Editor’s Note: Washington and Lee University has backtracked and confirmed the bullying did take place.
This incident allegedly happened to a 15-year-old boy at the Washington and Lee demonstration last weekend:
“Since it was my first time in Lexington I wanted to see the Lee Chapel and the grave of Lee’s horse Traveller. As I began to head for the Lee Chapel, a [campus] Police Officer stopped me and said that I could not enter the campus property with my Battle Flag or any images of Confederate Flags on any of my possessions including my clothing. I really wanted to pay my respects to General Lee and Traveller so I had to turn my shirt inside-out, take off my hat, and take off my badge.”
Note: Although some of the “Civil War” bloggers have claimed this is a hoax, the local media has spoken to the teenage boy below. Washington and Lee University has since confirmed this incident and several others took place.
Persist SCV, the South and General Lee deserve dignity!
The Confederate Battle Flag is one of honor; General Lee would want nothing else but to have the standard of the South’s cause by his side in his tomb.
It’s terrible how minorities, traitors and liberals dictate morality, they have absolutely no clue what virtue even is!
W&L has been lying non-stop since this whole thing happened. I pray that the Yankee who is acting as president, is fired from that school, so a Southron can take his place.
Taking those flags down, was highly disrespectful to those that died in the war. How dare they.

George Washington and Robert E Lee!
Are those who apply to Malcolm X college in Chicago shocked and outraged to learn this college contains speeches and memorabilia relating to Malcolm X.
I think it most wise to effect (at this stage of the conflict) the meme of a ‘grievance mentality’ and play the ‘victim’ card for a while. Keep the visual, verbal, and internet presence up on W&L. They are not happy you have begin the WBTS all over again.
