No, swing voters in Purple States which Trump won in 2024 on his anti-woke mass deportations platform are going to see this and be impressed by this uprising against “fascism.”

“SAN FRANCISCO — Gavin Newsom has rallied Democrats in his war with Donald Trump, casting it as a fight for the future of American democracy. But maybe not for long.

As the left watches the clashes in Los Angeles drag on — with images of burning vehicles and protesters brawling with law enforcement proliferating — Democrats are also beginning to fear the imagery could hurt them by highlighting Trump’s hardline positions on immigration that helped propel him to the White House.

“It’s a winner for him. Remember, for (Trump), it’s not California, it’s not Massachusetts, it’s not New York — it’s that slim margin in the battleground states that he’s playing for,” said Kevin de León, the former Democratic leader of the California state Senate. “He’s not going to pull back.”

For Democrats, it’s a concern rooted in Trump’s historic strength on immigration with voters not in Los Angeles, but watching on social media and TV in swing states and districts across the country. …”

I see the White House is already cutting the highlights of the riots into polarizing 2026 attack ads which reinforce tried and true themes of the ongoing backlash that worked in the last two elections: open borders, violent Antifa, effeminate soyboy urbanites, woke madness, socialism, etc.

2026 won’t be like 2020. The “mainstream media” has collapsed. Television audiences are shrinking. Alternative media is growing. Boomers are declining in the electorate. A growing share of the electorate, which isn’t watching cable television, is forming their political opinions based on social media clips, memes, images and what they are going to see is a bunch of freaks who reinforce stereotypes.

  2. Republicans and Republican policy were losing well into 2023. People were seriously souring on Trump, who remained grossly unpopular after j6 and then the 2022 midterms embarassment, and abortion was wiping the floor with the pro-life statutes. Gaza changed everything.

  4. When protesters peacefully express their opinions, their right to free speech should be respected.

    When rioters engage in vandalism, arson and assault, they should be arrested and prosecuted.

    In 2020, Antifa criminals should have been arrested and prosecuted – if the statute of limitations has not expired on their offenses, they should still be arrested and prosecuted.

    The same goes for the anti-ICE rioters right now. If they assault federal law enforcement officers, or commit arson or vandalism against federal buildings, they should be arrested by federal law enforcement and prosecuted by federal prosecutors.

    Trump lost in 2020 because he was weak. On the advice of Sean Hannity, he let Antifa run wild. They broke federal laws, they assaulted federal officers and vandalized federal buildings and ran wild in Washington DC, yet he did not arrest or prosecute them. He can’t afford to make the same mistake now.

    On the other hand, “antisemitism” is not a crime. The pro-Palestinian anti-genocide protesters of 2023-2025 were strictly non-violent, and yet Trump unleashed a wave of persecution against them.

    What message is sent when violent Antifa are allowed to run wild, while at the same time there is a crackdown against peaceful anti-genocide protesters?

  12. Who is organizing these No Kings protests? Is it just some guys starting up Telegram groups and adding every beaner they know until it spreads, doubt it.

    Its obvious that the next 3-1/2 years are going to be White Boy Summer/Christmas, but if Trump wants to make a lasting impact beyond his 4 years he needs to go after the NGO’s and shadow groups, which I am confident he will do in his own time. Even if he doesn’t, it’s just so satisfying for a nice change to watch those crying brown faces of impotent rage on the screen.
