Are The Social Issues Even Real?

After running in 2016 on immigration as his signature campaign issue, there is no border wall in the third year of the Trump presidency. There is no ban on sanctuary cities. There has been no significant increase in deportations or end to catch and release. Kate Steinle’s murderer has walked free. Blompf has gone soft on E-Verify on the grounds that it works. After all the hype about Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, the new “conservative” majority on the Supreme Court failed to take up DACA.

Illegal immigration is now worse than it was under Obama and is at the highest point it has been at in over a decade. Border security has collapsed with Blompf in the White House. Blompf has increased the cap on H-2B visas by 30,000. He has also repeatedly said that he wants the highest levels of legal immigration ever and his new immigration plan only changes the composition of immigration so that more high skilled immigrants are admitted to compete with the middle class for their jobs.

How real is the immigration issue? What happened to ending birthright citizenship after the 2018 midterms? There seems to be no correspondence between Blompf’s campaign rhetoric on immigration in 2016 and 2018 and his record on the issue as president of the United States.

It is hard to say whether immigration or political correctness is the biggest social issue of our times. I lean toward political correctness being the bigger issue because it is our stigmatization that justifies our total social, political and cultural marginalization in our own country. It is considered “immoral” in this country to be a non-self hating White person and a social conservative who opposes this radical and unprecedented wave of demographic change as a foolish utopian social experiment.

Has the political correctness gotten better or worse since Blompf has been president? If nothing else, we assumed in the 2016 election that he would continue to “shift the Overton Window” by smashing taboos and opening up the cultural space for a new kind of politics. He doesn’t require Congress or the Supreme Court to accomplish this. We were totally mistaken on that point. Since Blompf has been president, he has evolved from a bomb thrower into a conventional Republican president who now spends his days tweeting about the black and Hispanic unemployment rate. He has surrounded himself with nothing but grifters like Charlie Kirk and his own administration is staffed top to bottom with his enemies.

How real is the opposition of conservatism to political correctness? If we look at the opposition to social media censorship whether it has been in the form of campaign promises in the 2018 election, congressional hearings or FCC rulings, then we can conclude it has been non-existent. The Blompf Justice Department has chosen instead to give Antifa a free hand to engage in violence while prosecuting groups like the Rise Above Movement. The Republican Congress has condemned White Nationalism at least three times. It has declared fighting anti-Semitism a U.S. national security interest. It has gotten to the point where some of Blompf’s biggest supporters like Alex Jones have been wiped off the internet. There hasn’t even been the slightest effort to push back against political correctness on college campuses. Insofar as there have been any victories on the issue, it is because we briefly challenged the status quo in court in 2017 while we were being universally condemned by mainstream conservatism.

What about homosexuality and LGBTQ rights? As we have pointed out for the last two years, the Blompf administration has succeeded in shifting the Overton Window on homosexuality by mainstreaming sites like Gateway Pundit. Homosexuality has triumphed on the Right under Donald Trump. In fact, the Trump administration has launched global offensives to promote homosexuality and feminism and has condemned Iran on this basis. Conservatism is also represented in the public sphere now by bimbos like Tomi Lahren who aren’t on television for any reason other than their appearance.

The American birthrate has plummeted to an all time low and White women aren’t having enough babies to replace the current White population in all 50 states. The drug overdoses and suicides are still surging to record highs. The average life expectancy in White America has continued its decline. Undoubtedly, this is related to the fact that Millennials are trapped in poverty working gig economy jobs with no benefits or job security, but this is being celebrated as best economy ever because The Dow and The GDP continue to surge to new highs. What is conservatism doing to address these massive social problems?

As far as guns go, we have had the bump stock ban after the Las Vegas shooting, which is something that even Barack Obama was unable to accomplish. There is also a great outcry about recent abortion bans in Alabama, Georgia and Missouri, but few people expect the new “conservative majority” on the Supreme Court to actually strike down the Roe v. Wade decision. Victory is incomprehensible.

