  2. Thought I’d include a comment from the Color of Crime Tenn post.

    Obviously this doesn’t break down the white/Hispanic distinctions concerning specific crimes but these stats do give some indication as to the percentage of over all crime is white and what is Hispanic.

    From the 2005 Prison and Jail Incarceration Rates per 100,000 in Tenn.
    Whites 487
    Blacks 2006
    Hispanics 561

    This source is from presumably DWL so if anything the stats are skewed against whites. The source is from table 2 on page 8 of the document or page 6 as they have numbered it.
