Supreme Court Limits Lower Federal Courts Power To Block Trump’s Agenda

I love how Trump managed to compress into a single week all the mixed feelings around the Syria strike (lost the Alt-Right), the Soleimami assassination (angered Tucker Carlson), the purge of Jeff Sessions (parallel with Thomas Massie) and SCOTUS victories from his first term (Dobbs).

Axios:

“The Supreme Court on Friday imposed new limits on lower courts’ ability to freeze federal policies — specifically, President Trump’s effort to eliminate birthright citizenship in the U.S.

Why it matters: Lower courts have issued dozens of orders freezing parts of Trump’s agenda, and bipartisan criticism of such sweeping rulings has been building for years.

The Supreme Court’s 6-3 ruling, written by Justice Amy Coney Barrett, fell along ideological lines. …”

This is a huge victory for the president.

Federal district court judges have blocked all sorts of Trump policies from taking effect.

  1. This is huge. I can’t overstate how much folks really really need to step back and look at the bigger picture, and get over their obsession with Jews as some central issue to our longer term interests.

It is beyond arguable that their influence and importance in the current day is anything but evaporating before our eyes. This doesn’t mean we don’t need to be watching what they are doing, but the issue of Israel, and Jewish influence can no longer be allowed to drive our thought process to the exclusion of all other aspects of the broader conflict.

As to the false dichotomy of our people or America, it just so happens more of our people live here in America than anyplace else, so the interests of America and Whitey are inextricably linked whether anybody here likes it or not. And that does mean learning to live with non whites, because they too are here for better or worse and aren’t going anywhere because it isn’t in the Nation’s character to be a White ethnostate.

Fleeing from political engagement because of a singular issue is neither realistic nor constructive. Nobody should have expected a life long boomer zionist with jewish extended family and grandchildren to go into the lampshade business. It was never in the cards. Expect more bumps in the road on this issue. We bought the whole package, good and the bad, and have to push for our interests just like they are.

This is the nature of cultural conflict. Grow up, or don’t. Its no skin off my teeth.

I’ve chosen my course, and I’m all in with MAGA. There is no White Nationalist alternative, and there is no third positionist alternative. There is an organized White positive political movement that actually has a clue, and I’m going with it because its the best we got right now.

    • @IronicSockAccount,

100% Agreed. Meanwhile, as you’ve mentioned earlier, there is something rotten in Denmark. Use your knowledge and experience in our circles to keep the rats out. Meanwhile, pick and choose carefully some new rank and file from the group, search for worthy the survivors of the Broke Arrow over the DR which is about to happen and prep the upcoming battlefield.

    • I, too, remain a Trump supporter, even as I am not blinded by the OTHER side of the Trump Derangement Syndrome coin; God-Emperor Donald “Cyrus” Trump. Unfortunately, it looks like TRUMP IS.

I strongly suspect that Trump was just as ambushed as the Iranians by Israel’s attack on Iran, but was more afraid of the loss of face if he made such an admission because it would show that he is not as in control of his administration as he would like Americans to believe and there are still many rogue elements at large throughout the State Department and in the Pentagon.

Benjamin Netanyahu has a great read on Trump and sees him as someone who revels in the adoration of his MAGA followers, is very susceptible to flattery, but is very thin-skinned where it comes to criticism which is why he went off on Tucker Carlson the way he did. That was NOT the reaction of a man with an attack plan, that was the reaction of a man who was scrambling to cover up how out of the loop he was at the time of the attack.

“If you can’t tell the difference between a Zionist controlled government that’s mass importing the third world and a Zionist controlled government that’s performing impactful border control and immigration crackdowns, then you’re not pro-White.”

Matt Parrott said it best. Whether we like it or not, since we “won” WWII, and probably long before that, we have had Zionists imbedded in every Administration cabinet and as political aides to every politician on Capitol Hill. Pro-Zionism is a condition of employment for every candidate running for a political job in the USA.

AFIAC, if you consider the alternative of a Zionist like Joe Biden or Gavin Newsom who was simultaneously selling out/off the country to the highest bidder and wants to elect a new people in the form of the entire Third World OR a Zionist like Trump who is TRYING to make a soft landing possible for the USA when BRICS inevitably takes down the Petro Dollar by bringing back enough industry where we can at least buy and sell to and trade with each other, I’ll take the latter.

I know it’s disheartening to watch how hobbled Trump is by an out-of-control rogue Israeli by the initials of BENJAMIN NETANYAHU who seems determined that there can be no Israel if HE’s not the Prime Minister. He’s got his own personal Operation Samson thang going on. But I’ll leave it up to the Israelis to figure that out and how to deal with him.

In the meantime, while Mr. and Mrs. John Q American may not be able to stop their treasury being expended on behalf of keeping Bibi Netanyahu Prime Minister of Israel for Life, we CAN ALL make it clear that we will allow NO involuntary military conscription of our kids. There has been no draft for over fifty years. It would be downright hypocritical for any of us to turn chicken hawk because Lindsey Graham might stop being blessed by Miriam Adelson – WHOOPS – GawDUH and lose his seat.

    • This isn’t complicated.

When Trump does the right thing, when he enforces the immigration laws, when he pushes back against DEI, CRT, and the trans agenda, he has my support.

When he does the wrong thing, when he bombs Iran or Yemen, when he praises the Al-Qaeda leader of Syria, when he enables the Gaza genocide, or when he promises to “staple a green card to every diploma”, I will criticize him.

I will only ever donate to politicians who are America First on both immigration and foreign policy – Marjorie Taylor Greene and Thomas Massie, for instance.
