Many people said the first step act would never get passed and how did that go? We lowered the tax burden (jail time) on entrepreneurs (criminals) BY A LOT. We can do better folks! We are creating entrepreneurially zones (open air drug markets) so the power of the markets can be unleashed- BIG GROWTH!
