1. “2,000 Americans have died from coronavirus in the last 48 hours. We’re now 50% of the way to total swine flu deaths. Nearly 5,000 Americans have died in the last week.”

   That’s why, whenever any of the “OMG, the economy!” hand-wringers (be they YouTube video makers or blog commentators) is asked:

   “Okay, how many would need to die — exactly how high does the death toll have to be; how many Americans are expendable losses to you — for you to acknowledge that self-isolation policies and all related shutdown efforts at containment are necessary after all?”

   — they never give a straight-up answer, but reply with evasive snark.

   Because they know that if they give an honest number, that death toll will be reached, and they’ll have to admit they were wrong,

   or they have to give a number so appallingly high, claiming to be comfortable with such a grotesquely high death count, that they’ll look like sociopaths.

   There are simply no easy solutions here, and just agreeing to pretend that the virus doesn’t exist — like children, or like an ostrich sticking its head in the ground — will yield nothing but truly horrific numbers of victims.

     • Only because he didn’t answer the question — and because he still hasn’t. Which confirms what I thought initially of his claim that he would admit it, if he were proven wrong.

       Well, what’s the point at which that is the case?

       If there is no such point, then all his bloviating was just that — hot air.

     • And the reason why I knew he couldn’t and wouldn’t answer the question straight is because for all of his thousands of tweets and umpteen increasingly desperate videos, RamZ hasn’t given his number either.

       It’s a sly ploy — keep pushing it out to “Well, pandemic [x] was so much worse,” and then if that death toll is reached, it will be, “But pandemic [y] killed THIS many,” or “Well, more will die due to a Depression” (an unfalsifiable claim, and a false choice anyway) and on and on — until ultimately, there is literally no point at which the person has to take ownership for having been wrong.

       It’s a troll-like tactic, whether the user is intentionally a troll or not.

       • This is a bad sickness, this fear of an invisible enemy. Much worse than any virus. It transforms men into shrieking women and drives shrieking women mad enough to believe totalitarian edicts are issued for their own benefit.

         You are better off to die than to live under the yoke of WHO. Mark my words.

     Well, I agree with the shutdown, so that’s not my angle. But I do believe that costs have to be weighed against benefits. I’m definitely not of the “if it just saves one life it’s worth” school of thought.

     I’d say it would have to have threatened to be at least twice as bad as the flu to justify a shutdown. We accept that many tens of thousands die from the flu each year with nary a second thought; and we’d all be aghast at the thought of shutting down the economy to try saving them. So the epidemic would have to be significantly worse than that. And in my mind, this coronavirus did indeed promise to be significantly worse. If I thought that deaths might be limited to a few hundred thousand, I might have thought, ah fuck it, not worth shutting down. But there seemed to be a reasonable threat not just a few million, but tens of millions, so a shutdown seemed well worth it.

2. Yeah, and I dispute even these numbers as politically motivated – due to our good friends in New York and the like.

   SARS 2 was just like the flu, only not as bad. Now comes the economic, politic and historical fallout for the mass hysterical detonation of the economy.

   Do you want to know the secret to being right nearly all of the time? I pretty much accept what is known as materialism. How the world works is knowable and largely known. I also observe that the universe is not a random mess, there is an Order to it, whether emergent or created there is an Order.

   When you personify that Order you can (approximately) get God. That’s all there is to it and you too can live life on a higher plane of existence.

   Unfortunately, most of us are not, and cannot get to that level. It is what it is, but everyone can get better. Let’s start with a commitment to living life as we believe it is best lived, be our best selves, reject shoddy thoughts, words, and deeds.

   All the best – and remember that this epoch is only just getting started: The Abolition of Man is underway.

   PS First year without Easter – that would certainly put a smile on the face of our good friends in New York!

My mother has worked in Respiratory and Health Care Administration for 50 years and she is telling me that hospitals all over the country are over-staffing in preparation for the coming onslaught that the media/government keep droning on about, however, they keep sending countless staff home because they don’t need them. There is no ‘curve’ to be flattened!

   Many of these health-care workers are starting to question this whole scam. The video below manifests how absurd this situation is getting. The curtain is starting to come down on this pandemic fraud. Watch how some of these health-care workers can’t even answer the most basic questions:

4. Flabberghasted to hear on Tucker Carlson’s Show that President Trump just signed an executive order prohibiting any further shipment of masks, ventilators, and other assorted medical necessities to China!

   Apparently all this time we have been shipping these essential items, of which we are short, to a country which not only began this epidemic, it covered it up for a long time!

   Just when you think the United States’ Government cannot get any lower in their regard for the very people they are sworn to protect – they manage to pull it off!

   • I contacted 3M (a Minnesota Company) over TWO WEEKS ago, when the ‘wear masks’ mantra began to be made, and, finding NOTHING online, called and told them ‘HOW DARE THEY send masks overseas, when AMERICA needs them!’ The Operator who took my call was surprised at my visceral reaction to their international perfidy.

