Organized Jewry Backing Syria War

District of Corruption

The ADL, which recently attacked this website under their “Extremism & Terrorism” section, is working closely with other Jewish organizations to foment a war between the United States and Syria:

“But some prominent Jewish leaders said a moral imperative, rooted in the experience of the Holocaust, demanded a strong response.

Abraham H. Foxman, national director of the Anti-Defamation League, participated in a call organized by the Conference of Presidents on Tuesday and said there was a clear consensus to step forward.”

Note: The ADL wants the US military to intervene in the Syrian Civil War on behalf of real terrorists – oh, I mean “moderates” – like the individual in the video below:

  2. Washington Whispers
Rep. Alan Grayson: Syria Intelligence Manipulated

    By Steven Nelson
    September 5, 2013

    http://www.usnews.com/news/blogs/washington-whispers/2013/09/05/alan-grayson-syria-intelligence-manipulated

Rep. Alan Grayson, D-Fla., who is aggressively lobbying against a military strike on Syria, says the Obama administration has manipulated intelligence to push its case for U.S. involvement in the country’s two-year civil war.

Grayson made the accusation in an interview published Wednesday by The Atlantic and offered more detail in a Thursday discussion with U.S. News. He says members of Congress are being given intelligence briefings without any evidence to support administration claims that Syrian leader Bashar Assad ordered the use of chemical weapons.

Grayson said he cannot discuss the classified briefings, but noted details in the administration’s public, non-classified report are being contested.

The White House released its four-page public report Aug. 30, arguing that Assad’s government killed 1,429 people on Aug. 21 with a planned chemical weapon attack. Evidence cited in that report included “intercepted communications involving a senior official intimately familiar with the offensive who confirmed that chemical weapons were used.”

Grayson, however, says “the claim has been made that that information was completely mischaracterized.”

He points to an article published by The Daily Caller that alleges the communications actually showed Syrian officers were surprised by the alleged chemical weapon attack.

The communications, according to unnamed sources paraphrased in article, were intercepted by Israeli intelligence and “doctored so that it leads a reader to just the opposite conclusion.”

“What they say in The Daily Caller is that [intercepted communications] would lead one to the opposite conclusion,” Grayson said. “I don’t know if it’s right or wrong, [but] there’s a very simple way to find out, that’s for the administration to show me and other members of Congress” translated transcripts of the intercepts, he said.

Members of Congress are “not being given any of the underlying elements of the intelligence reports,” according to Grayson. He’s not sure if the information will come before the votes on a proposed strike next week.

  3. Time for a poetic break!

    The Bells

    I

Hear the sledges with the bells-
    Silver bells!
What a world of merriment their melody foretells!
    How they tinkle, tinkle, tinkle,
In the icy air of night!
    While the stars that oversprinkle
All the heavens, seem to twinkle
    With a crystalline delight;
    Keeping time, time, time,
In a sort of Runic rhyme,
To the tintinnabulation that so musically wells
From the bells, bells, bells, bells,
    Bells, bells, bells-
From the jingling and the tinkling of the bells.

    II

    Hear the mellow wedding bells,
    Golden bells!
What a world of happiness their harmony foretells!
Through the balmy air of night
How they ring out their delight!
    From the molten-golden notes,
    And an in tune,
    What a liquid ditty floats
To the turtle-dove that listens, while she gloats
    On the moon!
Oh, from out the sounding cells,
What a gush of euphony voluminously wells!
    How it swells!
    How it dwells
On the Future! how it tells
    Of the rapture that impels
To the swinging and the ringing
    Of the bells, bells, bells,
    Of the bells, bells, bells,bells,
    Bells, bells, bells-
To the rhyming and the chiming of the bells!

    III

    Hear the loud alarum bells-
    Brazen bells!
What a tale of terror, now, their turbulency tells!
In the startled ear of night
How they scream out their affright!
    Too much horrified to speak,
    They can only shriek, shriek,
    Out of tune,
In a clamorous appealing to the mercy of the fire,
In a mad expostulation with the deaf and frantic fire,
    Leaping higher, higher, higher,
    With a desperate desire,
    And a resolute endeavor,
Now- now to sit or never,
By the side of the pale-faced moon.
    Oh, the bells, bells, bells!
What a tale their terror tells
    Of Despair!
How they clang, and clash, and roar!
    What a horror they outpour
On the bosom of the palpitating air!
Yet the ear it fully knows,
    By the twanging,
    And the clanging,
How the danger ebbs and flows:
    Yet the ear distinctly tells,
    In the jangling,
    And the wrangling,
How the danger sinks and swells,
By the sinking or the swelling in the anger of the bells-
    Of the bells-
    Of the bells, bells, bells,bells,
    Bells, bells, bells-
In the clamor and the clangor of the bells!

