This season of ‘Empire’ is turning out to be the best yet:
“CHICAGO — “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett has been charged with one count of felony disorderly conduct for filing a false police report, the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office said Wednesday evening.
Smollett is due in court in Chicago at 1:30 p.m. Thursday. Chicago police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said CPD detectives will make contact with Smollett’s legal team to “negotiate a reasonable surrender for his arrest.”
Smollett is not in custody at this time. Guglielmi told ABC News police are not actively looking for the actor because “this is not a violent crime,” but said “the longer this goes, the more we have to do what we have to do.”
Guglielmi told ABC News police do not know where Smollett is, and “his attorneys have not shared where he is at this point.” …”

I think the story is kind of played out. I feel obligated to keep you updated though. In truth, it is better for us the longer Jussie Smollett dominates the news.

That being said, I still contend that since he’s a pseudo celebrity and enjoys a triple dose of the left’s victim classes (black, homosexual AND Jewish) he will not do any real prison time. I would love for him to thrown under the jail, and he certainly deserves it. But I have little faith in our justice system now.
I just noticed the actual charge. Disorderly conduct? Really? What about mail fraud, terroristic threats, and staging a fake terrorist attack? How about filing a false police report?
The lame charge alone tells us that he’s not going to do any time…IF he’s not cut loose by a corrupt Chicago jury if he even goes to trial.
I actually attended a few MAGA events not 6 blocks from where this Hate Crime Hoax was staged. I encourage others to be a big careful that “the powers that be” will crash some Identitarian, MAGA event and created a false narrative like what happened in Charlottesville VA.
