Dutch Liberals Emerge Victorious In Netherlands Elections

This is a major disappointment:

“THE HAGUE, Netherlands — The far-right politician Geert Wilders fell short of expectations in Dutch elections on Wednesday, gaining seats but failing to persuade a decisive portion of voters to back his extreme positions on barring Muslim immigrants and jettisoning the European Union, according to early results and exit polls.

While the tallies were still preliminary early Thursday, it was becoming clear that Mr. Wilders did not enjoy the support that he and others had foreseen. If the results hold, they could help stall the momentum of the populist and anti-Muslim forces Mr. Wilders has come to symbolize, and which have threatened to fracture Europe.

Voters, who turned out in record numbers, nonetheless rewarded right and center-right parties that had co-opted parts of his hard-line message, including that of the incumbent prime minister, Mark Rutte. Some parties that challenged the establishment from the left made significant gains. …”

It has shades of the result in Austria.

On the one hand, Geert Wilders won’t be Prime Minister, which was never really realistic in the first place, and PVV didn’t come anywhere close to coming out on top. On the other hand, Mark Rutte’s VVD is projected to lose 9 seats while PVV picked up 4 seats. The Dutch Labor Party collapsed. It seems Rutte also merged victorious after grandstanding this past week in a showdown with Turkey. Now that the election is over though, it will be back to business as usual.

The Dutch had their chance to lead Europe into a new era. They blew it.

  1. Outside the West. The rest of the World still believe race and culture matter. You don’t see Japan filling their country with hordes of hostile, inassimilable aliens. They have steel mills in Korea, not Koreans in Japan.

    • A.,

I can tell that you don’t think like a Neoreactionist because you do not even mention the religion of their monarchy.

  2. Wilders is not exactly the greatest politician. He is strident and polarizing. While Wilders is correct that Islam is retarded, such strong rhetoric is like Trump on steroids and immediately turns off many people. Wilders also blew it when he called Moroccans “Scum.” Fire and brimstone speeches have to occur after we have red pilled most White people in the West, not before.

  3. May these suicidal leftards reap what they sow. They’ve lost me. Oh well when sharia law is introduced in the near future I’ll delight at footages of femtards being forced to wear the niqab.
Also due to its massive non white populace, there was always the risk of alarge voter base for the Left.
    Europe is lost.

  4. This is one battle in a much larger war.

Right now, nationalists are insurgents against the system.

As in guerrilla warfare, every battle can be an insurgent victory by attritioning enemy strength, and by spreading the agitprop message. This is regardless of who controls the ground at the end of a day’s fighting.

What counts is who wins in the long run.

The thing to grasp is that elections are but one front for the insurgency. Even if Wilders’ party had won the election, he would still have to face a bureaucracy and culture that supports the invaders, not to mention the usual hostile elites . What counts is winning in the streets, the civil service offices, the media, the universities and the boardrooms. The fact that Wilders made a showing shows that the national movement is alive and on the march. Nationalists of all countries need to continue the offensive.

Victory may not be next year, but it is coming down the line.

    Continue the struggle!

  5. Wilders is openly working for Israel.

He’s a controlled opposition dictionary definition.

    • You’re absolutely right, Captain John. Unfortunately, most people aren’t able to see that a “far-right” party in fact can be infiltrated by our (((arch-enemies))). Poland is a good example of such infiltration. The since 2015 governing PiS (Law and Justice; leader Jaroslaw Kaczynski/Kalkstein) has yet not carried out anything that would promote the interests of the Polish nation. Ordinary people (Slavic yokels) are getting poorer and poorer, the tone against Russia is more and more aggressive and the country got flooded with people from Ukraine (over 2 million arrived under the recent 12 months). And I cannot se in what way the earlier (before election 2015) uphold ban on ritual slaughter would violate Poland’s (Christian) constitution.

The infiltration has been successful within Sweden’s only political party that opposes the mass immigration from MENA, Sweden Democrats. Those who were impudent (“racist”) enough to make a hint about the Jewish domination over the Swedish media got expelled.
