The USD has been weakening against the Euro, other currencies and gold because of massive deficits and the U.S. Government reducing demand for USD through its use of USD sanctions. This tends to increase interest rates on the endless U.S. Treasuries the U.S. Government sells every month. Increasing interest rates will crash stock markets around the world like the GFC in 2008, probably worse.
Soooo, as the geniuses like Scott Bessent cut off (or threaten to) more countries from the dollar system, demand for dollars weakens, the price of dollars vis a vis gold and other currencies falls and interest rates rise to compensate. Rising interest rates is exactly what the U.S. Government is petrified of, and rightly so. The enormous, unpayable debts of the U.S. (and state) governments immediately becomes a critical problem, one that can neither be ignored nor punted to the next administration when interest rates rise too much, too quickly yet that is exactly what this administration is provoking with its sanctions policies.
The Stable Genius has his tit in a wringer over Iran, all because of Our Greatest Ally. Were it not for the fact that Our Greatest Ally bought this war against Iran through its bribery and blackmail of the loathsome scumbags in the whorehouse known as Congress this would not be happening now. The Stable Genius has described himself as “The King of Debt” and he appears for once to be telling the truth. His policies are increasing debts at a rate surpassing the genius known as Sleepy Joe, bringing ruin to the GloboHomo Empire.

Though I am profoundly grateful that NO American lives were lost in another of Israel’s false flag attacks, the latest excuse offered as Casus Belli (because Iran sponsoring Hezbollah, the Houthis, and Hamas hazarding the Israelis is NO popular justification for the USA to fight Iran on Israel’s behalf) is that we must rescue the poor Iranians from an oppressive murderous regime.

I can comfortably predict that IF we succeed in bringing back the Shah’s much weaker son as Israel’s puppet, we will have to “win hearts and minds” by having to ignore our OWN crumbling infrastructure to rebuild THEIRS and it won’t be five years before the Iranians are back to shaking their fists at us and demanding his ouster.
The abuses of the petro-dollar with various American administrations arbitrarily seizing and freezing the assets of and imposing sanctions against OTHER countries is one of the MAJOR reasons it has become devalued (besides bankrolling all these STUPID WARS for Israel and now UKRAINE.
When YOUR country has the world’s reserve currency, it is based on the UNDERSTANDING that it is safe for other countries to use whether they oppose your country or not. It is the violation of this Gentleman’s Agreement that is forcing OTHER countries (who were perfectly happy to maintain the old system) to resort to BRICS and fortify it with GOLD further devaluing our fiat paper.

It took 13 years to overthrow the government of Syria using maximum economic sanctions and limited war.
Syria is a relatively small, resource poor country with a relatively small population. Their secular government didn’t court martyrdom, and their main base of support was the small Alawite minority.
Iran is different in every way – a large country with a large population and abundant natural resources, a religious government unafraid of death based on the support of the overwhelming Shiite majority.
Russian support can arrive in Iran much easier via the Caspian Sea than it could in Syria via the Mediterranean.
China has an incentive to support Iran to gain control of their natural resources, an incentive which did not exist in the case of Syria.
Not only is regime change difficult in Iran, the results would be harmful to our national self interests.
Baluchistan, adjacent to the Straight of Hormuz, is a Sunni province. The local separatists are Al-Qaeda aligned. Handing control of Hormuz to Al-Qaeda is far worse than leaving it in the hands of Iran.
The destruction of Iran would create far more refugees than the destruction of Syria did. At the very least, we should enact an immigration moratorium here and make sure all other White Christian countries do the same before we even THINK about a regime change war in Iran.
Iran doesn’t allow Christians to proselytizer, but the legacy Christian communities live in comparative safety and dignity, in contrast to Iraq and Syria where the chaos of regime change disproportionately displaced the Christians. Christianity is disappearing from its region of origin because of our regime change wars. Don’t make the situation worse by turning Iran into a failed state.
Additionally, Iran is very mountainous and geographically difficult to crack.

I agree with Levin’s clips having negative effect on us.
But for those of us in the South who have actually read what the South went through in Lincoln’s War on the South 160+ years ago these clips are wake up calls that our enemy has breached the “walls” of our security and our well being.
Behind this Jew sometimes yelling at the top of his lungs at all of us traitors to support his number one priority Judah is a picture of the South’s version of “Big Brother” — Lincoln. I don’t have to view the entire clip, that one image says it all to me no matter what he actually says.
