Yesterday, I made my first appearance on Blood River Radio with Eddie Miller. We looked back on Charlottesville six years later and talked about how the Unite the Right rally was the end of an era – the time when courts could be relied on to uphold free speech and protect civil liberties – and the beginning a new one when the only thing that matters whose side are you on.
In recent american history ( i mean last 20 years if we exclude 09/11 attack on Twin towers) two important events took place, also with international resonance: Unite the Right rally and Assault on Capitol 01/06. I have always had two different opinions on these events:
– Charlottesville, even if a trap has been discovered and many have paid and are still paying for what happened, is still to me the best event happened and worth of relevance. People who defended their history and not only history but also democracy from the woke madness. That was appreciated even here in Europe. In that case you american You have set a good example of how to fight when there is too much abuse. Probably some mistakes were done but it’s inevitable. Anyway that day you america teached all of us how to deal with leftists dictatorship.
– 01/06 assault: Personally i viewed this as a buffonish attempt and a big mistake. Charlottesville violence was made in self defence, instead here was prepared an attack to an institution. Yes in previous post i did that a revolution is necessary but not a buffonish revolution with hundred of people led by a moron dressed as a shaman. To do a revolution it is necessary milion of people and led by good strategists not hundred of people led by a clown dressed in a ridicolous way. That act gave another opportunity for the system to say that right-wing/dissident right is “a threat to democracy”.
