This meltdown reeks of weakness.

1. A majority of Americans no longer “Stand With Israel.” This includes the overwhelming majority of Democrats, a lopsided majority of Independents, a third of Republicans and most young Republicans. Support for Israel is kept afloat by overwhelming support from older Republicans.

2. The United States is still one of the most pro-Israel countries in the world. The rest of the world including our NATO allies are much more hostile to Israel.

3. The largest podcasters on the Right – Tucker, Candace, Megyn Kelly – have shifted against Israel. Tucker bringing Fuentes on his show was a sign of which way the wind is blowing.

4. The taboo on the Jewish Question crumbled after the Iran strike in June and large online platforms across the populist Right and populist Left – Breaking Points, Tucker, Alex Jones, Young Turks, the brocasters, Tim Dillon – have been bashing Israel non-stop ever since.

5. Support for Israel continues to plummet in poll after poll. It has cratered with young Americans. Larry Ellison’s purchase of TikTok was a desperate attempt to stop the bleeding.

6. AIPAC’s money has become toxic on the Democratic side in Congress.

7. Vance can’t go anywhere and speak in public without getting hammered with pointed questions about Miriam Adelson and Standing With Israel like at the recent event at Ole Miss.

8. The outrage among Con Inc. about the Heritage Foundation refusing to cancel Tucker Carlson is about their loss of power as gatekeepers. They have lost control of the conversation about Israel.

9. Yes, it is true that people like Ted Cruz, Tom Cotton and Lindsey Graham are overrepresented in Congress and in conservative institutions, but the ground has shifted beneath their feet and nothing is going to stop the tide of generational change on support for Israel.

10. Never Trump Reaganite types supported Ron DeSantis in 2024 will lose even more badly in 2028 because their voters are cycling out of the electorate. I’m about to be 45 years old and even I barely remember Reagan.

  9. Yes, it has become more acceptable on the right to criticize Israel. That’s a great thing. However, Nick Fuentes still campaigned against Trump and did everything he could to cause him to lose. Candace Owens is still pushing insane garbage about promoting ideas that anyone but Tyler Robinson killed Charlie Kirk. Tucker Carlson is now promoting Maduro, even though he and his father in socialism Chavez destroyed what was once a great country. Ana Kasparianm may be fearless when criticizing Israel….but she’s hates ICE and is open borders to the core. You know who else says a lot of truth about Israel? Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar. However they are still awful people as they’re anti-white and anti second amendment.

    So, yes, Jewish power and influence is declining…..but you endorsing these people makes you look foolish and is not the win you think it is.

  11. Oh dear, a bunch of over hyped PR theatrics. The reality is no one cares about this except a small group of extremists on both ends of the Anti-Israel and Pro-Israel camps. Literally, bombing Iran hand nothing to do with Israel no matter how hard Fuentes or Levin say otherwise. It had to do with not letting Sand N@ggers get nukes, stopping nuclear proliferation, and maintaining America’s influence in the always unstable and violent Middle East and its massive influence on oil, the bedrock of the US reserve currency financial system.

    Thus, the likelihood that Hunter’s and Jimmy Carter’s dream of the US being reduced to a small regional power uninvolved in the world is about as likely to happen as Hunter’s fishing hole NOT being bought up by Yankee developers. There is no conceivable situation in where the US abandons Israel and the Middle East short of a catastrophic geopolitical development that ultimately leads to complete politico-economic collapse of the US and the starvation of most of us.

    The fact is, Israel is too important and stable an ally of the US to simply abandon like Hunter and Fuentes want to. Likewise, the threats to stop discussion of Israeli-US relations because otherwise the US abandons Israel are just as illconceives. Regardless of what coalition of political forces changes support for Israel to ending support for Israel, there will always be a permanent interest in seeing that support continues. Anyone who tries to change it will come up against basic reality.

    In addition these two guys one a Papist the other a Lutheran are both equally complicit in stupidity by not thinking thru the end game of abandoning Israel: Millions of Israelis, mostly Jews, fleeing Israel and moving to America to live next door to them. So, even this proposal advanced by Hunter and Fuentes to end support ends in an indefensible position for them.

    In sum, while there are sides proclaiming the imminent change in relationship with Israel, one going hysterical that it means the end of the world and the other celebrating some liberation of America from “Muh, Israel,” nothing in the end will change. All it means is political theatre over posturing and money and clout chasing as different vectors are created to reshuffle the fundamental permanent interest for the conceivable future of maintaining support for Israel. Everything else is political melodrama.

      How is Israel stable? Stability implies established borders that limits as well as protects a nation’s own sovereignty. An expansionist state is always, always, always a state at war. Example, Hitler’s Leibensraum. It is not in the best interests of the United States to be dragged into any other war of expansion except our own and even with our own, there has been a nasty price to pay; i.e. Mexicans, because our borders moved them into citizenship.

      President George Washington’s farewell address warned the country about engaging in entangling alliances and sorry, sir, but the United States’ closest ally is the poster child illustrating the consequences of ignoring his warning. Likewise, Eisenhower’s warning about the Military Industrial Complex.       In fact, I see nothing but benefits for the American people. We get to take advantage of that much-vaunted immigrant “brain-drain” from Israel with all its tech and financial prowess and import it over here. And since we already have a sizeable Jewish population already living here, for better or worse, we are familiar with how they operate.     I affirm that I have never received any money/favors/etc from Israel to support their cause or post on social media on their behalf and I wish all posters on all of social media would do the same so we can clearly see all those who are hijacking America and other nations via Zionism.

    I believe all money/weapons/etc given to “Israel” (really they are the House of Judah) by the USA should cease immediately. Jesus Christ is coming back to rule this Earth and He is the one who will resettle not only these Jews but the lost House of Israel peacefully in the area around Jerusalem.
