#SCOTUS, by vote of 5-4, strikes down Louisiana law requiring doctors who perform abortions to have right to admit patients at nearby hospitals

Here is the 5-4 opinion in June Medical Services LLC v. Russo written by Justice Breyer. Chief Justice Roberts concurred in the judgment only. https://t.co/6TDlypQo4z

Your opponents aren’t as hateful as you think.

They don’t dislike you as much as you think.
They’re not as extreme as you think.
We’re in the midst of the Great Misjudgment, and it’s tearing America apart: https://t.co/5KeUzeVZRk
If you paid attention to the oral arguments, nothing about the SCOTUS abortion decision should surprise you. This was predictable. It was predicted: https://t.co/49VdL9uy0y

I’m sure you are as shocked as I am by this stunning development.
The same True Conservatives on the Supreme Court who peered into the Constitution and saw affirmative action, sodomy, gay marriage, DACA, Obamacare and most recently transgenderism and gender fluidity in the text of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 have struck down Louisiana’s abortion ban:
“WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Monday struck down a Louisiana law that could have left the state with a single abortion clinic.
The vote was 5 to 4, with Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. voting with the court’s four-member liberal wing but not adopting its reasoning. The chief justice said respect for precedent compelled him to vote with the majority.
The case was the court’s first on abortion since President Trump’s appointments of two justices shifted the court to the right.
The Louisiana law, which was enacted in 2014, requires doctors performing abortions to have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals. …“
No one could have seen it coming.
Not after Juneteenth.
Not after criminal justice reform and police reform.
Not after the tax cuts and moving the embassy to Jerusalem.
Not after gay marriage and gender confusion became civil rights.
Not after riots and looters burned down the country and got away it.
Not after monuments of the Founding Fathers were torn down, dragged through the dirt, lynched, spit on and set on fire by anarchist mobs who were rewarded for it.
Not after the governors of Mississippi and South Carolina with complete unified Republican control over both states took down flags to appease corporate interests.
Again, the illusion that we have some control. We don’t.
I’ve said it many times, Roberts is homosexual. I heard this directly from a retired army intelligence officer. His marriage, like many in DC, is a scam. He has a past history of much probono work for the LBGT community.
There’s massive conspiracy in the nation but you don’t believe it, So, accept and live with your decisions.
I should have said his marriage is a sham but scam works, too. The wife probably doesn’t know.
If we can get just none more conservative justice it will tip the balance.
With Roberts, it has just come out of the shadows and into your face.
The nation’s subversion, due to occult influence, started centuries ago. As for the Founding Fathers, Dr. Stanley Monteith (a very good, firmly Christian man, traveled the world and found the answers (Google him, he did his due diligence). I followed him for more than a decade until his death. We’ve lost a lot of brave, good ones and it appears few are left.
Go to the 3:40 mark for the following:
George Washington – Christian
John Adams – Christian
Thomas Jefferson – occult
Thomas Paine – occult

