Axios: Trump Threatens Federal Takeover of DC

Trump has been ratcheting up the rhetoric since the mugging of Big Balls.

Axios:

“President Trump ratcheted up his rhetoric about crime and homelessness in Washington, D.C., Sunday, telling homeless individuals to immediately “move out” of the city.

The big picture: The president’s view that crime in the nation’s capital is “totally out of control” has fueled his renewed threats for a federal takeover and orders to elevate federal law enforcement.

Despite D.C. crime rates falling, arrests for nonviolent offenses are up under Trump’s “D.C. Safe and Beautiful” executive order, which created a task force aimed at cracking down on city crime and facilitating a “more robust” federal law enforcement presence, Axios’ Anna Spiegel reports.

Driving the news: In a Sunday Truth Social post vowing to “make our Capital safer and more beautiful than it ever was before,” the president said “we will give” homeless individuals “places to stay,” but that those would be “FAR from the Capital.” …”

After two months of falling poll numbers due to having his head up Israel’s ass, I guess he realized he is still the president of this country and needed to come up for air.

My fear would be that Vance’s Palantir buddies plan to test total surviellance there then tout the crime reductions that they’ll for once allow to occur in order to make it a model Smart City to be exported to the rest of the country. I fear we are slouchimg toward Oceania (the 1984 version). I trust NOTHING the technofeudalists propose.

  9. The threatened takeover or whatever is for 7 days. With a possible extension if needed. Needed for what? For distraction of course. Focus on this, not on the U.S. Military entering and occupying Armenia and Azerbijian in the South Caucasus, to tighten the surrounding noose around Russia.

    Don’t even think about this new military adventure. Or about the farce about to take place in Alaska, the failure of which Trump will use as an excuse to order up to 10 divisions into the Ukraine war.

    No. Focus on big balls, and the sham takeover and all that.

    The fragmentation method used to prevent the concentration of national power is the basis not only for the entire “federal” system of post-war Germany, but also for the divided and indecisive multi-party system. With its so-called “representative democracy,” ‘Germany’ has the second-largest (fake) parliament (after China), although unlike Germany, China is capable of taking action. However, whether “more citizen participation and direct democracy” as in Switzerland, or centralism as in France, can do anything to counter the destructive will of the self-appointed elites is another question.
