I ve gotten very good at this – helped defeat ~ 6 illegal alien amnesties.
Here are some tips:
Be polite
Be brief
Start a back and forth dialogue not a one way rant
You re going to be talking to a young congressional staff member not a big shot. You re not a big shot. Try to build report as a regular guy/gal.