   • It is coming to light that a lot of Chinese here on business are actually agents of the government just as was rumored all along and they got secret orders in early-mid January to buy every last mask on the shelve in all our retail outlets and ship them back to China. They sent private jets to Australia and New Zealand identified two “real estate companies” where the employees were ordered to do this. It surely happened here as I saw Martensen’s first video on the 24th and immediately went to look for masks and found them completely gone in Central Illinois, Southern Indiana, and the mid Kentucky Walgreens, CVS’s Walmarts, Schnucks, and Meijer’s I looked in. This is even beyond organized crime, this is sabotage, a sensible move would be immediate expulsion of those involved. I hope Barr is investigating, I fear the CCTV has overwritten by now all the footage of the spies and saboteurs stealing our masks, they are like black boxes and the HD only goes a few weeks until it overwrites the oldest files with new footage. How do you NOT expel anybody here who took part. Of course we can’t try them because they will grab westerners over there and hold them hostage like they did to Canadians to get their Huawei spy released.

5. One of the strange effects of this pandemic is the variation in death and recovery rates around the world.

   As a proportion of anyone who has been infected, in Germany 26% are said to be “recovered,” while in the UK only 0.4% (135 people total) are rated as “recovered.” Part of the reason is surely that it initially spread more quickly in Germany, whereas the UK is only now catching up, so fewer people in the UK have had time to recover. But still, even at the time Germany had the same total infections as the UK now has, over 3000 people had recovered.

   Netherlands and Switzerland provide a similar point of comparison. Only 1.7% are “recovered” in Netherlands while 21% are in Switzerland. Both countries contracted their first case at the same time and the virus has spread at basically the same rate in both.

   • Germany is mass testing and finding lots of asymptomatic carriers and recovered who didn’t know they had it. I even wonder if the horrible flare up of Ulcerative Colitis I had at the end of Feb early March was it? It was an order of magnitude worse than any flare up I’ve had and I had this unbelievable fatigue and low grade 99.5 fever for 3 weeks causing me to miss 8 days of work. No respiratory symptoms though so probably wasn’t, but I was short of breath just going up the stairs to do my laundry? Wonder what an antibody test would say? Still only supposed to be 23 cases in the county as of now and this would have infected me 6 weeks ago if this was it? My boss had been sick the week before and had been in Chicago.

     • As of this writing Germany has performed four times as many tests per capita as the UK, but that still doesn’t account for the enormous disparity in recovery rates.

       I understand the symptoms can be so mild that some people won’t be aware they’re infected. That does give me hope that this isn’t going to be absolutely apocalyptic, but it can still cause a lot of harm.

       I think anyone who gets sick this year is going to suspect it was coronovirus. Both my parents got sick mid-Feb (flu-ish) and of course the thought ran through my mind, but there was so few infected at that point I couldn’t really take it seriously. I went out a week before all public gatherings were shut down in my area, and a couple of drinking buddies were coughing and sniffling, and a couple of days later I had the same thing. I was a bit more concerned this time since there were quite a few more infected people, but it only lasted a day, so phew.

6. I’d like to know if the niggers are as susceptible to contracting this chink thing as normal people are. Perhaps Dr. Guinea could enlighten us?

   • Obesity hypertension and underlying conditions as yet undiagnosed. That or they’ll be asymptomatic vectors.

   • I’ve been tracking Africa for the couple of weeks. It’s taken its time to get going there, but it’s just now starting to make its presence felt in the low hundreds of cases in a number of countries. The growth rate doesn’t appear to be any greater than what an Italy or Spain went through in the first month, but that could change as the total infections get into the thousands. If the presumably less robust healthcare system there gets overwhelmed at an earlier point and/or if their adherence to isolation and shutdown regulations is (as we’d predict) more lax, they may develop world-beating growth rates. Who knows, if there’s no stopping the corona, one bright spot could be Africa getting wiped the fuck out.

9. Everything is closing down because of the deadly Covid-19 virus, everything except abortion clinics. The abortion clinics are still open and none of talking heads on TV are calling for the authorities to close down the abortion clinics. All the talking head twats on TV fully support the killing of children but they’re horrified by the coronavirus deaths. 50-60 American children killed by abortion since 1973 and that doesn’t faze the TV twats in the least bit, they’re actually happy about all the deaths/killing that takes place in the abortion clinics.

   They like death a lot more then they let on and their concern about Covid-19 is a lot of play acting. This whole pandemic is all play-acting.    People die from the flu every flu season. More people died from the flu last year than died this year from coronavirus. And the great majority who are dying from coronavirus are elderly and they’re dying because elderly people die, it’s a natural part of the life/death cycle. The great majority of those who die from the flu are also elderly. Coronavirus is very similar to the flu that way as it’s the elderly who have a lot of pre-existing medical conditions who succumb to it, and coronavirus is no more deadly than the flu, the flu that comes around every flu season.

   Now, when someone dies, elderly or not elderly, it’s labeled as death from Covid-19. What a world of lies we live in, what deception. The liars have it made in the shade in this world we live in, as so many seem to really like being lied to, it’s like the public wants to be lied to. I guess that’s why liars are the ones who rise to the top in our society/culture, the public likes to be lied to, wants to be lied to :

11. Chris Martensen was right again. This morning ABC national news is reporting the thing about initial “Viral Load” and the severity of the disease. I believe it because I read back in the 80s that innocent victims of aids who got it through a blood transfusion progressed very rapidly from infection to death due to the extreme viral load of getting a whole quart of aids ridden blood directly into their blood stream. (Considering the depravity of homos I wouldn’t be surprised if some who were sick gave blood on purpose. No way was that “dentist” who infected their patients an accident, he probably mixed his blood in with the novocaine and injected his patients on purpose.
