don’t own the teams, you can’t determine the outcome. So, if it’s not Right vs Left, then the system loses control of the outcome.

    2) Glenn Beck understands RATINGS. But I guess you want everyone to believe Glenn Beck is a genius and savior to White America for getting hired by FOX, preaching for years about the evils of racism(White Racism to be exact), the importance of diversity and a multiracial America, and getting White people together to “Get America back to it’s roots,” as seen through the eyes of MLK.

    3) Do you really believe that everyone who isn’t on their knees for Glenn Beck’s Tea Party charade is some kind of social outcast that spends all of their time on the computer or drawing out their plans for the new Reich? Here you are talking about ideological sand castles, and your biggest accomplishment is shaking hands with Imm, and typing away on the Internet for the past ten years. You’re basically trying to live vicariously through the Glenn Beck hijacked Tea Party because you have nothing else going for you, and you can’t get anyone to follow your lead in the real world. I can see it plain as day, and I’m sure I’m not alone.

    4) A “polished turd” is not a source from Linder. Are you trying to tell me that Linder invented it? Did Al Gore really invent the Internet, too?

I’ve never liked VNN, and have only been there to roast a few people, so why exactly would I care about their shortcomings? Oh, that’s right. If Hunter likey Glenn Becky Tea Party, everyone else a marching Nazi who knows not how to function in society.

  41. Celestial Time,

1.) I haven’t claimed that every White Nationalist who isn’t a Tea Party supporter is a Neo-Nazi. Clearly, there are White Nationalists who dislike the Tea Party, but who also dislike the NSM.

2.) The NSM and “rhetorical radicals” may differ in their aesthetic preferences, but they share the same fundamental outlook: an unwillingness to start where people are today, an unwillingness to communicate with ordinary people in terms of their own experience, and a rejection of engaging in mainstream politics. That’s why they are similarly unsuccessful.

3.) Yes, Linder did coin the phrase and has repeatedly used it to attack Jared Taylor. The difference between your own views and the VNN outlook is only one of degree.

4.) How exactly did Glenn Beck and FOX News “take control” of the White backlash? Why weren’t people like yourself in a position to take control? Wasn’t that your historic opportunity?

5.) I haven’t said Glenn Beck is a genius or a savior of White America. I have said that Glenn Beck is smarter than many White Nationalists. He is a superior communicator. He is a better organizer. He has a better grasp on leadership.

His bank account and influence reflects this. I believe in studying winners. I disagree with Saul Alinsky’s ends, but he was a winner, and I find his means useful and relevant to our predicament.

6.) Glenn Beck hasn’t said anything about race that wasn’t perfectly mainstream for years. Again, I think he is smarter than you in this area.

Three decades ago, White America looked to the NAACP as the custodian of MLK’s legacy. Now, Glenn Beck has positioned himself as the interpreter of that legacy for White America, and he has the legitimacy, influence, and power to make his own innovations.

You are missing the forest for the trees.

    7.) No, I don’t.

I believe Neo-Nazis and rhetorical radicals are unsuccessful for largely the same reasons. Granted, you are not a kook or a sociopath, and you probably don’t parade around in Nazi uniforms, but you are just as unwilling as they are to communicate with people in terms of their own experience.

Like I said above, White Nationalists and Neo-Nazis are unsuccessful, not just the Neo-Nazis. This lack of success is largely attributable to an unwillingness to start with the world as it exists.

8.) Jeffrey Imm’s message to his flock of deluded supporters has always been that White Nationalists are mindless haters. Well, I am not a mindless hater. My political views are not based on personal hostility toward Jeffrey Imm or his Sudanese companion.

I have some political disagreements with Imm. That doesn’t mean I think he is horrible, immoral person. He is just a misguided utopian fanatic in the grips of a fantasy ideology.

9.) I think White Nationalists can penetrate and influence the Tea Party in a more pro-White direction. It is possible to get the Tea Party, for example, to take a stronger stance on immigration.

Why aren’t we doing that? If the choice is between doing something in reality, however small, or doing nothing and venting on the internet all day, why choose the latter?

  42. Now hear this! Alex Linder coined a phrase that I first heard 25 years ago in Memphis, TN…. Jesus! You do realize that the world did exist before you decided to take your much talked about decade-long journey into the pits of White Nationalism, right?

Good luck with the “mainstream.” If I run across any other Glenn Beck Glee Club members, I’ll be sure to send them your way. Give Imm a hug for me.
