That might depend in large part on what populations (genetics, age, environmental characteristics of a given group’s habitat, targeted distribution of antidotes/treatments, etc.) a bioweapon could be engineered to attack.
In the case of the coronavirus, it could be argued that it was engineered to attack the congenitally retarded (subjects of Zionist ‘democracies’).

Not knowing the scope of proprietary viral research, could their be a virus so lethal that it kills a limited population so thoroughly that it burns out , before reaching a larger population? Something that could devastate a battlefield or city , then die out after exhausting all its hosts.

Biological and chemical weapons aren’t very good military weapons, they are almost impossible to control. Things that shoot and explode still make the best military weapons. Perhaps advances in genetic engineering such as CRISPR/Cas9 will change things in the future but the Wuhan virus seems like a half assed biological weapon, at best.