At some point, we have to ask ourselves whether or not the social issues are even real. It sure looks like the Left is pushing on an open door. I can’t think of conservatives mounting a serious defense or much less an offense on any social issue that isn’t some kind of ploy to generate the appearance of fighting back while effectively ceding those issues to the opposition. In particular, the recent abortion bans appear designed to fail under scrutiny in federal courts. It’s almost like conservatives are trying to throw the fight.

I’m increasingly skeptical of the idea that any social issue is real. It sure seems to me like every time we vote for conservatives we end up getting the conservative foreign policy and conservative economic policies, but not the social conservatism that we are always promised.

  1. The Republicans are the enemy of the Christian South. The Republicans have surrendered on every Christian social issue. It cares nothing about us. However Christian Conservatives keep voting Republican because it loves the Jews. In other words many Christians care more about Jews than Western Christian Values. Deo Vindice !

        The French Revolution was started in 1789, the Declaration of Independence was 1776. The French were a monarchy in 1776. It was stupid for a Catholic monarchy to support such a revolution with those radical beliefs the colonists stated.

        The american revolution created the French revolution. Lafayette and others regretted supporting the american revolution.

        • To win the war, the Declaration of Independence had to appeal to two groups: anti-war politicians in Britain and French liberals.

          The mistake was Southerners agreeing to form a government with Yankees.

            France was an absolute monarchy not run by liberals. The French, Spanish, and Dutch jumped into the war to get back at Britain for recent defeats not because of liberal principles. They wanted some of their colonies back. The liberal influence was mouthy but not the main power in those countries.

            Spain was absolute monarchy grounded in tradition and medieval mentality. There was little to no liberalism running those countries.

            Does anyone really believe that monarchies run by kings are going to embrace such equalitarian principles? If the liberals were running those countries then they would have already been transformed into the heaps they are now.

            The anti yankee mentality of some of these comments are strange. To me you are all yankees.

            As far as i can tell the French intervened for the following reasons.

            1. Get back some of their colonies——-which they did
            2. Restore French prestige in the world——–which they did
            3. There were a vocal minority of aristocrats believing in the enlightmnent who believed in and wanted those liberal principles———–well they also got what they wanted with horror and terror a few years later

            The driving force seemed to be the first 2 points above. But the 3rd point was the one with the lasting influence.

            As for yankees, I currently cannot distinguish between them and southerners. Southerners are more anti black but more pro jewish

    I’ve noticed, online, that they’ve ramped up the anti-Southern rhetoric across the North, because of this.

    You’ve got to wonder who, besides the Jews, benefits from keeping people in Pennsylvania or New York or Wisconsin, bitter, resentful and filled with hate, towards what is essentially the rest of the country.

    As an aside, historically, the Jews have always exploited political, cultural rifts in countries that they’ve taken over. For instance, they used the English Civil War to gain control of England. Countries with a more uniform culture and fewer if any cultural/ sociopolitical rifts, have been harder for them to take over by exploiting these rifts, or fomenting civil war.

    • The North is abuzz with this, it is true. I’m in the North and can confirm this; here they believe anything considered bad about the South.

  7. To be truly free is to be truly sovereign. Freedom is the absence of overt tyranny but freedom without sovereignty is mere illusion. For a people to be sovereign they must be in control of their own destiny and hence their future. By that definition whites are not sovereign in America even though they comprise a numerical majority of the population because they are not in control of their own destiny. Nor for that matter are Native-Americans, African-Americans, or Hispanics because they too are not in control of their own destiny. By that definition they only group of people that are sovereign in America are those who comprise the Judeo-Liberal Coalition because they are in control of America’s destiny and future. (or lack thereof)

  9. Once Florida, Georgia, and Texas get more blacks, browns, muslims, and jews than whites, there will never be another Republican president. Ever. This could happen as early as 2020, but if not 2020, then 2024. Then, after several of these four year election cycles take place, the mass of whites will slowly realize ( too late ) that voting is useless.
