?Vice President JD Vance at the Munich Security Conference:
— Benny Johnson (@bennyjohnson) February 14, 2025
“The threat I worry the most about vis-a-vis Europe.. is the threat from within.. the retreat of Europe from some of its fundamental values, values shared with the United States."

In this single passage, JD Vance makes manifest the core lie driving US/EU foreign policy for decades: we claim everything we do is for "advancing democracy" when the goal is often the exact opposite.

Never imagined a senior US official saying this:pic.twitter.com/xHxhRAS611
NOW – U.S. Vice President Vance says there is "no room for firewalls" ahead of the German election, where all other parties refuse to work with the AfD even though millions will vote for the right-wing party. pic.twitter.com/VZmlaFuho7

JD Vance calls out Europe at the Munich Security Conference Conference for opening the floodgates to mass migration from the Middle East:

“No voter on this continent went to the ballot box to open the floodgates to millions of unvetted immigrants.”

More of this, please.
I can’t wait to vote harder in 2028.
I want to keep collecting my “fell for it again” awards from activists … illegal immigration crashing to zero, Vance fomenting revolution against the establishment in the EU, bringing an end to the war in Ukraine, South Africa getting what it deserves, and so on. I want a trophy cabinet of these awards.
Europe belong to honest Europeans, to europeans that share the same values.
That excludes the current ruling class.
You should have seen it in person.
How many of the people at the Munich Security Conference in the audience or writing about it (like Politico) are or were on the CIA’s payroll through USAID?
I would like to see AfD win everything in the German elections and grind all the other parties into the dust.
Another Groyper L.
I was right to push for Vance. Groypers as usual, DEAD WRONG.
This was a truly great speech, as good as anything I’ve ever heard from Viktor Orban or Pat Buchanan.
And there is much else about the 2nd Trump presidency which is great – pardoning J6ers and other right wing political prisoners, enforcing the immigration laws, the Gaza truce, saving TikTok, using executive orders to wage war against DEI and transgenderism, appointing Tulsi (the most prominent critic of Operation Timber Sycamore) to oversee the “intelligence community”, and in general dismantling the entire apparatus of regime change, color revolution, surveillance, censorship, lawfare and harassment of dissidents.
But there have also been massive failures, all of which stem from the influence of ultra-Zionist Jews such as Jared Kushner, Bill Ackman, Alex Karp, Miriam Adelson, Paul Singer, Howard Lutnick, Steve Witkoff etc.
There was the cartoonish, buffoonish neo-imperialism towards Panama, Canada, Greenland and the Gulf of Mexico, which in retrospect was intended to ready American public opinion for Kushner’s plan to extend US imperialism to Gaza – an idea which could only be realized after full scale war waged by the USA and Israel against the Palestinians and the Axis of Resistance. The results of such a war would be worse than all the other Middle East conflicts America was involved in from 1990-2024.
There is also the executive order against “antisemitism” as defined by the IHRA. The alt-light might be entitled to free speech and political participation, but no such grace will be extended to anyone who shares the ideas of Pat Buchanan, or Kevin MacDonald, or any other “antisemite”. Free speech is only allowed for people who are willing to lie about the root causes of the disasters of the past (liberal Zionist Jews such as Schumer, Blinken, Bloomberg etc.) or the dangers of the future (ultra-Zionist Jews such as Jared Kushner).
On both of these issues – direct US support for Israel and censorship of “antisemites” – Trump is worse than his predecessor. He needs to do better.
Imagine the MAGApedes getting their panties all in a knot if some European came over here and lectured us like Eyeliner Boy just did in Europe. He should be deported when his wife and kids are.
As Teddy Roosevelt said, “the power of the bully pulpit”.
I have felt since about the mid 90s that it would be Germany or a German-led group of nations that would finally destroy this Yankee Empire (I had hoped the South would repent and get on its own and be spared but they seem to be asleep.)
This tough talk could be the first “shots” fired by us at Europe that will ultimately lead to our total destruction — so bad that only about 10%-30% of the population will be survivors who will then be taken captive as slaves into other nations…
But that scenario may be for a much later time… It seems so strange that he would be so provocative at this particular time…Maybe he and the Empire will back off and everything will get a lot more peaceful again and this will all be soon forgotten…
Secede Now!
May God Save the South!

Has the jd vance’s speech against Europe angered the Europeans?
AI:
Yes, U.S. Vice President JD Vance’s recent speech at the Munich Security Conference has provoked significant backlash from European leaders. In his address, Vance criticized European governments for what he described as a retreat from fundamental values, particularly concerning free speech and immigration policies. He expressed concerns that Europe is suppressing dissent and failing to adequately address illegal migration, which he views as internal threats to the continent’s democratic foundations. rferl.org
European officials have responded sharply to Vance’s remarks. German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius labeled the speech “not acceptable,” emphasizing the importance of free speech within European democracies. Similarly, EU Foreign Policy Chief Kaja Kallas suggested that Vance’s comments indicated an attempt by the U.S. to provoke conflict with Europe. theguardian.com
The speech has also drawn criticism from other European leaders, who view it as an unwarranted interference in their domestic affairs. The controversy underscores the growing tensions between the U.S. and Europe over issues of governance, values, and international relations.
