I cooked this mouthwatering recipe for supper last night with some French bread for dipping in the sauce.
These soups and stews are an excellent way to work lots of veggies into your diet. They preserve well in the refrigerator and taste great heated up. They use a lot of the same ingredients like onions, potatoes, garlic, celery and carrots. You can also divide them up and put them in meal prep containers like I do.
The Hungarians didn’t invent beef stew lol. Looks like a good recipe at anyrate.

…… add lots of herbs 🙂
Add some crushed flax seeds.
It won’t change the flavor, but will make it super healthy.
