Joe Biden said last night that George Floyd was murdered by systematic racism. It wasn’t simply Derek Chauvin who murdered him because he was motivated by his malevolent racism and white supremacy. We are all complicit in the death of George Floyd and the Atlanta shooting. It was the embedded structural, systematic and institutional racism of the entire Minneapolis Police Department.

Garland said the DOJ’s investigation will focus on whether the Minneapolis Police Department “engages in a pattern or practice of unconstitutional or unlawful policing.” His announcement came after Chauvin, a former Minneapolis police officer, was convicted on charges of second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter in the killing of George Floyd after kneeling on Floyd’s neck for more than nine minutes during his arrest in May 2020.

Merrick Garland has redefined the definition of “justice.”
Woke progressives have abandoned equal justice under the law in favor of social justice lynch mobs and collective punishment. You have to understand that now it is not an individual who kills a member of a protected class like George Floyd. Now, it is institutions and society at large that does it and we can safely assume that the cause is always going to be the sin of White racism.
Joe Biden’s guru Ibram X. Kendi has said in The Atlantic that law enforcement is the “violent son of American slavery” and should be abolished. Kendi has said that “deciding not to defund, disarm, and draw down the police is an extremist, wasteful, violent, and anti-American position.” It is extremism and anti-American not to go after the police. This is the position of Ibram X. Kendi and therefore the Joe Biden administration which is now being implemented by Merrick Garland’s DOSJ.
BTW, this is likely the reason why “the blue wall of silence” crumbled in the Derek Chauvin trial. Merrick Garland was going after the Minneapolis Police Department. Rep. Maxine Waters was in Minneapolis stirring up the lynch mob which was going around and literally intimidating witnesses.
