In the first term, Trump posthumously pardoned the black boxer Jack Johnson. He left office after pardoning Lil Wayne, Kodak Black, Kwame Kilpatrick and Jonathan Pollard’s handler. Did Boosie Badazz just not have enough money to get the pardon that he wanted?