The Georgia Guidestones is an occult monument dedicated to Thomas Paine.
Thomas Paine was brought to America by Thomas Jefferson.
“Masons are here and are working like termites.”
“We have many idols with clay feet.”
It can no longer be denied but probably will continue to be.
George Washington was a Deist, not a Christian; he was a Mason as well.
John Adams was nominally a Congregationalist/Unitarian, but he was really an agnostic.
Washington was a Mason but not an occultist. All four of them were Masons. Monteith states Washington and Adams were not Trinitarian and to not go by today’s standards. He states Adams was a Unitarian.
Well, I didn’t say Washington was an occultist. He was a Deist like most of the Founding Fathers.
John Adams did attend Congregational/Unitarian churches, but privately he was an Agnostic who defined God as “an essence that we know nothing of”.
Recent restrictions on abortion in Louisiana were passed by Louisiana Democrats. Meanwhile GOP carpet baggers in Mississippi removed the Southern Cross from their states flag. The South should go along with California, reject Trumpism, and embrace secession from the jUSA.
Yawn and snore. If you’re a race realist, eugenicist, and environmentalist like some of us are, you can’t possibly be anti-abortion because it worsens the current situation. The SCOTUS made a sound decision because the Louisiana law tried to interfere with Roe v. Wade and the LA GOP knew it and only passed it to gin up the religious rube vote during election time. Clueless “pro-lifers” don’t seem to realize that even if Roe v. Wade were overturned, abortion would still be legal in the entire nation outside the deep South including the libertarian leaning rural Rocky Mountain states. Even in the deep South, the affluent suburbanites would always have access to birth control and find ways to get an abortion and the rest of the population would only have to travel to other states to get one (assuming they haven’t gotten illegal abortions which always abound in places that try to ban abortion anyway).
You got it, freethinker. I used to be ‘pro-life’ until I found out the stats and started thinking a bit. We’d have something like 80 million more joggers co-hooping and co-hopping around the country right now. I’d restrict it for Whites in many cases, but for the others, well, have at it.
The jogger problem would indeed be much worse without it.
You dogshit atheists always say there’s no stopping abortion restrictions don’t matter, or they are bad, but somehow you can’t help harping on it. Dogshit jew-slave wasps destroyed America to spite the Catholics. They literally think the fact their wives and daughters are filthy abortion practicing whores makes them superior. Scum of the earth.
Anglo-Protestant Southern States have the lowest abortions rates in the US. It’s the filthy Roman Catholic whores in the North and the West who practice most of the abortions. So, you pigshit Roman Catholics, instead of whining about WASPs, need to control your wives and daughters who prostitute themselves to Jews.
It was wasps on the court who legalized abortion to support feminism. Slaves of the Jews who destroyed this country. We’re at this point because of those people, people like the degenerate Richard Spencer, the abortion supporting human garbage who may as well be a fed for what he’s done.
William Brennan, an Irish Roman Catholic, was the force behind Roe v. Wade decision. Irish Catholic Anthony Kennedy and Sandra Day O’Connor reaffirmed it in the Planned Parenthood v. Casey case.
WASPs built this country. Roman Catholics, the slaves and bootlickers of Jews, have destroyed it.
You anti-Catholic, pagan, and atheist nitwits are hilarious throwbacks. You act as if all these other groups act as a monolithic political vehicle. Gallup shows Protestants were 61% of the national pop. as recently as 1980, so that majority must be pretty damn weak and corrupt if it can’t protect itself from the 39% that you claim is constantly working against it.
I like the idea that a person can only get an abortion if they fall under a certain income level.
Two Roman Catholics, Roberts and Sotomayor voted with the three Jews. Roberts is a Polish Roman Catholic, and Sotomayor is Puerto Rican Roman Catholic.
Well yeah Krafty, but the other Catholics on the Court voted against.
Death cults get protected again. This is a Luciferian world, and has been for some time, so the decision is no shock. Blompf should start acting like the president he supposedly admires, Old Hickory, and tell Mr. Roberts to enforce his decision if he can. But he has no brains or balls, so black-robed tyrants get to rule us, along with nogs, heebs, bankers, etc.
I’d prefer if he acted like Patton.
Without feminism and legal abortion there can be no effective “Civil Rights movement.” Without white women’s petticoats to hide behind, the Jews cannot use their negro mobs effectively. Only by encouraging abortions could so many white women turn away from family life, only by enabling abortion could they justify the unlimited immigration, only by enabling abortion could they momentarily contain the negro problem, until such point as reaction against it is not strong enough to contain it.
I hate those who persecute and torment the weak and the innocent. I hate their fuxcking guts.
Legal abortion by judicial fiat is basically the keystone of the shitlib system. Take it away and all the rest of it falls apart. It was placed their by Anti-Christian wasps, who laid the groundwork for what is happening now. Richard Spencer is going out and praising these mobs astroturfed by Jews as “the West.” The problem is wasp mental illness. That is the reason America became this way.
Bush appointee. A true conservative according to social liberals, Rush and Hannity.
when will God put this sick, disgusting disgrace of a country out of its misery…
The US Supreme Court is majority Republican which is another example of Republicans never ever conserving anything. Same goes for the Mississippi Flag. Same goes for everything else. Get with the problem. Stop voting for the D or the R. Only support candidates who publically support our Christian and Nationalist views and represent the White Race. Deo Vindice !
And whom, pray tell, would those candidates be? ?
