In Columbia, PA, a White man is driving down the road in his pickup trying flying the Confederate Battle Flag, a group of black “youths” take offense, they surround his truck, force him to pull over into a nearby parking lot, where they destroy his flag … and he gets arrested and charged when he pulls a knife out on the mob:
“COLUMBIA, Pa. – The man who says he was in the middle of a fight Monday afternoon over the Confederate flag he flies in his pickup truck claimed he was provoked.
David Chohany says he was at a pharmacy Monday afternoon with his girlfriend’s daughter when a group of people tried to surround his truck, offended by the confederate flag he flew.
“I don’t fly it because I hate people,” Chohany said. “I fly it because I have the right to fly it, and I’m going to fly it to this day, and nobody could tell me to take it down.”
He claims he was minding his own business, and that a group of teens tried to provoke him. …”
We’ve now seen several of these incidents involving the Confederate flag in the North in Rochester, MN, Columbus, OH, and South Bend, IN. In the South, some of the recent attacks, not including the ongoing campaign of criminal vandalism against Confederate monuments, include Myrtle Beach, SC, Henry County, GA, Stone Mountain, GA, Lilburn, GA, Bessemer, AL, and Ocala, FL
Note: The SPLC has accused the C of CC of spreading a “false narrative of a victimized white majority under siege by allegedly violent people of color in the United States.” It’s a “false narrative,” you see, because the “hate” is targeted at Confederate monuments or people flying the Confederate flag. According to some, there’s nothing objectionable about “hating” Southerners and destroying our monuments.
Whites are scared to death of blacks.
Someone from the $PLC should explain to us exactly how many incidents of interracial black-on-white violence is required before the “false narrative” becomes a “real narrative.”
Which of course they’ll never do. So many tenets of anti-racism rely on faith and untestable assertions.

This is not true at all. The problem is when attacked we get put in jail. We don’t want to be put in jail. Black people don’t care about legal consequences and we do. They don’t fine Blacks as they don’t have any money but sentencing can financially and legally ruin Whites.If when we were attacked we could defend ourselves and not be put in jail we would frequently.
Maybe we need to work on the laws related to assault. Make them like stand your ground with firearms. So that if someone aggressively comes at you you can stab them with a knife. Like in the situation with the Groid taking the flag you could shoot him legally. You change the laws to protect those attacked you would see a difference fast.

You’re standing in line at the movie theater (in the USA). A bunch of blacks take cuts in line. All the White people just stand there and act like they didn’t see it. At most, two Whites look at each other and silently roll their eyes. But no one says anything. Why? Because we’re deathly afraid of blacks because they’re incredibly violent. And I specify the USA because we’ve lived around them all our lives and we’re conditioned.
The “stand your ground law” doesn’t exist anymore. An elderly man in Minnesota killed two teenagers who had been REPEATEDLY breaking into his house for drug money and he’s in jail for life now.

There was a young man who killed a Muslim who was visiting from Germany who had broken into his house. He was in his garage and his wife and new baby were in the house and he shot him and was charged with a crime. I can’t find the link right now. I’ve got to get ready for work.
@YG, yes the stand your ground law still exist, however, its not in all states and the example you posted is one of those states that does not have the law. Know the facts and do some research before posting next time.

Also, the article you posted actually shows why the man was convicted. He shot both of the intruders and as they lay on the ground wounded, he shoots them in the head. He might have had a chance to defend himself in court had he not executed the two WHITE teens after he had disabled them. He set a trap for these teens by giving the appearance he was not home after he’d seen a neighbor whom he believed responsible for prior burglaries drive by. Then he waits for a full day to have a neighbor call 911 to report the break-in. He also set up an audio recorder and recorded everything he said. Almost everything this guy did points to his guilt. I get that he was angry at the teens for all the break-ins, but geez, what he did was above and beyond self-defense.
Also, this incident does not fall under stand your ground laws, it falls under the castle doctrine/laws.
Minnesota has a Duty to Retreat Law
Minnesota law allows deadly force to prevent a felony from taking place in one’s home or dwelling, but one’s actions must be considered reasonable under the circumstances.
