The New OD

This is going to be so much fun.

We’ve had a recent development here at OD headquarters. Yes, I have finally acquired high speed satellite internet out in the middle of nowhere in rural Alabama, and you have no idea how much of a difference that is going to make in the amount of content that I can post on a daily basis. In related news, I now conceive of the OD Twitter account, which is a microblogging platform, as being of equal if not greater importance than the actual website. Follow me on Twitter if you aren’t already doing so.

Note: From now on, the full OD experience on a daily basis will be a combination of blogging and rapid fire tweeting. I’m also expanding into Periscope soon.

  1. Nice that Occidental Dissent is getting an upgrade to make it easier to get the message out. I do not so Twitter though, Disqus is the closet I get to social media.

    • I don’t… and I HATE the ads. Why should I have to look at Megwhine Kelly’s face or Angelina Jolie’s face every single time I want to come and read an article?

  2. Good, very good. It was about time for rural Alabama to join the 21st century. 😉
Makes the browsing much better, thanks.

    • Gab needs to work on their platform. Right now I’m less than thrilled with it. And I am definitely not the only one who feels that way.
