Correct me if I am wrong, but will this now make the Supreme Court packed exclusively by Harvard and Yale Graduates with 40% being Jewish with exactly zero hetrosexual Midwesterners, White Southerners?
The Jewish population of the USA is under 2%, yet the Supreme Court will be 40% Jewish.

American Jews vote consistently 80% plus for Dem Presidential candidates – the lone exception was Reagan vs Carter where Carter’s peace initiatives to the Israel Palestinian conflict were suspect. It looks like the Jewish Neo Conservative movement in the GOP has pretty much run it’s course, though Neo Conservatism continues to serve the purpose of derailing authentic race realist, populist, nationalist Conservative activism.

I’d like to see the supreme court abolished entirely. It’s been mainly a tool for decadent elites to push their social views off on the rest of the country. The federal courts never had any jurisdiction over how the states ran public schools, or abortion laws, or voting, or capital punishment. The ‘Citizens United’ decision is only the latest example of the brain dead quality of Ivy League school law graduates.
