Angela Merkel’s conservative party, the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), was humiliated by AfD and beaten back to third place in her home state:

It is the first time in an election in modern Germany that a far-right party has overtaken Ms. Merkel’s bloc of Christian Democrats and their Bavarian sister party, the Christian Social Union.
Official results released early Monday showed that Ms. Merkel’s Christian Democrats had received 19 percent of the vote, against 21 percent for the far-right Alternative for Germany. The center-left Social Democrats, with whom Ms. Merkel governs nationally, got 31 percent in the state, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, and are likely to continue their coalition there with Ms. Merkel’s bloc. …”
This is the first round of state elections in Germany before the national elections next year. There will be four more including Berlin which votes on September 18.
Note: Norbert Hofer is ahead in the polls and will likely win the Austrian presidency next month.
Wow–a whole twenty-one percent. Imagine how many votes they’d have received if Merkel had done something insane, like throw open the country’s borders.
in a parliamentary system 21% is huge. This is extremely good news.
Especially in a multiparty parliamentary system with five or six other parties in contention and many smaller ones siphoning off votes as well.
That’s a system I sometimes wish we had instead of the one party with two faces system we do have.
Unless there was some reason for a racist German to voter other than AfD and unless, additionally, the white population of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is no more than twenty-one percent, this would seem to be bad news.
Germans are the most brainwashed of the Europeans. This is a good result considering the terrain.

What the Allies did to Germany after 1945, was practice for what they did to their own countries later on, from the 1950’s to the present. Germany was the first social experiment. The things implemented in the rest of the West in the sixties, were tried there first.
As an aside, the East German Government brought in Vietnamese and Africans to East Germany. Just like the Communists in Russia did. The threat of racial extinction has always been a weapon of the collectivists since the beginning.
Not even close to the same scale as Merkel is doing now, though. Pretty much all the foreigners who went to the eastern bloc were students, and therefore well behaved, who went back to their own countries.
Well I say this when German Nationalists and by that extension Southern Nationalists begin burning the flags of their occupation, then I will know we have turned a corner.

Well the North doesnt celebrate it because it became obvious by the 1940s with all the Negro problems that Freeing them was a MISTAKE.
The problem the South had was the worst results of Freeing the Negroes didn’t reveal themselves for a century afterward. Reconstruction wasn’t supported by the Northern People and when they began to understand what was going on they voted the Radicals out and combined with massive resistance it ended. Until the Jews began radicalizing the Negroes around 1900 there was next near ZERO support for Negroes among Whites in the North and less than Zero in the South. It took the Jews and sixty years of heavy propoganda to change that.

Exactly right. The Reconstruction was so effective by the Spanish American War, even former Confederate Generals joined the Bluecoats against Spain. Writer Ghislain Gilberti and his son were savagely attacked on Saturday by a group of men shouting “filthy white”, seemingly Islamists enraged by one of his novels, police in France have heard.
Mr Gilbert and his 12-year-old son were attacked in Belfort, France on Saturday following harassment and attempted break-ins.
Though an active antifascist, the writer and his family have received death threats from Salafists displeased that the prologue title of the novelist’s bestseller is “jihad”.
Police are investigating after Mr Gilberti was taken to hospital with a broken arm by firemen, following a reported street attack by Salafist Muslims.
Mr Gilberti said he received blows to his back before being called a “filthy white” by four men aged between 20 and 30 years, who held him down while attacking.
The author reported the men also kicked his 12-year-old son in the head and stomach, shouting “it’s the same price for you” and “we don’t forgive, we don’t forget” at his 11-year-old daughter who was also present.
Mr Gilberti said he suspects Muslim critics who denounce his novel as “insulting [their] cause” are unintelligent. He remarked: “The authors of the threats have not read the book, or they have just skim read it. I did not insult Islam in the book. I am rather a defender of all faiths and I combat racist acts in an anti-fascist movement.”
