Should the Virginia Senate change hands in November, Virginia might take another shot at immigration reform. The Virginia House passed a bunch of immigration laws that were killed by the Democratic-controlled Virginia Senate.
This might actually work if we could get a guy who believes in states rights in the White House in 2013. Unfortunately, the only states rights advocate among the republican candidates just fell behind the former governor of a sanctuary state.
