At the same time the judge has been receiving support from Anthony’s supporters, who have donated more than $425,000 for his defense. …”

The “senseless tragedy” shtick isn’t working.

The Austin Metcalf story is sticking in the news cycle. The racial angle is getting more attention.

This means that your attorney would argue that although you did commit the crime of homicide, it was because of sudden passion that rendered you unable to coolly reflect on your actions.

    Affirmative defenses of sudden passion usually mean the charge is dropped to a second-degree felony, which is punishable by 2 – 20 years in jail and a fine of up to $10,000.

    • Please give Mr. Metcalf some grace.

      For all of you who joined me in my own shock and disgust over the bizarre way Mr. Metcalfe was talking about how it was “not a race thing” and how he “forgives” this young boy, I found some interesting information that made me change my own perception of Mr. Metcalfe.

      I went to a site called The Unz Review and AFAIC a poster there by the screen name of Richard B solved The Metcalfe Mystery. In his own words:

      And then someone mentioned these “visitors” in answer to a comment I made (on another platform) and said that it was The CRS. Then another commenter on the same thread elaborated, and in a way that was way too sober and adult, too level-headed and informative, to ignore. After that, I simply looked them up and [I]Voila[/I]!

      It was a long-awaited Ah ha! moment. At last I had a name. To most TUR readers, who are pretty savvy on such matters, even the AI Overview is a dead giveaway.

      I am thinking of the hell the parents of Christopher Newsom and Channon Christian was put through, because they pursued the death penalty for their children’s killers rather than taking the plea bargain offer of life without parole.

      The trial was put before a very pro-defense judge who constantly overruled the prosecution. Only one defendant got the death penalty and the others got lenient sentences. Later, it was learned the judge was a druggie who had deliveries to his chamber during the trial. The defense demanded and got new trials which resulted in even lower sentences for the defendants.

      I’m sure Metcalf was threatened that if he raised too much hell that would make it Anthony’s defense case that it was impossible for their client to get a fair trial and it would probably go before a lenient judge who’d give him nothing more than a slap on the wrist.

      So, probably a combination of threats and cajoling to wear him down enough to put him front of the camera to defuse the situation by reciting the standard rote of “not about race,” and “I forgive him.”

      Obviously Metcalf was coerced into making that stupid, sappy statement, because the moment his handlers dropped their guard, he shows up at the Karmelo Anthony press conference uninvited and freaking everybody out.

      Was it a coincidence that Metcalf’s home got swatted shortly after and the DOJ is unable to figure out whodunnit? Like it was an inside job?

      In any case, if Mr. Metcalf’s rush to forgive comes up in any conversation, please, please, let everyone know about The CRS and ask them to spread the word. I’d like enough people informed so that WHEN another White is victim of a Non-White attack, that their survivors will see The CRS coming and act accordingly.

      They may not advocate RAHOWA, but even if they are cowed enough to say nothing more than NO COMMENT, they can convey their anger and disgust through their body language. Or force the authorities to keep the press from interviewing the victims’ families in order to manipulate them into anything that would discourage the public from wanting rigorous prosecution on the offender.

      Look at your visceral, gut reaction to Metcalf’s “forgiveness” and saying “this is not about race.” You may think that the authorities are pulling the “who are you going to believe US or your own lying eyes? Here’s Austin’s DAD, believe HIM!

      This practice of theirs is DESIGNED to make us disgusted with and dismissive of Metcalf’s family and INDIFFERENT regarding the prosecution of his killer. Because it generates our subconscious feeling that if his own FATHER didn’t value or care enough about Austin Metcalf enough to pursue justice against his killer, WHY SHOULD WE?!

      Aside from extending some grace and understanding to the awful position Mr. Metcalf and other White victims of Non-White violence and crime, make it a point to call up every conservative talk radio show and podcast to TALK ABOUT THE CRS and, as Richard B put it, “the perfect symmetry” that can only come from “institutional control.”

      Because, if one thinks about it, Mr. Metcalf’s reaction has been eerily, uncannily IDENTICAL to that of ALL White victims and/or their survivors since the hell the parents of the Knoxville Horror victims were put through – TWICE.

      We NEED to put The CRS out there and shine a light on their activities. I don’t recommend calling your Congressman or Senator or even your local representatives. Call the talk show host and pod cast owners and social influencers who are always looking for fresh material to drive up their ratings.

  18. Okay, blacks are the most racist people…they couldn’t care less what you say or think. They are what they are, and they smell weakness. Like I said in a previous post, Andrew Anglin wrote in 2020 that blacks now understood they could kill whites and nothing would be done. It took time for the message to get through to all of them, but now they know. They have no shame or guilt. They’re here, and deal with it.
    On the reduction of sentence, I’m reminded of the “classic” Cry, the Beloved Country by Alan Paton. In it, black South Africans break into a white home. The owner gets killed by one of the blacks, and the killer is sentenced to die.
    The black’s father, a minister, makes the appeal that his son did something wrong, but now he KNOWS he did something wrong. He REPENTS. So, if he knows he did something wrong, why should he die? he has advanced spiritually. Forgiveness is greater than punishment, isn’t it? The kid dies anyway, but this sense of Christianity and white guilt and, somewhat subtlety, black spiritual superiority, has been ingrained in the West for a long time. So, blacks will FEEL they have done nothing wrong. Their judges and allies have been shoehorned into power, so there it is. South Africa was a test, and there the whites eventually voted themselves out of existence, as Wm. Pierce put it.

Clearly inferiors; and yet, it was everywhere in the air: we must treat them as our betters, and handle them with care as our lessers. Authority figures were full of apologies and explanations… “We’re all the same under the skin.” NO. We are not.
      Without ever being told, or taught, I sensed the volatility; the pack-animal instinct of blacks to sniff-out the weak and the vulnerable to brutalize and victimize.
      Flash-forward to 2025. Blacks needed about zero incentive to, as you said so well above, feel they have done nothing wrong.

    The Snopes article concludes that it is “false” that the Anthony family is using the GiveSendGo funds to buy a new house and a new car. Do you know how this “false” conclusion is arrived at? Because the funds have not been withdrawn yet.

    Any thinking person understands that this family would not have decided to move into a $900k home and buy a new car if they didn’t have a cash jackpot of hundreds of thousands of dollars waiting on them. Their decision to move into this home wasn’t something they did because they coincidentally had recently finished saving 900 grand. Furthermore, the person selling or renting the home to them would not have agreed to that deal if funds were not available.

    Our enemies are liars. They’re scum. We all know the truth.
