Tulsa, the home of revenge killer Jake England and Obama’s son Tyrone Woodfork, has proven to be one of the biggest hot spots of the Black Undertow.
It was here that black people rioted on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day 2012. The short list of hot spots includes Portland, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Chicago, Detroit, Philadelphia, Milwaukee, and New Orleans.
