Center Left Growing Increasingly Frustrated With Antifa

Peter Beinart in The Atlantic:

“Since 1907, portland, oregon, has hosted an annual Rose Festival. Since 2007, the festival had included a parade down 82nd Avenue. Since 2013, the Republican Party of Multnomah County, which includes Portland, had taken part. This April, all of that changed.

In the days leading up to the planned parade, a group called the Direct Action Alliance declared, “Fascists plan to march through the streets,” and warned, “Nazis will not march through Portland unopposed.” The alliance said it didn’t object to the Multnomah GOP itself, but to “fascists” who planned to infiltrate its ranks. Yet it also denounced marchers with “Trump flags” and “red maga hats” who could “normalize support for an orange man who bragged about sexually harassing women and who is waging a war of hate, racism and prejudice.” A second group, Oregon Students Empowered, created a Facebook page called “Shut down fascism! No nazis in Portland!”

Next, the parade’s organizers received an anonymous email warning that if “Trump supporters” and others who promote “hateful rhetoric” marched, “we will have two hundred or more people rush into the parade … and drag and push those people out.” When Portland police said they lacked the resources to provide adequate security, the organizers canceled the parade. It was a sign of things to come. …”

Bob Moser in The New Republic:

“On the second Saturday in July, more than 1,000 people showed up in a small Southern city to shout down the Ku Klux Klan. That very same afternoon, up North, left-wing counter-protesters chased a band of alt-right Proud Boys out of a public park where they’d tried to rally. It’s been like that throughout this Summer of Hate, fifty years removed from the so-called Summer of Love. Wherever they’ve tried to assemble, both old and new-school white supremacists have found themselves routinely outnumbered, outshouted, out-organized, and out-brawled by the left. …”

The Center Left grasps that these social media spectacles like Berkeley are the logical outcome of Antifa’s “no platforming” doctrine. They also understand that everyone on the Right from FOX News to Patriot groups to the Alt-Right to the Klan is taking advantage of this weakness.

Antifa are showing America that the Left is exhausted and out of ideas, violent and unpatriotic, opposed to free speech and freedom of assembly, determined to censor social media, blacklist and persecute rightwing speakers and impose a tyrannical orthodoxy on college campuses and public spaces. In particular, the Left hates White people and Southerners and rationalizes the destruction of private property. They also stand for housing, employment and public accommodations discrimination.

Yesterday in Portland, they demonstrated this truth yet again. In the Civil Rights Movement, they were the ones who held marches, rallied for free speech and opposed discrimination in employment and public accommodations. Now, they are doing the exact opposite. They’re the ones attacking peaceful protesters, pressuring employers to fire people for political reasons, calling for censorship, etc.

  1. I just rec’d a message from Matt Parrot of the TWP that the permit for the Charlottesville rally has been revoked! They are saying that event must be relocated to some secondary location. Unite the Right’s chief organizer Jason Kessler is fighting to get it restored. What a typically sneaky jew – shitlib tactic this is!

  2. I don’t know about center left frustration, but lots of WHITES on the right are just now learning about ANTIFA and are pretty horrified by it. After Yvette Felarca, who organized the attacks on TWP permitted event in Sacramento in June 2016, appeared on Fox earlier this year and proclaimed her right to silence WHITE people with violence, there was a firestorm of protest against her from around the country and she’s since been charged with assault, inciting riot, etc.

I don’t think this prosecution resulted from center left “frustration” but with the growing political power and awareness of normal American people, most of whom are WHITE.

I think center left people are a comfortable with Communist organized political today as much as one hundred years ago, or even the 1850’s when a domestic terrorist named John Brown tortured and murdered five WHITE families in one night, the famous Patowatomie Massacre. New England liberals did not repudiate John Brown or torture and murder, rather they embraced John Brown as a hero. And remember that this was before Jews had a significant cultural or political foothold in the US.

  3. These idiots are too stupid to realize that this kind of behavior will only bring more fence-sitters to our side. Outside of major urban areas, they don’t hold nearly as much power. Ordinary white Americans in “flyover country” are starting to wake up and smell the roses.

  4. “Wherever they’ve tried to assemble, both old and new-school white supremacists have found themselves routinely outnumbered, outshouted, out-organized, and out-brawled by the left.”

Total inversion of the truth. We smacked them around like ragdolls at the Battle of Sacramento,Battle of Berkeley II,Inauguration Day,the fight where people were carrying “Da Goyim Know” signs and chanting “You can’t run,you can’t hide, you need a helicopter ride” (I forget where that was at),we beat them legally and had our speech at Auburn, there wasn’t any significant antifa presence at Austin and we had our rally pretty much unmolested except for the OafQueefers attacking one of our guys, and there have been a couple more events with a similar outcome.

I think pretty much the only event that bears any relation to that description is Battle of Berkeley I and Deploraball and that’s because the “rightwing” opposition there were a bunch of faggot cucks who worship gay jews. Both old and new school White Supremists have been doing just fine. That Pikeville thing was a clusterfuck technologically-speaking because there was bad mic feedback through half of the event but we had no serious trouble with antifa at that either.
