Jack Smith Files New Trump January 6 Indictment

I wrote an article about how Trump is locked in a death match with these people.

“Federal prosecutors on Tuesday issued a pared-down version of an indictment accusing former President Donald J. Trump of plotting to overturn the 2020 election, stripping out some charges and tweaking others to help the case survive the Supreme Court’s recent ruling granting former presidents broad immunity.

The revised indictment, issued in Federal District Court in Washington, represented an attempt by prosecutors in the office of the special counsel, Jack Smith, to preserve the bulk of their case against the former president while bringing the allegations into line with the Supreme Court’s landmark ruling that former presidents are immune from criminal prosecution for many official acts taken while in office. …”

As I said at the time, if Trump goes to prison for this, it will have a severe chilling effect on our politics and will set a new precedent which will be used against anyone who offends our elites.

  1. Of course he did. If they don’t actually lock Trump up soon, they’ll do an actual assassination – not a warning to stand down.

    • Update: The Clown guv of NY has called out the NG who are occupying hotel buildings in NYC in advance of Trump’s sentencing hearing by the totally corrupt blackrobe Merchan. It’s expected he’ll be sent to Rikers and the the NYPD will be calling in sick that day.

    It is DOJ policy that the Department of Justice should not take any action that will influence an election within 60 days of that election – but they just have taken such action. Voting starts on September 6th, therefore the DOJ has violated its own policy – Election Interference. All of these Comrade Kamala/Biden Hoaxes should be immediately DISMISSED!

  4. What will come of all this?
    My guess is Trump will either be found innocent, or receive a slap on the wrist, some probation, just like all their previous attempts to go after him like the Mueller report failed.
    He’s had to pay some fines but he’s made all that money back and than some in campaign contributions and crowdfunding.

    I don’t think they’re sincerely going after him, but the liberal elite needs to feign sincerity because they’ve been telling their constituents for nearly a decade now that Trump is an evil dictator, and many of their constituents gullibly believed them.
    They told them that to scare them into voting blue no matter who/what, cause that’s what this is really about, not some big ideological or policy dispute between dems and Trump, they’re nearly identical on substantive matters, but simply about power, keeping the masses in the uniparty, preferably in the shitlib faction of the uniparty as far as shitlibs are concerned.

    But even if they do decide to destroy him, sill it’ll be largely over power as well as personal grievances (all the smack Trump talked about the Clintons, Obamas and various liberal elites over the years), not policy/ideology, and so I’m not gonna get wrapped up in it either way, just gonna watch the liberal and conservative elites duke it out from the side lines and laugh.
    Let them destroy each other, good riddance.

  6. If Trump wins again he had better lock them up and drain the swamp for real, otherwise they will destroy him, perhaps along with other members of his family. But is Trump capable of learning anything from his innumerable dumb mistakes? I tend to think not.

  8. This is really the fault of Trump. Instead of going after his enemies and destroying them, as any strong leader should do, he naively believed in the American ideals of justice and truth winning out in the end. Obviously that was a massive blunder, America is a third world sh!t hole, politics should be practiced like it is in Congo or Zimbabwe.

    • Very true. As I’ve said before, we don’t need a Donald Trump. We need a Koba the Dread or a Chang Kai-Shek, who carried out the ‘white-terror’ against his enemies. It wasn’t as bloody as Koba’s (much less Mao’s) but he nevertheless was quite ruthless against his enemies. This isn’t a polite game of croquet. Our enemies (who are not Iran, Russia or China) are waging war against us while most white normies remain completely clueless – repeating lies from gaslight media. The old republic died in 1871 with the Treaty of Washington, the de-facto constitution ever since.
