I enjoyed a big bowl of caldo verde last night and again this morning before work. It was this soup which inspired this series. I discovered it a few years ago and have made it several times in recent years. It got me interested in working more soups into my diet.
I love to see articles like this since I love to cook and/or help in the kitchen. I will try this dish.
That’s almost identical to the Zuppa Toscana at the Olive Garden. Good stuff. But you’re onto something: I am way more willing to eat vegetables if they’re in a soup.
