The USD has been weakening against the Euro, other currencies and gold because of massive deficits and the U.S. Government reducing demand for USD through its use of USD sanctions. This tends to increase interest rates on the endless U.S. Treasuries the U.S. Government sells every month. Increasing interest rates will crash stock markets around the world like the GFC in 2008, probably worse.
Soooo, as the geniuses like Scott Bessent cut off (or threaten to) more countries from the dollar system, demand for dollars weakens, the price of dollars vis a vis gold and other currencies falls and interest rates rise to compensate. Rising interest rates is exactly what the U.S. Government is petrified of, and rightly so. The enormous, unpayable debts of the U.S. (and state) governments immediately becomes a critical problem, one that can neither be ignored nor punted to the next administration when interest rates rise too much, too quickly yet that is exactly what this administration is provoking with its sanctions policies.
The Stable Genius has his tit in a wringer over Iran, all because of Our Greatest Ally. Were it not for the fact that Our Greatest Ally bought this war against Iran through its bribery and blackmail of the loathsome scumbags in the whorehouse known as Congress this would not be happening now. The Stable Genius has described himself as “The King of Debt” and he appears for once to be telling the truth. His policies are increasing debts at a rate surpassing the genius known as Sleepy Joe, bringing ruin to the GloboHomo Empire.
Financial ruin appears to be the only way to finally get the U.S. Government to stop meddling around the world and ironically, DJT and Our Greatest Ally are going to finally bring this about, against their wishes of course.