    IV

Hear the tolling of the bells-
    Iron Bells!
What a world of solemn thought their monody compels!
In the silence of the night,
    How we shiver with affright
At the melancholy menace of their tone!
    For every sound that floats
From the rust within their throats
    Is a groan.
And the people- ah, the people-
They that dwell up in the steeple,
    All Alone
    And who, tolling, tolling, tolling,
    In that muffled monotone,
Feel a glory in so rolling
On the human heart a stone-
They are neither man nor woman-
They are neither brute nor human-
    They are Ghouls:
    And their king it is who tolls;
    And he rolls, rolls, rolls,
    Rolls
    A paean from the bells!
    And his merry bosom swells
With the paean of the bells!
    And he dances, and he yells;
    Keeping time, time, time,
In a sort of Runic rhyme,
To the paean of the bells-
    Of the bells:
    Keeping time, time, time,
In a sort of Runic rhyme,
To the throbbing of the bells-
    Of the bells, bells, bells-
    To the sobbing of the bells;
    Keeping time, time, time,
    As he knells, knells, knells,
    In a happy Runic rhyme,
To the rolling of the bells-
    Of the bells, bells, bells:
To the tolling of the bells,
Of the bells, bells, bells, bells-
    Bells, bells, bells-
To the moaning and the groaning of the bells.

  4. Paul Craig Roberts on the Fool in the White house and the Israel lobby.

    http://www.paulcraigroberts.org/

Why Are Obama and Kerry So Desperate to Start a New War?
    What is the real agenda?

    (snip)
Assad has much higher public support in Syria than obama has in the US, or cameron has in the UK, or hollande has in France, or merkel has in Germany, or netanyahu has in Israel.

The White House Fool keeps repeating his nonsensical statement, as if the Fool is a wound-up talking doll, that Assad’s unproven “use of chemical weapons is a threat to global security.”

Dear reader, who besides the White House Fool is so unbelievably stupid as to believe that Syria is a threat to world security?

If Syria is a “threat to world security,” like Iraq was a “threat to world security,” like Iran is alleged to be a “threat to world security,” what kind of superpower is the United States? How low does the IQ have to be, how mentally impaired does the public have to be to fall for these absurd hysterical allegations?

Let’s turn obama’s claim upon the Fool. Why isn’t it a threat to global security for obama to attack Syria? There is no authority for obama to attack Syria just because he wants to and just because he has demonized Assad with endless lies and just because obama is the total puppet of the crazed Israeli government and his neoconservative national security advisor, in effect an Israeli agent, and just because the Ministry of Propaganda, including NPR, repeats every obama lie as if it were the truth.

Isn’t it a threat to international security when a superpower can, acting on a whim, demonize a leader and a country and unleash mass destruction, as the US has done seven times in the past twelve years,? There are millions of innocent but demonized victims of the “indispensable, exceptional USA,” the “light unto the world.”

Forget about the US media, which is nothing but a propaganda ministry for the Israel Lobby.

What the members of Congress and what the American people need to ask obama is why does the White House only represent the Israel Lobby?

No one supports an attack on Syria but the Israel Lobby. (snip)

  5. Carl (jew) Levin adds his two cents.

Levin: Public opinion can’t guide decision on striking Syria’s Assad

    http://thehill.com/blogs/defcon-hill/policy-and-strategy/321603-levin-public-opinion-cant-guide-foreign-policy-decisions

Lawmakers should not be looking to the polls to shape their views on military action in Syria, Senate Armed Services Committee Chairman Carl Levin (D-Mich.) said Wednesday.

Levin pushed back against lawmakers who have said they can’t support military strikes due to overwhelming public opposition, arguing that polls should not be a factor in the decision. (snip)

“I just don’t think you can be guided, when it comes to this kind of an issue, by public opinion polls,” Levin said at a breakfast with reporters Wednesday. (snip)

Senator Levin was one of 23 Senators who voted against the Iraq Resolution, saying that “If we are going to take on Saddam at some point, it is critical that we have the world with us, that there be a U.N. resolve that authorizes war, because the consequences are very, very severe. If we go without a declaration from the U.N. it is far better to have one, and that means that we’ve got to bring the world along here.

So what’s different today Senator Levin?

    1) A Democrat is in the White House
    2) Israel wants the US to fight Iran and Syria is how we get into that fight with Iran. If the “rebels” take over Syria and kill most of the sizeable number of religious minorities, too bad.
    That pretty much covers it.
