Chris Hayes: Republican Cancel Culture

Corporations are people too!

America’s CEOs are facing a mean backlash for enabling woke supremacy!

Will someone please shed a tear for Corporate America? In a surprising turn of events, Donald Trump and the Republican Party are trying to cancel them by harshly criticizing the most wealthy, powerful and privileged people in the country for using their concentrated economic power as a weapon to browbeat, intimidate and punish state governments on the behalf of woke progressive activists. Trump is bullying Citibank! Trump is trying to cancel Ed Bastian! Tucker Carlson is trying to cancel Jeff Bezos!

Democracy itself will die in the darkness if a wealthy privileged minority aren’t able to get their way anymore and overrule the majority of voters in Red States by making economic threats. We’re also labeling everyone who calls us out on social media as “domestic extremists,” censoring their point of view as “hate speech” and weaponizing the FBI, DOJ and DHS to attack their civil liberties.

Note: Fortunately, the Corporate Democrats are holding the line on preserving the corporate tax rate. I starting to get worried!

  1. If you voted for Ronald Reagan you voted for:

A massive increase in nonwhite LEGAL IMMIGRANTS

    Homosexual log cabin Federal Judges

    Rule by by billionaire CEOs

Just like voting for Donald Trump

    • @Patrick…

I liked President Reagan immensely and felt him the perfect behavior model for a president.

That said, I did not vote for him, but, rather, for Carter and then Mondale.

  2. What exactly did Ronald Reagan do for the HISTORIC NATIVE BORN WHITE AMERICAN WORKING CLASS HISTORIC MAJORITY?

  3. The alternative to voting for Ronald Reagan was not voting for Ronald Reagan and Jimmy Carter……it’s called refusing to consent to be governed by both Parties…..quite a pre-revolutionary act….

But you did vote for Ronald Reagan…and now your White Sons and White Grandsons face Chattel Slavery on a BLACK LIVES MATTER PLANTATION…

Was SEC NEGRO BALL worth it?

  4. The passage of the 1965 Immigration Reform Act

THE PASSAGE OF THE 1965 NONWHITE LEGAL IMMIGRANT INCREASE ACT

THE DEMOGRAPHIC NULLIFICATION OF THE NATIVE WHITE VOTE ON NOV 3 2020

  5. I wish. But Conservatives and Nationalists are unable to see the importance of canceling ostracism and deplatforming. They may do it ironically from time to time but that’s about it. They deserve to lose.

  6. Incredibly interesting to me that Mr. Hayes can refer to the new Republican Cancel Culture as ‘a national temper tantrum’ or ‘Republicans now acting in flagrantly undemocratic ways’.

This, after The Democrats and Left have been boycotting things my whole life.

Suddenly, however, boycotting is a dubious thing to do.

Do these people even listen to themselves, ever?

  7. I certainly appreciate the cheek and poise with which Mr. Hayes delivers his stinging rebuke of The Right.

That said, I cannot wait to be in a new confederacy where people like him are a slim minority.

God willing – he and his kind deserve a country without people like me, just as I, my family, and Rural Carolina deserve to have some place where we can live without having to countenance or consider opinions like his.

  8. The Democrats wanna control Sports and Entertainment with left wing extremist ideology. What about “Conservatives” and Republicans. Muhhhhhh Free Market says it’s ok if MLB gets mad about Voter ID and relocates. Muhhhh Free Market said that’s OK. Hmmmmm…..both of these ideologies work against White Christian America. Why not just play Sports, be Patriotic, and keep Politics out of it. Funny concept but it worked for oh I dunno….Forever! Do that again. Deo Vindice !
