ICE does have a mandate to investigate and arrest for fraud related to immigration matters. Even so, this whole business looks increasingly like a clown show put on to distract Trump’s fans from other nonsense going on. Investigation and prosecution for fraud does not require the kind of street theater we’re seeing up there.

Refugees can be automatically stripped of status by executive authority. Naturalized citizens can be denaturalized for various reasons including fraud. We deported loads of Papist Sicilians for fraud aka Mafia related activity. Granted most weren’t citizens or refugees and the practice mostly ended by the 1930s due to the accomadation the Mafia made with the Democrats and government, a likely similar situation to occuring now. Nonetheless it can be done.
As to illegal alien Somalis there are few. Most are indeed citizens with about two thirds now being born here thanks to your inner avatar Jimmy Carter and his successor Bill Clinton. About half of these are below the age 18. So once their immigrant, refugee, or naturalized parents have their status revoked, and are deported they would go with them.
Again, time is the essence. We need to do this now and fast before the next Somali cohort born here gets above 18 and won’t have to leave with their household. As I said, ICEing our way out of this was never going to meet even the minimum standards of any Trump supporter. Is that why you supported it rather than my recommendation, because you knew your recommendation would fail?
